We rented this house for out-of-town guest because it was so close to Magnolia Manor where our son was married. Our guest enjoyed the house very much and said it was a wonderful stay.

Richard went above and beyond to ensure that my family was comfortable and at home. He was highly communicative and responsive and the information provided before and during the stay was extremely helpful. I booked this home for family who visited the area during my wedding week and, as a local, can say that the house is in a prime location between parks and the river park system and a vibrant shopping and restaurant district. A fantastic stay in a well provisioned, unique space that is meant to be enjoyed!

Jennifer was extremely accommodating quick replying very easy to work with the house was extremely beautiful. We had a wonderful time we would rent again.

I've stayed at quite a few AirBnbs. Some have been ultra luxe, some have been bare minimum types where I couldn't wait to check out. Others, like Jennifer's, feel like my own house. This place is just so comfortable. It reminds me of what AirBnb is supposed to be: people opening up their homes for others so that a stay away from home still feels like home. My family and I loved staying here. It was close to everywhere we wanted to get to and my kids loved the pets, which were easy to care for. It was nice to have exercise equipment available and the fenced backyard and trampoline and playground were a big plus for my kids. Jennifer was a flexible host who made sure I had all the info available to me that I needed. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This house is awesome. It's huge and priced very competitively. It did have issues, but they didn't bother us too much. If you're expecting perfection from a home this size, at this location at this price, you're not being reasonable. For our needs, it was PERFECT.

Very nice Condo. Close to everything. Clean and tidy. I would recommend. Be aware though there are 3 flights of steps to this unit with no elevator....bad knee made it tough to navigate.

This place is awesome! You get alittle weirded out being so close to the train tracks but you don’t even hear or sense a train when it passes. The house is super cool with a lot of fun games in the garage. The hosts are awesome as well. I personally loved all the messages around the house. 10/10

Toan was very responsive in addressing my needs ! We were very comfortable in the home & in the Neighborhood. Though I was born & raised in Philly, Hopwell VA was a City that I frequented as a Child! It felt Nostalgic! The home was quite comfortable & well equipped ,checking all of the Boxes for our needs!

Duc was very prompt in responding to our last minute request for booking. They have done a great job with supplying what was needed for just starting out. I was very pleased with everything.

This was a perfect place to visit son, who is at Fort Gregg-Adams. It was a nice, cozy space, and I loved being able to bring my two dogs. The house was as described. Prompt communication from the host. The yard was convenient and the house was clean. Would definitely recommend.

Great Host! Very responsive & friendly! Enjoyed the home! It was very spacious and accommodating for my family! The only challenge is the neighbor across the street blasted music during the day! At night the music stopped which is what we needed! So, no complaints! I would come back!

Beautiful home and was a perfect fit for our family! Looked just like the pictures and was even better in person. We had 8 of us and we were comfortable there. We plan on visiting our daughter in the future at Gregg-Adams and hopefully will be able to book this place again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house is incredibly spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. Its location is perfect—close to everything. Toan was an exceptional host, always helpful and quick to respond to any questions. His clear and friendly communication made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

The place was really nice in a quiet neighborhood, I wish we could have booked it in the summer to use the grill in the back, so a nice little retreat for my family it felt like home. My family would use this place again.

We planned a trip to Petersburg, VA from New Jersey to visit with relatives. We found The Cozy Rancher and booked it after looking at it along with several other options. I kept going back to this one and felt it would be a good fit for our group. The place was great, and felt like a home away from home! It was comfortable and clean, and in a central location to the places we were visiting. It helped that we had beautiful weather and could use the outdoor seating. We had a wonderful time visiting our family and staying at this home added a lot of value to our trip. We would highly recommend staying if you're in the area. Thank you!

my family came out to celebrate a milestone for my little sister and our stay was a perfect distance from EVERYTHING we did/had planned for the weekend. it felt like a home away from home and I truly appreciate that and the overall experience.

This is a great house in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. There's tons of yard space, and honestly, the house is even prettier in person than it looks in the photos. It's large, open, and very homey... it has that comforting "grandmother's house" feel, but in a really charming way, not old or outdated. Definitely not your plain, cookie-cutter hotel vibe! Everything was very clean, but the place still had so much character. I also really appreciated the focus on restoring original features rather than replacing everything as it added a lot of warmth and uniqueness. Also, the water filter at the sink was a huge bonus and saved me money on bottled water. Highly recommend!

I travel to Fort Gregg-Adams regularly, and when I'm alone I prefer a hotel(single female), but for the last 2 years I've traveled with teammates, and Airbnb just makes $en$e. Kingdom's property is EXACTLY what suits us. Comfortable beds, clean space, screened porch, well appointed and cozy. From the home theater, billiards, darts, corn hole and more, we definitely enjoyed our downtime! The office space and wifi provided all we needed to get some work done each morning before heading to the base. The house had EVERY conceivable comfort. Seriously, pack your toothbrush and go! So much space. The house is just FUN. Having stayed in 5 Airbnbs in Petersburg, this is my fave, so I sure hope Kingdom will host us again soon!
