Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Province of Ascoli Piceno

Soggiornare a casa Elsa fa sentire a casa. C'è tutto quello che puo servire, è tutto ben organizzato, bello il giardino per rilassarsi e cenare. Purtroppo non ho conosciuto personalmente Tiziana perché era via in quel periodo ma è stata comunque presente. La posizione è ottima per fare gite nei sibillini.

Ho soggiornato qualche giorno con altri amici e devo dire che non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di problema: dall'accoglienza alla pulizia della casa, alle varie comunicazioni con il signor Roberto e la signora Anastasia. Confermo che l'appartamento corrisponde alle foto. Grazie, sicuramente vi risceglieremo in futuro :)

Wir haben eine Woche im Haus von Sergio verbracht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Sergio empfangen und waren über das schöne Haus und die Umgebung sehr positiv überrascht. Sergio war ein toller Gastgeber. Der Check-in war völlig unkompliziert. Sergio hat uns alles gezeigt und wertvolle Tips für die Umgebung genannt. Sergio hat auf jegliche Anfrage sehr sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Haus selber ist spektakulär. Es ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Bilder zeigen nur einen Teil der Schönheit des Hauses und der Umgebung. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden war für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt wird. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Das Meer selber ist ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Aber auch die Nationalparks sind nicht weit entfernt. Städte wie Ascoli Piceno usw, sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aber auch kleine Städte wie Ripatransone sind einen Besuch wert. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

I really can’t recommend it enough – we had an amazing time in an amazing location. The flat is big, lovely and has everything you need (incl. dishwasher and washing machine) as well as a huge terrace with absolutely stunning views of the Sibillini mountains and the town of Sarnarno. Simply a breathtaking sight to wake up to every morning. Pool is great – although shared, there are only two properties on the site, so it’s not shared by many, and is ideal for cooling off and relaxing. Fabio and Lucia (and the family) were wonderful – there for absolutely anything you need, but not in an obtrusive way: you’re left to enjoy your holiday. Sarnarno itself (15-20 minute walk away; 2 minutes by car) is lovely and has everything you need: supermarkets, bars, pizzerias, restaurants. I miss it as I write this review… There are also multiple other stunning places to visit in the area, all within an hour’s drive (or much less). It was everything I hoped it would be - and much more.

ottima l'accoglienza di Michela ed il co host Gianni che ci hanno aiutato a prendere possesso consapevole della casa e degli spazi utili esterni. varia e numerosa dotazione di materiali da bagno e da cucina da consumo ottimo il funzionamento di gas, luce, riscaldamento H2O vista della catena dei Sibillini, del monte Piselli e del Gran Sasso zona tranquillissima con ottima aria e base per escursioni M.te Sibilla, Lago di Pilato, gole dell'infernaccio, eremo di San leonardo, e visita al Santuario Madonna dell'Ambro, ecc. possibilità di utilizzo di piscina per adulti e bambini a circa 700 ml. dalla casa (a pagamento oggi 8 euro) nel complesso un'ottima esperienza di vita in una casa molto ben tenuta e godibile. grazie dell'opportunità . lamberto

La casa di Sabina è un autentico "locus amoenus" in cui ho trovato la semplicità, l'accoglienza discreta e la pace che cercavo. E' davvero un bel posto situato in un contesto agreste molto interessante da scoprire; comodo al mare e vicino a luoghi i interesse culturale. La casa è arredata con gusto , perfettamente in sintonia con il contesto. Sabina e Emir....sembrano quegli incontri dei quali ci si chiede se non li si conosca già da anni... sempre pronti, amichevoli, ma mai invadenti. Due care persone. E i loro cagnolini, due personaggi sbarazzini che arricchiscono il valore del soggiorno. Tornerò! Paola

Era la nostra prima esperienza con Airbnb e non poteva andare meglio di così! 🤩 Alloggio facile da trovare, pulito e con tutto il necessario per il soggiorno Ci siamo trovati benissimo assieme al nostro cane, con il giardino recintato per far godere anche a lui la vacanza, cosa per noi fondamentale La casa è l’ideale per staccare la spina e godersi del relax nella tranquillità, sia di giorno che di sera Roberto è un Host super disponibile e gentilissimo, anche per qualunque domanda o consiglio per visitare la zona e i dintorni! 😄 Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e lo consigliamo assolutamente, ci torneremmo subito!!

Casa accogliente, fornita di tutto e piena di spazi funzionali, sia interni che esterni. Ottima per gruppi di amici o famiglie numerose. Patrizia è stata sempre molto disponibile e reattiva. Super consigliata!

Con la mia famiglia ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio, il Signor Roberto e sua moglie sono stati molto gentili e premurosi offrendoci l ultimo giorno anche i cornetti! La casa è grande e pulita e dotata di tutto. Il giardino è grande e curato. La tranquillità e il bel panorama ci mancheranno. Consigliamo di andare a mangiare alla pizzeria Arcobaleno dove si mangiano ottime olive ascolane fatte artigianalmente dalla padrona di casa e la pizza squisita, da non perdere il tiramisù. Sicuramente lo consigliamo a tutte le famiglie con bambini e con pelosetti come nel nostro caso

La casa di Eloisa è un vero gioiello tra le colline abruzzesi, a due passi dal centro di Tortoreto, con una fantastica vista sul mare. La casa è molto spaziosa per due persone, pulita, e la terrazza sul mare è una vera chicca. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il doppio affaccio su mare e montagne. Ottima comunicazione con l’host. Grazie di tutto Eloisa!!!

Francesca é stata molto gentile ed ospitale, l’appartamento è veramente carino, dotato di tutti i comfort e letteralmente a due passi dal mare. Avevo paura di faticare a trovare parcheggio, invece nessuno problema! La zona è tranquilla, ma si raggiunge facilmente sia San Benedetto che il centro di Grottammare.

Dieses appartment und die Gegend waren mein absolutes highlight bisher auf unserer Italien Reise. Die Wohnung ist groß, charmant eingerichtet und belohnt einen ständig mit dieser tollen Aussicht. Der check-in war einfach, der Ofen lief schon als war kamen. Das verlassene Ski Dorf war ein kleines Erlebnis. Am Mittwochabend waren wir die einzigen Menschen dort. Die Wanderung auf die Monti Sibillini waren unfassbar schön. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag ist, dass die Hinweise in der Wohnung auch auf Englisch irgendwo zu finden sein sollten. Und wenn ihr in den kalten Monaten kommt, unbedingt warme Hausschuhe mitnehmen, da der Boden sehr lange eiskalt war.

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

Appartamento ristrutturato e pulitissimo, in un’antica villa panoramica con un grande giardino intorno, molto curato. L’appartamento ha anche un bel terrazzo e un comodo parcheggio per l’auto, in un cortile con cancello automatico. Il posto è molto tranquillo e silenzioso, alle porte di un piccolo borgo, ottimo per rilassarsi e sentirsi in vacanza. La proprietaria è stata molto accogliente e gentile, e ci ha anche dato utili indicazioni sui dintorni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Grazie all'host Lorenzo per la dispinbilità dimostrata durante tutto periodo di soggiorno. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l'appartamento situato all'interno dell'azienda nel casolare di famiglia. Rifitniture e arredamento molto belli di qualità , finestre insonorizzate e una bellissima terrazza dove poter mangiare e cucinare grazie al BBQ messo a disposizione. Utile la piscina all'esterno per una piavecole sosta al rientro dalla spiaggia. Spiaggia libera che si raggiunge a piedi e distante 300mt. Apochi metri didistanza volendo ci sono anche spiaggie attrezzate. Posizione strategica per raggiungere il borgo di Colonnella , a15min di macchina da cui si può godere un panorama dall'alto bellissimo. TUTTO OK !

Empfehlen wir weiter! Nur eine Klimaanlage wäre bald auf jeden Fall angebracht. Die Temperaturen sind die letzten Jahre so gestiegen, dass man selbst nachts kaum Schlaf findet. Die Wände sind leider auch relativ dünn, sodass man seine Nachbarn nachts hört, falls diese noch bis spät unterwegs sind ind dann zurückkehren. Ansonsten toller Pool mit traumhaftem Blick! Perfekter Ort zum entspannen und runterkommen! Danke!

This villa and its surrounding area is absolutely stunning. We had fresh organic tomatoes, figs, pears, peaches and apricots ready to pick and eat, not to mention the wine from Tommaso’s vineyard!! The chickens gave hours of entertainment to the little ones. The villa itself is large with all necessary amenities and the BBQ area a perfect space for al fresco dining. The pool is dreamy, large with spectacular views out to sea. Tomato was a wonderful host, always on hand for any questions and recommendations. We will definitely be back, it’s a fabulous place to relax in the peaceful Italian countryside yet a five minute drive to the beach - perfectto!!

Casa Lola proved to be a fantastic stay. The views from the house are spectacular and the amenities were of a very high standard. We much enjoyed the pool, the large kitchen and the various terraces. A great space for a large group to have a very relaxing holiday. Victoria was extremely helpful with local tips and introductions to some of her neighbours to help us out with various requests (one of her neighbours makes a great lasagne). All in all a great stay, and we might have to repeat the experience sometime.

We couldn’t recommend Villa Rustica highly enough. The villa itself is beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. It contains most, if not all, amenities that one would need including coffee machine, garage and a well stocked utility room. The villa is located in a private location with absolutely no disturbances and is in easy reach of shops, restaurants and the seaside. The views from the villa, especially poolside, are spectacular! A huge thank you to Marco, Melissa and Nino. As hosts they could not have been more accommodating, warm, friendly and responsive. They have built something truly special. As a family we’ve had a pretty tough 12 months, but Villa Rustica provided a perfect backdrop for us to relax and unwind and enjoy each other’s company. Thank you again Marco, Melissa and Nino we’d love to visit again!

Et vakkert hus i fantastisk landlige omgivelser. Dette er det perfekte huset for de som ønsker fred og ro. Verten Giampiero er en utrolig omgjengelig kar som ønsker å gi den beste opplevelsen når man bor i huset hans. Han svarer raskt og fikser det som trengs. Det eneste jeg har å utsette på oppholdet var at det ikke fremgikk av annonsen av at det var et eksternt anneks med 2 sengeplasser. Dette annekset burde oppgraderes grunnet et ganske omfattende fuktproblem. I tillegg fikk dessverre av 8 pers ørebetennelse den første uken grunnet for dårlig vannkvalitet i bassenget. Alt i alt var det likevel et fantastisk opphold der Gianpiero virkelig gjorde alt han kunne for at vi skulle trives.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem großen und schönen Haus. Katja und ihr Mann waren sehr hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation lief super. Es wurde sogar in den oberen Schlafzimmern noch eine Klimaanlage eingebaut, die uns angenehme Temperaturen während der Nacht beschert hat. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und für eine größere Familie sehr gut geeignet. Die Altstadt von Montefiore ist sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wir kommen gerne wieder.

posto meraviglioso, pace e tranquillità incredibili. la villa è davvero bella, spaziosa e soprattutto pulitissima. oste gentile e disponibile. torneremo sicuramente! consigliatissimo per chi vuole uscire dal caos della città e godersi la natura

Better than the pictures! An amazing property in its own right but also only 10-20 min (driving) from beautiful hilltop towns and beaches with world class pastries, gelato, restaurants. Would absolutely go back.

We recently stayed at Roberto's Airbnb with friends for a week and a half, and it was an incredible experience. Roberto is a fantastic host. He provided invaluable suggestions for a beautiful motorbike ride through the mountains, enhancing our trip with local insights we wouldn't have found on our own. During our stay, Roberto also replaced the chlorine in the pool, ensuring it was always in pristine condition for us to enjoy. His attentiveness and willingness to help were remarkable, and he was always available whenever we needed anything. The house itself is perfect for four couples and kids. It offers plenty of space and a fantastic pool area that became the focal point of our relaxation and fun. The layout and amenities are thoughtfully designed to cater to groups, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend renting this house, especially with Roberto as your host. His dedication to ensuring a perfect stay makes all the difference!
