Stayed here for proximity to Flourtown for a wedding. Good area for restaurants. Close to Philadelphia. Beautiful fenced in yard my dog loved!

Lovely home, with stylish comfortable furnishings, beautiful art work and lots of conveniences. Private location surrounded by trees, but just minutes from Bridge Street.

This place was amazing. It felt like a mini resort. The kids LOVED the backyard they practically spent the entire time there playing pool, ping pong, and darts. The jacuzzi was clean and at perfect temperature. The inside of the unit was brand new. You have both a private front and back entrance which was very convenient to get to and from the backyard. The kids also loved the bunkbeds in the first bedroom. I absolutely recommend this place!

Our family had a wonderful time in this comfortable, beautifully decorated home. We were made to feel welcome with a gift basket of goodies and other little touches. The views of the bay and beach were amazing, along with a boardwalk right off the front yard for wonderful walks. The kitchen is fully stocked which enabled preparing our Thanksgiving dinner very easy. My only recommendation would be to have a Keurig available for ease. We highly recommend Juliana and Eloy as first rate and would return. Thank you for a memorable stay!

This place exceeded expectations — it was exactly as described on the website, if not better! The house was spotless and beautifully maintained. One of the biggest perks was the free parking, which made everything so convenient. Plus, all the major attractions were just a short distance away, making it a perfect spot for a family getaway. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely love to return!

Exactly as described in photos. The apartment is spacious, and has 2 beds and 2 baths. 1 bedroom has both a bunk bed (sleeps one at the top), trundle (sleeps one at the bottom), and middle bed (sleeps 2-3). The bathrooms are clean and there are plenty of towels. It was very comfortable. The entrance can be a bit confusing but we were able to get in / out and park our car easily.

Stayed for 4 days and it was a great stay. The place was clean and Alberto was friendly and responsive! Great neighborhood and in waking distance from restaurants, breweries. - Rob

I enjoyed my stay very much! The room was clean, the neighborhood was quiet like told and really convenient with stores. The TVs were lovely, Kameron and I believe Kayla both did their best to accommodate any needs (although there weren’t any) and responded within the time displayed. I would recommend this place!

We had a fantastic stay at Tracy's Hideaway. It was a perfect, convenient location that felt like a peaceful getaway while being close to everywhere we needed to be! The property is beautiful, the space is clean and cozy, and hosts were kind and welcoming. We stayed with our two young children and it was such a great spot for families. They've thought of everything one could need!

This property was ideal for our family of four (two adults and two kids). The kitchen had everything we needed for proper cooking (pots/pans, microwave, and a coffee machine). While we mostly made breakfast here, the full cooking setup allowed us to prepare meals easily when needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful supplies left for us - bottled water, basic spices, and some cooking essentials were already stocked in the cabinets. The living room featured a versatile sofa bed (perfect for extra guests) while the bedroom had a comfortable small double bed - both provided excellent sleeping arrangements. The bathroom stood out with thoughtful toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. The shower itself is huge. Despite that half days we experienced high fever with cries and yelling hosts were very kind and thoughtful of us providing the opportunity for a late check out ,where we didnt use cause we had a flight to catch. Tip: NYC with 108 bus or 1 bus +Nec train

Honestly I was really nervous it was my first time using Airbnb and going on a trip. She was really nice at check in and helped me out when I needed to get an item or two the place was also very cozy. Definitely a home away from home. I would stay again if I was in the area again

Parking was tough here, but if you drive around long enough you’ll find street parking. Space felt safe and we liked it more as we were there longer. There were some condiments in the fridge and the kitchen included coffee which was a life saver. (No keurig for anyone wondering). Seems like the cleaning could have been better, I think they rely on the renter before to do the cleanup. I also wish accessibility was mentioned, the stars up to the apartment are very narrow especially with luggage. Overall happy with the stay, the price was great and worth what we got!

This place is lovely! The host is responsive and helpful. The hot tub is a real plus - with the outdoor heater on, we enjoyed using it even though it was sleeting outside (too stormy to try the beautiful fire pit). The house and location are beautiful and spotless. The furnishings are luxe and comfortable. Awkward eating space options - no dining table or large kitchen table. It was unexpected that some of the listed beds are sofas and sofa beds in common rooms, including some of the only beds available when you have booked it for fewer guests. (The larger of two bedrooms and second bathroom are a second locked space that I was glad to access.) It may fit as many people as they listed if everyone shares beds, but not all privately or in actual bedrooms. If I'd had all eight single adult guests, like I paid for, the sleeping and dinner arrangements would have been more problematic. As it happened, overall a great, cozy experience despite unexpected bad weather.

We're so happy to stay at Ying's place. It's way more beautiful and cozier than what the pictures show. Everything is new/remodeled and clean. It takes just a couple minutes to walk to the bus stop near the traffic light to NYC. Parking can be tricky but Ying's clear instructions make us at ease. Overall I'd highly recommend this place for family trip.

Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig und privat auf einem Hügel am Ende einer Privatstrasse mit perfektem Blick nach Manhattan. Es ist architektonisch interessant aus 1906 mit viel Platz, mehreren Terrassen und vielen schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Gastgeber Julia und Alex haben perfekt kommuniziert. Es war alles sehr gut. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt auf Staten Island würden wir sehr gerne wieder hier wohnen.

We spent a weekend here for a quick getaway and it felt really refreshing. The place is very clean and as described. The host provided helpful instructions that are very easy to follow. The neighborhood is quiet yet vey close to everything you may need. It’s also within walking distance to the trails at the canal nearby which was a very pleasant walk. Would love to come back again!
