Staying at Sycamore House this time round was a very emotional experience as I needed somewhere for myself and my family last minute due to a family bereavement and despite he late booking, Kate and Jane went out of their way to make it possible. It was wonderful to be able to stay in one of our favourite houses anywhere, as it feels so much like home and we could find peace looking at the beautiful garden and walking on the Westwood. Huge thanks to Kate and Jane can only recommend this as a wonderful place to spend some time.

We absolutley adored staying in Charlie's place for the week. We've been to many air bnb's but this was our favourite! Excellent location, so clean and honestly felt like a home from home for me, my husband and our 2 year old. Gorgeous outside decking area and easy walk into Pickering with easy parking just around the corner. We loved it and will definitely be back! Thanks ❤️

Harry was the perfect host ! Even though we didn’t meet Harry , We was arriving earlier so asked if we could check in early and it was no problem at all !! The house was perfect for us all including the dog clear instructions on how the heating worked and to get in the property ! Very fast at replying to any questions we had ! Perfect location as it’s only 5/10 mins to the beach/front , We have a lovely New Year’s Eve with our family there in Harry’s lovely home ! Thank you so very much Harry

Diane’s caravan was beautiful and clean. The bedding smelt lovely and we noticed this as soon as walked in to the bedrooms. We had everything we needed for our stay. The caravan is only 20 minutes from the beach which we did a couple of times. We highly recommend and will hopefully return again. Thank you again for a relaxing break.

We had a great time here in Whitby. The house is huge and well equipped and we had plenty of space for our group of 12. We appreciated being able to explore by foot as the house is within walking distance of the station, the town and the beach. Would love to return and stay a bit longer!

Had a fantastic stay here. A family of 4 (2 teen boys), my brother in law and 2 dogs. Great location - an easy walk into town and very quiet too. The host was super helpful and friendly. The accommodation was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The beds in particular were extremely comfortable - lovely fresh, clean and crisp white linen. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Whitby.

Beach Approach House is one of the nicest airbnbs I have ever stayed in! Beautifully clean, equipped to a very high standard, with quality bedding and towels, and so many touches that made it really special. The outside space is amazing, and the house is in a perfect location for beach and cliff walks. Kerry was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommended and we would love to return to Filey and Beach Approach House.

We loved our stay at Bramble Cottage and will definitely return. Comfy beds and seating and clean modern kitchen. It was really cosy in the evenings with the wood burner. It was such a relief to have a properly secure garden for the dogs.

We had a comfortable and cozy break at Charlotte's Cottage. The grounds were the beautiful and perfect for our dog!

First time booking through airb&b, lovely house very clean and welcoming. Home from home feel as soon as you enter, great selection of toys and games to keep the kids entertained also a nice little welcome hamper was lovely on arrival. Host was very informative with all the details needed to make it all stress-free , Would highly reccomend booking cottage. Thank you joanne for a lovely stay.

Lovely place peaceful and relaxing place to stay. Loved the fresh clean smell that emanated throughout the complex. The appointment was immaculately clean and would definitely recommend.😁

Thanks so much - my parents really enjoyed the cottage - we were staying on a different cottage on The Bay and booked them this one. They said it was their favourite one so far (I think their 3rd visit to The Bay now). Loved the beach walks and a joy to be in Filey again.

We spent 2 nights at the apartment. Everything was as described. The location is fantastic within a beautiful holiday village and only 5 mins walk to the amazing never ending sandy beach which is absolutely perfect for your four legged friend. Filey is only 5 mins drive with lovely shops and restaurants and bustling Scarborough only a 15 mins drive. Will definitely be back!

Excellent accommodation but in the middle of what is in effect a large housing development and quite a walk down to the beach. Quality of food at local pub was poor, but provided you are willing to go off in the car there are lots of interesting places and great beaches nearby.

I was working away in North Yorkshire and normally stay in Scarborough, however came across this place and it was a bargain. It was perfect for what I needed, I was looking forward to using the extra facilities, however due to work commitments I didn't end up having the time. Hope next time I'm up this way if the place is available I will. I've already recommended the place to friends, family and work colleagues that might be staying up this way. The one and only thing that has no reflection on Andrea, is that I stayed in the off season so a lot of places were closed locally so if anyone happens to be doing the same, just be aware of that. Google told me that the takeaways (Slim Chickens etc) were open when they were and I spent a while trapped driving around until I found a security guard on the Haven site, but again that's no reflection on the accommodation or Andrea. I hope any future visitors have the same experience or better as it was a lovely little bargain spot.

Lovely place for families. Peaceful and relaxed holiday. Walks on the beach and free access to the pool helped on rainy days. Waterpark at Scarborough was great. On-site shop was useful. Nearest EV fast charger is a Scarborough mc donalds. Filey was nice to explore. The on-site pub was very understaffed, I really felt for the staff,patrons were walking out.

We had a great few days at maytrees, was a good base for exploring Scarborough & Whitby with lots of amenities on the doorstep. Emma was helpful and easy to contact and we appreciated the welcome hamper after a long drive.

Irenes place is great plenty of outside space for summer months and because of its position very private and tucked away! Love the little snug for reading😀

We cannot thank Simon and Lynne enough for the incredible stay that we had with them at their magical cottage. Every aspect of our experience exceeded our expectations. From the amazing communication, warm welcome, and truly breathtaking accommodation, we immediately felt at home and in relaxation mode. Everything was spotlessly clean and beautifully curated. The hot tub was immaculately cared for and offered welcome relaxation. The beds were so comfy and the bathrooms spotlessly clean. We simply couldn’t fault it. Thank you so very much for making our stay such a memorable one.

Beautifully appointed with a lovely relaxed feel. It was nice and clean throughout and we felt at home straight away. The double bed was amazingly comfortable as was the sofa. The hot tub was well maintained and we used it throughout our stay and the wifi was fast. Having the pub so close was very handy and it was great to have the garden center right next door. An ideal spot to walk the Trans Pennine Trail. One warning for those wanting to use public transport, the local buses do not stop at the site and you will have to walk from one of the villages either side. Melanie was very quick to get back to us on a query we had which was so helpful. We have had a fabulous time away in a home from home and would highly recommend.

We had such a lovely stay and didn't want to leave by the end of our weekend. This is such a great spot - an easy and quick walk to the centre of town. we had everything we needed and really appreciated the little touches.

Belinda was a communicative host who allowed us an earlier arrival as I was travelling alone with three small grandchildren and arriving in poor weather. This was an ideal place to stay if holidaying with children. Great location, close to safe sandy beach and pleasant walk into Bridlington. Didn't use the car at all once we arrived.. clean well equipped chalet, wish we'd taken the dog as very dog friendly. Appreciated the Wi fi, good TV ( for the children) Meter for electric was a first for us...found that a bit unusual, we don't waste electric ( wouldn't dream of using the washing machine) but found overnight the fridge went off as we hadn't fed enough coinage...it did seem expensive. We have loved it and would certainly. return.
