Tolle Unterkunft, perfekt für 3 Gäste. Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber; die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Marco hat uns einige Lebensmittel und Getränke zur Verfügung gestellt was sehr hilfreich war für die Ankunft. Die Terrasse mit Aussicht auf das Meer und auf Ischia ist toll zum Frühstücken. Was man wissen muss; zu Fuß ist es eine gute halbe Stunde zum Porto und zum berühmten Fischerhafen, was mit engen Straßen und viel Verkehr manchmal etwas stressig ist. 2 Strände sind allerdings auch in ca. 10min Fußweg zu erreichen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Super sejour, l'accueil était super, nous avons meme eu du gateau fait par Teresa. Appartement tres bien situé à 5min de la plage. Petit point faible pour la douche un peu archaïque. Appartement tres propre et fidèle a la description. teresa est vraiment une très bonne hôte qui a pris soin de nous.

Séjour très bien passé. Les explications de Maria étaient très claires. L'appartement est situé tout à côté de l'arrêt de bus. Très facile d'accès. Le petit port à côté est très mignon !

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig in einer schmalen Gasse oberhalb von Lacco Ameno. Es gibt eine Terrasse und einen Garten. Den Check-In machte der Vater, er wohnt gegenüber und ist ein überaus freundlicher Herr. Vielen Dank für die nette Begrüßung! Das Haus ist freundlich eingerichtet und relativ gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind von der sehr harten Sorte. Zum Duschen muss man in die große Badewanne einen Meter tief hinabsteigen. Meine Frau hatte nach einer Operation an der Hüfte damit große Probleme. Vor der Anreise sollte man wissen, dass es keinen Fön und keine großen Handtücher zum Duschen gibt. Insgesamt haben wir uns in Andreinas Haus recht wohl gefühlt und empfehlen es gerne.

C’è poco da dire: da Sofia si sta benissimo. Se ami l’idea di avere un giardino privato appena fuori casa dove svaporare dopo una giornata di sole o una passeggiata alla scoperta degli angoli di questa piccola perla d’isola; se cerchi un posticino in cui sentirti a casa, ospitato da persone amichevoli e attente al dettaglio; se hai bisogno di tranquillità, di un frammento di mondo a pochi passi dal mare, da un’ottima pizza, da scorci mozzafiato… beh, questo è il posto che fa per te ;)

Beautifully furnished apartment, recently renovated with a beachy theme (oak furniture, floors & doors). Very clean and plenty of mod-cons. So close to the ferry (very handy if you have heavy bags!). Due to its central location it can be noisy. Close to shops & restaurants. Very comfortable stay and good communication from the host.

Salvatore and his wife are the best hosts you could hope for. They took a lot of time explaining the island to me and took care of everything I needed—even when I didn't realize I needed it. I am not young, and Salvatore was able to make himself available to help me with my luggage when I was leaving. He also arranged for transportation for me to the port. The view from the apartment balcony of the marina is nothing short of “WOW!” but it is also relaxed: little fishing boats right outside; leisurely diners in elegant restaurants on the pier below; not nearly as much foot traffic as in other popular parts of the island. Procida is beautiful from one end to the other. A great place to explore, and the island is small enough to begin to feel at home there. The buses are a good way to travel. I liked them because I could avoid some of the busy but very narrow streets. You will be glad you booked this place.

Siamo stati accolti con molta gentilezza, dopo averci mostrato l'appartamento è stato premuroso nell'essere disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta o informazione. L'appartamento è in una zona meravigliosa di Napoli , immerso in questo verde con una tranquillità che ti permette di sentirti in vacanza .. lontana da contesti rumorosi del centro, e con un panorama sulla zona incantevole.

Super Lage, eher am Ende der Fußgängerzone mit etwas Autoverkehr. Da wir nachts das Fenster zu hatten, störte es nicht. Kurzes Kirchenglockengeläut um 6:50 empfanden wir schön. Fußläufig Geschäfte und Busstation um die ganze Insel zu erkunden. Für Familie mit 2 Kindern ideal. Sehr viele Küchenutensilien und auch sonst Hausrat (fast zu viel). Einfaches Bad und Küche. Heizung mit Klimaanlage klappte gut. Sehr tolle überdachte Terasse mit direkter Sonne von ca 11-15:30, das war herrlich! Gaetane war sehr hilfreich und jederzeit erreichbar. Einzig, Leitungswasser ist nicht trinkbar. Unsere Fähre war wetterbedingt extrem verspätet, so dass die Geschäfte schon zu hatten und wir ohne Trinkwasser in Wohnung standen. Tipp: sicherheitshalber ausreichend Wasser mithaben. Preis/Leistung stimmt auf jeden Fall.

I only have positive feedback for Francesca and Luigi. The apartment was spotless, tidy, and well-maintained. I’m so happy I booked this spot, because the neighborhood, Vomero, is so special. It’s peaceful, safe, and full of great cafes. Loved walking around! I worked remotely while staying in the apartment; and WiFi was reliable and fast. Additionally, I didn’t have problems finding street parking close to the apartment. You just have to be patient and be willing to walk a block or two!

Alex was a brilliant host! He kindly picked us up from the port in Forio and was so friendly, making us feel very at home. He also gave us lots of excellent recommendations for our stay and was easy to communicate with. The flat is great, it has everything you need, it is clean and comfortable and in such a good location - just a short walk from the centre of Forio. The outside balcony is lovely with a view of a beautiful garden and perfect for early evening as the sun sets on that side of the building. We really loved our stay and hope to return. Thank you!

Io e la mia compagna abbiamo prenotato per capodanno da Maria. Ci siamo sentite subito a casa poiché Maria ci ha accolto con un aperitivo buonissimo e del vino autoprodotto e non solo! Il mattino dopo ci ha augurato il buongiorno con cornetti e marmellata di arancia fatta da lei. Maria ed il marito sono stati sempre gentili e molto disponibili per qualsiasi informazione o richiesta. Vicino l'appartamento è possibile visitare terme, borghi storici e il centro di Forio a piedi o con l'autobus, la cui fermata si trova proprio sotto casa. Consigliamo assolutamente di soggiornare da lei 💓🌈 Grazie Maria

We loved our stay here! It was very clean, new and modern. We loved spending time on the balcony and watching the port down below. You can take the bus right there (not marked but just past the Supera market) to Capri town or the Marine below). You can also walk down to the port and take furnicular up to Capri town. Highly recommend!

La comunicazione con l’host è stata da subito ottima e amichevole, Chiara è disponibile e gentile. Il check-in è stato flessibile negli orari, cosa molto comoda. L’appartamento è molto grazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario, e si trova in un quartiere eccellente, ben servito e con la metropolitana raggiungibile a piedi in un paio di minuti. Ideale per spostarsi in città. Super consigliato!

Wir haben als Familie von 7 Personen bei Giuseppe eine perfekte Unterkunft gefunden. Sie war noch viel besser als auf den Bildern! Die Terrasse war fantastisch, die Zimmeraufteilung super und inmitten von Sant Angelo. Es war die schönste Wohnung die ich in Ischia bisher gesehen habe und sehr sehr sauber. Die Küche hatte alles was man brauchte und war auch extrem sauber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist unbezahlbar! Ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen.

Paola and her husband were incredibly welcoming and kind hosts. The apartment is so cozy and charming that it truly feels like home. It’s located in a great neighborhood—clean, quiet, and very pleasant—with easy access to public transport. I absolutely recommend staying here, and I’ll most likely be back again in the future!

LOOK NO FURTHER!! One of the best Airbnb I ever stayed. If you come to Naples, forget about staying in the center of the city which is bit on dirty side and not as pleasant as other cities in Italy. This Airbnb is located in a beautiful & lively neighborhood which is convenient to shopping and transportation. Very Clean and modern apartment for up to 6 people. Sabrina who was very kind, professional and helpful which made our impression of Naples extra positive. She filled the fridge with essentials such as bottles of water, yogurt and variety of juices and milk even she left us bags of cookies and candies. Washer and Dryer worked great even Heater as well. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend this Airbnb to my friends. Two Thumbs up : ) My recommendation for Pizza in the neighborhood is Pizzeria Sandropizzettata Via Francesco Solimena, 72. Their Saporita pizza and local Naples beer were fantastic.

The location was fantastic. A very short walk to the iconic, beautiful island castle. Many wonderful restaurants in the area. Our favorite spot in Italy. We stayed an extra day because we were so happy with the spot and we Loved the Island. Gio was wonderful, very responsive with perfect recommendations. In a word, ischia, Gio and her B and B was delightful!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Stani qui est un hôte merveilleux ! Le logement est propre et bien équipé. Le village de Forio est sans doute l’un des plus beau de l’île et l’appartement avec les bus à proximité est idéal. Nous sommes très reconnaissants des petites attentions de Stani, merci encore !

The appartment is beautifully renovated, clean and well equipped. Balcony is large providing views of the mountain and the sea. The master bedroom is spacious. The second single bedroom is 'compact'. The location is ideal. On the edge of the tourist zone we only met locals. A good supermarket 2 Min walk away and the bus station only 5 mins away. The hosts were welcoming, helpful and friendly. If I come back to Capri I will stay here again.

De buitenruimte en het uitzicht over de baai zijn echt fantastisch en een boeking waard. De locatie is makkelijk te vinden, maar moeilijk aan te rijden door stijle opgang direct naast de bocht bij drukke weg. Geen plek om vaak in en uit te rijden tijdens je verblijf. Dus doe je inkopen op voorhand. Verder uitstekend openbaar vervoer op loopafstand. Binnen voldoende faciliteiten maar wel wat gedateerd. Heerlijk kingsize bed. Marco is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Domenico met us at the BnB to give us keys. He was so kind to us, showed us around the apartment and even brought us crème filled croissants and espresso!! The apartment is well situated and close to the city center. It is also fully equipped with anything you could possibly need.
