Annette’s place was perfect! There is always a person at the concierge desk if you have questions. The building is very safe as a key fob is needed to get in and also devices to access the garage area. The place is open and feels bigger than it is for a one bedroom apartment. We chose this area as we were going to the Amica Mutual Pavillion for a concert and we were able to walk to and from the event. We also went into Newport about a 30 minute drive to see the mansions and the cliff walk. It was a quick and relaxing getaway! Would definitely stay here again. Thank you! Marie C.

We loved staying at Michael’s place ~ super clean, roomy, and comfortable furniture/beds. Kitchen was very well stocked but we did not use much as we took advantage of great places to eat in the city. We loved that that the home was walkable to several local restaurants. Michael was very accommodating with our late check-in, super responsive, and easy to communicate with. Thank you again for a great stay, Michael!

Greg was a great host and super responsive. There were guides on how to use anything that may have been tricky in the house which I found super helpful. Also recommendations on where to go in providence. Super thoughtful!

Thanks for a nice stay in Newport and the welcome basket! We enjoyed being nxt to the ballpark and in the heart of town! Gooseberry beach was perfect. The Cliff walk and the Breakers did not disappoint. We took a sail around the harbor and it was so relaxing. The apartment was clean, the beds very comfortable, the kitchen was stocked for cooking and the bathroom had an updated shower with good water pressure. Loved the parking space! Thank u for the quietest AC’s in the world! The apartment had everything you could ask for a great stay to explore Newport, Block Island with the Ferry down the street and the town of Wakefield before and after the drive! The four of us would highly recommend. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great apartment in the heart of Newport! The apartment was very clean and looked exactly as pictured. Perfect size for a group of 2-3. As stated in the listing, there is one bedroom with a bed and one pull out couch. I stayed with my group of 3 and this arrangement was perfect for us. Cohost Deb was very responsive and answered all questions/communicated with me before, during and after the stay. There were plenty of linens, towels, and other essentials. There are many restaurants, bars, convenient stores and entertainment walking distance from the apartment. I would highly recommend staying here, we had no issues and were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. Side note: this apartment is on the 2nd floor, there is a bar next door on the first floor and it can get nosey, if this is an issue for you I would suggest noise canceling headphones or ear plugs - the louder night of the week for us was Saturday.

To be honest this my best every apartment i had in all journeys it was rally private and clean and large you will gind everything there you dont need to buy anything everything is there and when ever u need whitney u will find here she is so kind as we did some mistakes for the garbages and heaters portable but she was so kind she just explained she treated us verywell the apartment is really worthed you will enjoy it and its walkable to everywhere i really enjoyed it a lot just make sure you open the windows if your going to cook something really these word will not describe the lovely apartment we really enjoyed thanks whitney.

We absolutely loved our stay on Boon St! Would definitely stay again, the host was great and very responsive. Their organization of everything made everything so easy and seamless for us.

We had a great time staying at Erin’s house! Erin was very responsive whenever we had any questions, and it was a great base to explore Newport and the surrounding area!

This was the perfect place for three friends who write and workshop together online to gather in person. The main room of the house is filled with light and what I didn't realize from the listing is the beautiful view from the living/dining room down to the river. The kitchen is well supplied and every room was very clean and uncluttered. The three bedrooms on the first floor are all very nice, with good beds and pillows (one is slightly larger with a king-sized bed), so we were able to decide on our rooms painlessly and none of us had to settle for an inferior room. The large dining table was perfect for spreading out our work as well as for dining, and one of us enjoyed having the furnished basement as her private work space. When we had a problem with hearing a beeping noise, which we initially thought might be a smoke detector battery that needed replacing, Bob was very responsive and helpful in figuring out the cause of the beeping from a motion detector. We plan to come again.

Pat is a Superhost Extraordinaire! Felt at home in charming and comfortable house. Fully equipped kitchen with snacks too! The space is super clean with towels galore. Pat has thought of everything and more .... Cannot ask for a more thoughtful and generous host! The location is walkable to Brown University and parking is convenient on premises. There is even an outdoor space to relax (weather permitting). Wifi worked great. Thank you for making our stay in Providence so enjoyable!

This house was perfect for our stay! The rooms were great, the house was clean, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Marnie communicated well and gave wonderful recommendations! We had the best weekend!

Our annual pilgrimage to RI for Thanksgiving was wonderful! It’s so nice to have had a beautiful and comfortable home base for our family while visiting family in the area. We all thought the beds were really comfortable, and the layout of four bedrooms was ideal. I was pleasantly surprised by the half bathroom downstairs, complete with washer and dryer. (My college-aged son loved being able to do his laundry!) We loved the Keurig coffee maker, fully stocked kitchen, and beautiful island along with plenty of counter space. The host was beyond thoughtful to provide small bags of assorted snacks, two small bottles of delicious Newport Vineyards wine (thank you! So delicious), and cold bottled waters in the fridge. All of those were much-appreciated touches. Having grown up in Middletown, I’m familiar with the area. I loved the location of this home, it was so close to downtown Newport, shopping, and of course beautiful Second Beach. We’d love to return to this home in the summer!

We had a great stay in Portsmouth. Go to 15Point restaurant (about a mile away). So yummy. The house was clean, nicely decorated and had good amenities ...and there was a Keurig. The host was awesome too!

This property was the perfect size for my husband and me. Very clean and had all the basics needed. The bed was very comfortable too. The location was amazing - steps from Thames Street. Troy was extremely responsive, especially when I left a few items behind and had to coordinate with him to get them back.

Katherine was very responsive during our stay - we had an issue with the smoke detector and she sent someone right out. We had a girls weekend here (spa is right across the street and restaurants are walkable) and it was great!

Hamzah’s condo is gorgeous, comfortable and perfectly located on Providence’s College Hill. We walked to great restaurants and Brown’s campus, and enjoyed the very comfortable and elegant space in George Street. Hamzah was a very responsive host to questions we had. Our only disappointment was not being able to stay longer!

Great location- walkable to all restaurants and shops. This place has two assigned parking spaces across the street. Place is very clean and has all needed supplies. Would stay again.

We had a previous Airbnb booked that canceled our stay 48 hrs before our trip, but Lisa so graciously accommodated us last minute. She was very friendly and communicative regarding the place. The place is the basement condo of the building, but was so homey and perfect for our needs. The three bedrooms provided the four of us on the trip plenty of room and the beds and couches were so comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, along with a few little snacks waiting for us when we got there. This place was our perfect hub for sightseeing all of Rhode Island. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area

The place was bigger than we thought it was going to be. It was in a very great location, and was in walking distance to just about anything you can think of. The hosts were very responsive and if we return to the comic con next year we look forward to staying here again. Checkin and checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow.
