Loved the dining area spent most of our time in their eating and playing games with our family and drinking in moderation. Bedrooms were excellent and plenty of bathroom and shower for the family. Area was excellent and everything close by such as supermarket pubs and beach. Train station as went to Scarborough. Overall would stay at these facilities again.

The five of us and our young dog had a lovely Easter weekend staying at Lisa’s house. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with some wonderful coastal walks nearby to wear us out. The garden was large with plenty for our dog to explore and the house was as described with a modern well equipped kitchen, large lounge with dining area and comfortable beds in bedrooms with plenty of storage. You need to do your research to find pubs and restaurants that allow dogs as they need to be driven to and pre booking is recommended. Our host Lisa was very accommodating and responded to all our questions quickly and helpfully. A visit to the nearby Flamborough Head lighthouse and coastal walk is a must to see the seals on the secluded beach. We would certainly book again.

Harry was the perfect host ! Even though we didn’t meet Harry , We was arriving earlier so asked if we could check in early and it was no problem at all !! The house was perfect for us all including the dog clear instructions on how the heating worked and to get in the property ! Very fast at replying to any questions we had ! Perfect location as it’s only 5/10 mins to the beach/front , We have a lovely New Year’s Eve with our family there in Harry’s lovely home ! Thank you so very much Harry

My wife and I along with our dog have just spent 2 nights in Hornsea at Julie’s property. This is a lovely home and Julie has to be commended for attention to detail and how spotlessly clean it is. So kind of you Julie to provide items such as wine , beer , milk and breakfast pastries. I would highly recommend this home for people to stay in and use as a base to explore Hornsea and the wider area. If you like beach walking Fraisthorpe beach which was recommended to us by Julie is superb, miles of sandy beach with no dog restrictions. Thanks again Julie for all of your help , nothing was ever too much trouble. First class all round !!

what a great place to hold our first family reunion. our host Victoria was very accommodating with respect to change of check in time and always responded quickly to questions. The property was ideally placed for walking round the local area and there is so much to do within a short drive. The train station was within walking distance for our party members who don't drive so no problem for them. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience with Victorias place. Top Marks.

Fantastic holiday. Well thought out accommodation with easy access to the town and beach. Close to a lot of attractions. Whitby, Scarborough and Robins hood bay all close by. The little town of Filey is full of lovely restaurants and cafe’s with an arcade and tourist shops, which were great for the kids. Hellen was a fantastic host, quick to respond to messages. Beach Approach House is one of the nicest airbnbs I have ever stayed in! Beautifully clean, equipped to a very high standard, with quality bedding and towels, and so many touches that made it really special. The outside space is amazing, and the house is in a perfect location for beach and cliff walks. Kerry was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommended and we would love to return to Filey and Beach Approach House.

Sharon’s place is perfect, the pictures really don’t do it justice. Gorgeously decorated and extremely cozy. The garden that surrounds it is beautiful (and features the adorable cat called Poppy) and the centre of Pickering is only a short walk. This place has everything we needed for a lovely staycation weekend - thank you for having us!

We have just returned from 3 lovely nights at the Garden Flat. The photos show you exactly what you're getting. Plenty of space for us 2 and our 4 legged pal. Spent a great couple of hours reading in the sun trap terrace which was for our use only and completely secure for our dog. would not hesitate to recommend and to stay here again.

Apart from one grumpy neighbour (who hates Air BnB's) this was a great little stay for a footy weekend. Don't worry we sorted the neighbour out! Nice little flat in a quiet place. Great for the footy ground and the town centre or beach. Chippy and supermarkets close by too.

Lovely clean apartment ,had a lovely stay , loads of room for a family of 5, balcony was lovely to sit and enjoy my morning coffee & an evening drink , Peter was very welcoming and very friendly host will be returning 😁

My husband and son stayed for one night. They said the place was smart and clean, close to amenities, handy for Olivers Mount. Would reccommend.

Telma and Steven were the perfect hosts. Friendly and welcoming but respecting our privacy. Their garden apartment was even better than the pictures. The off-road parking on a quiet street was appreciated. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the big fluffy towels. The seafront is a short walk down a steep hill. In short, if I am looking to stay in Scarborough again, I will definitely be back.

The property has been completely remodelled and beautifully modernised. It has top quality appliances. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you can think of and the bathroom is super modern. The furniture is really beautiful and very very comfortable. There’s not one thing that I can think of to criticise about this property And the host was very responsive and helpful. I totally recommend!

Wonderful property in such a fabulous location. A minutes walk from the beach was just brilliant. Lots of space for our entire party to spread out and enjoy Thoroughly reccomend

What a fabulous apartment! Everything was as advertised, clean, welcoming and homely. it was a lovely start to our stay to find little 'extras' left by the host (wine, crisps, biscuits) and cute knitted ducks left on our pillows containing cream eggs....very fitting for our Easter break. We couldn't fault anything; everything so clean, the apartment well appointed, bed very comfortable with beautiful bedding and towels and everything you could possibly need or want. Beautiful clean high quality cottage, perfect for 2 people, greeted by John and Lyndsey, such friendly hosts without being intrusive. Very welcoming to receive a some vital items on arrival like wine, milk, bread, butter, jam and more. Fabulous location in a quiet village, can only hear the birds tweeting. Perfect for walking right on the cinder track. Two pubs within walking distance. Would definitely recommend. We will be returning there some day in the future. A beautiful apartment, the location is great, with the sea at the end of the street. Very comfortable bed and powerful shower. Nice big telly for when it rained one afternoon. We parked right outside the apartment and there seemed plenty of space for this. Nice, quiet and safe street, 10 min walk to the amusements on the foreshore.
