The Happy Plaice Beach House

Our Beach House has open plan living areas, with a dining table for meals and a lounge with a log burner and Smart TV. The bi-fold doors lead to a deck with outdoor seating. At the rear there is an area for kids to play or for you to enjoy a bbq. The bedrooms both have TVS /DVDs. The resort is family/pet friendly with free use of the pool, and gym. The pub is child and dog friendly as is the bistro next door. The house is near the kids play area and the site has private access to Filey Beach.

The Lake View Lodge is located on the new Meadows development. It is pet friendly and has a country theme inside. We have a log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. The property is a three bedroom detached cottage . All of the bedrooms are ensuite and 2 have a balconly with a wonderful sea view.
