Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Premantura

Wir haben eine Woche über Silvester im Haus von Jure verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus von Jure liegt etwas abseits der Straße, aber so zentral, dass alle notwendigen Orte schnell und einfach zu erreichen waren. Das Grundstück ist komplett abgeschlossen, was für unseren Hund sehr angenehm war. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten und verfügt über alles was benötigt wird. Besonders angenehm war jetzt im Winter die Fußbodenheizung. Der Kontakt zu Jure war unkompliziert. Er war während unseres Aufenthalts selber im Urlaub, aber eine Freundin hat uns den Schlüssel übergeben und uns mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt. Trotzdem war Jure für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns mit Restauranttipps versorgt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen noch einmal Urlaub in Jures Haus zu verbringen.

A anfitriã foi muito atenciosa e simpática. A casa é bem espaçosa ótima para aproveitar com amigos ou família.

Kavran is a cosy little village (with a bunch of cosy secluded beaches around) and we loved it. A car is a must. Owners speak German and English and took our problems close to heart (I had to work over Zoom 6-9 hours every day and the house WiFi was not designed for the stability I needed; the owners bought a mobile router which provided DL speed of 4-7 Mbit and sealed the matter; on top of that, when my wife had to have her own conference at the same time with me, they invited her over to their place in Banjole, which was extremely nice of them). Overall, owners are absolutely charming and hospitable, we're seriously considering coming again, though we're still in the EXPLORE (not exploit) mode. Watching stars from the jacuzzi was a cherry on the pie.

This was the most magical place we have ever stayed! We loved being able to swim and paddle board right off the front deck, and the home is centrally located so you can walk to all of the best restaurants (although the space is so pretty you might just want to stay home and cook every night). The kitchen is well stocked and the spaces are cozy and thoughtfully appointed! I will say that the ceiling in the upstairs master bedroom is really low. I’m 5’4” and I hit my head multiple times, and my tall husband definitely struggled getting around. There are also a lot of stairs so this isn’t somewhere to stay if you are daunted by 4 flights of stairs multiple times per day. We didn’t mind either of these things because the house is so special and it just kind of comes with the territory, but it’s something to keep in mind. Overall a wonderful stay. Thanks Andreas!

Marko is ontzettend vriendelijk, vooraf, tijdens en na het verblijf. Marko was bij aankomst aanwezig en heeft een goede uitleg gegeven over alles. Marko adviseert wat er te doen is in de omgeving. Het huis en de tuin (omheind) zijn echt prachtig en helemaal in combinatie met een hond. Alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt en meer dan dat. Het is een veilige omgeving. Het dorpje is klein, maar op loopafstand zijn er restaurants in de buurt (in het weekend is er een restaurant op 2 minuten loopafstand). Je loopt vanaf het huis meteen de natuur in en wij hebben prachtige wandelingen gemaakt en onze hond kon loslopen. De locatie van het huis is top. Hierdoor hebben wij alle mooie steden en dorpjes in de omgeving kunnen bewonderen. Wij zijn hier bijna drie weken geweest en kunnen dit huis aan iedereen aanbevelen. Het was een verblijf om nooit meer te vergeten! @Marko, heel erg bedankt voor alles!

Wir sind so freundlich und persönlich empfangen worden. Sie ist so hilfsbereit. Wenn wir fragen hatten kamen Antworten zügig. Alles war so sauber. Die frische der Wohnung kam uns sofort entgegen was uns wie nach zu Hause anfühlte. Alles sauber und Pool herrlich. Wir bekamen leckereien von Ihr. Was ich so süß fande. Ich würde alles in einem sagen das wird nicht unser letzter Urlaub da sein. Bucht die Wohnung ihr macht kein fehler.

We enjoyed our time in the house and Rovinj. Even in November, the house offers recreation, rest and options to socialize. We will come back in the Summer for sure.

We‘ve had a pleasant stay at the tiny stone house. Everything was so nicely put together. Please recognize, that because the Building is surrounded by nature, it‘s possible that ants and spiders enter it- so don‘t let food on the table over night and you‘ll be fine.

I could write thousand of pages about Miriam's home, considering how perfect was our stay in Pula! The place is simple (exactly as we like), very well cleaned, including every single object in the kitchen and also the towels and bed sheets. We spent one week in Pula and we had very hot days, but it is not a problem to sleep as the ar conditioner is great and able to keep the house in a fresh temperature. Miriam also helped us changing money, that's means you don't need to pay exchange rates or get worried about it, just ask to Miriam and among other things, she will help you also on that! Another cool stuff that I saw were the bikes available for renting in Miriam's house, we didn;t use it but if you want, they are there also. The location is perfect, our apartment was faced to the dead-end street side, so few cars passing by. There are a lot of beutiful beaches near by and our favorite one just few minutes away by car from Miriam's house was the Galebove Stijene, there are some caves and you can rent Kayaks to go inside (please do it some days before you go to Pula, otherwise is impossible to book). The "grand finale" was our last night when Miriam brought us a home made crepe, it was still warm and super delicious! Because all of this, we want to back to Pula and repeat the same absolute great experience we had, if you are in doubt and looking for a place to stay, now you can finish your searching, my wife and me extremely recommend this place! Sehr schöne Unterkunft und blitzblank sauber. Der schöne Aussenbereich mit dem Pool war unser Highlight. Unterstand für das Auto hat mich zusätzlich gefreut. Standort leicht zu finden, schön ruhig aber trz schnell in Pula und co.

Barbara and her mother are very kind and helpful, the place is the same as the photos and very comfortable to walk around for any activity! I recommend it.

Great place for a vacation - spacious apartment with all necessary things for a family comfort stay! We enjoyed the amicability of the hosts and felt cosy and welcomed. The communication is easy and prompt. The apartment is on the ground floor with a separate entrance. Everything is just like on the pictures (the TV was even a bit bigger). We appreciated the small details like sun-shaded car park place and some toys for kids. The kitchen is well-equipped not only with cups and plates but also with pots of different sizes, pans and cooking utensils. The beds are very comfortable and the surroundings are quiet. With closed windows (which make sense when an air conditioner is on) I heard nothing from the street, and I'm a sensitive sleeper. The patio is very nice, I enjoyed doing my morning yoga routine among peaches and grapes. The location is also great - just a few minutes by car (less than 10 by foot) to the nearest beach, 10-15 minutes drive to the nearest supermarkets.

Nette, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Das Apartment ist wie beschrieben, mehr als genug Platz für 6 Personen. Pula und Medulin in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Verschiedene Strände und Aktivitäten in direkter Nähe. Gerne wieder.

Ubytování bylo super. Rozmístění pokojů nám vyhovovalo, klima byla ve třech místnostech, včetně ložnic a to bylo skvělé.. Měli jsme parkování hned u domu, a dostupnou terasu, takže pro příjezdu od moře jsme to pohodově vyložili a dali uschnout. Vemte si svůj nůž, jinak se možná rozčilite. Jinak kuchyň ideální. Potěšili i velké úložné skříně na věci a oblečení.

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment war super, es war noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern! Riesen Vorteil, man kann alles in Rovinj zu Fuß erreichen und braucht kein Auto mehr! Ein Konzum um die Ecke ermöglicht auch einen Einkauf zu Fuß und in Hotel um die Ecke kann man um 16€ / Person frühstücken! Man sagt das man vom Apartment „The Q“ kommt und zahlt weniger! Alles in allem ein super schöner Aufenthalt in einem sehr schönen, neuen Apartment auf höchstem 5 Sterne Niveau!

An astounding stone house in an oasis in Istria. Vrsar is a hidden gem and the house has THE BEST VIEW THERE IS. ACES. Looking out of the window, you would think you are on the Caribbean islands. Extremely nice, altogether. I highly recommend

Wir durften einen sehr schönen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus verbringen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und man kann in dem riesigen Garten und dem schönen Pool richtig Entspannen. Man erreicht viele wunderschöne Buchten zu Fuß. Auch Kamenjak erreicht man sehr gut Fuß. Pula sowie Medulin sind ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt und somit auch spontan sehr schnell erreichbar. Goran war wirklich jederzeit Erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Alles lief total unkompliziert und wir hatten das Gefühl, dass man alles tut um uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten - das wurde definitiv geschafft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder

Stanko war immer erreichbar und hat alles sehr schnell zu unserer Zufriedenheit erledigt. Darüber hinaus gab er uns sehr gute Tipp für die Umgebung und Restaurants. Wir sind mit 2 kleinen Hunden angereist, dafür war der eingezäunte Garten wirklich optimal. Die Hunde konnten sich im Garten frei bewegen ohne das wir befürchten mussten, das sie entwischen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen mit Blick auf einen Olivenhain und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Unschlagbar ist der Pool - er war unser Highlight! Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt das Haus ist sehr schön. Franko und Nensi waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Villa Grace ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft von Adrian war sehr schön und groß. Wir waren 12 Personen und hatten genug Platz. Wir waren einige Stunden zu früh dort und durften trotzdem schonmal unsere Koffer unterstellen während Adrian das Haus geputzt hat. Das Haus liegt zwar nicht genau in der Stadt aber dafür in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Fußläufig konnte man einige Restaurants erreichen und mit dem Uber/Auto konnte man innerhalb weniger Minuten den nahegelegenen Strand oder die Innenstadt erreichen. Adrian war ein sehr netter Gastgeber, er war immer sofort erreichbar und hat uns verschiedene Aktivitäten/Restaurants empfohlen. Sehr empfehlenswert!!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten wundervolle 12 Tage in dieser besonderen Villa verbracht. Empfangen wurden wir sehr herzlich von den Hauseigentümern; Mit Gästekorb und einer persönlichen Führung durchs Haus. Es war alles da, was man brauchte, voll und gänzlich ausgestattete Küche. Bis ins kleinste Detail. (sogar Netflix, X-Box) Alles sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool ist etwas kleiner, als er auf den Fotos wirkt, doch unsere Kinder, wie auch wir genossen die Abkühlung jeden Tag aufs Neue. Und mit der Gegenstromanlange kann man auch paar Schwimmzüge machen ;) Sehr zu empfehlen. Wer ruhige und entspannte Ferien sucht, ist hier wundervoll aufgehoben. Vielen Dank für Alles.

Wir haben in Familie eine sehr entspannte Woche in Gverinos wunderschönem Steinhaus verbracht. Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage ganz am Ende der Ferienhaussiedlung direkt am Wald. Hinter dem Haus ein gepflegter Garten mit altem Olivenhain, nach vorne der Blick auf die Adria mit Sonnenaufgang über Cres. Um in die nächst gelegenen Orte zu gelangen benötigt man ein Auto und fährt eine Viertelstunde. Die Wege sind gut zu fahren, ein Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll saniert. Die Treppen zwischen den Geschossen sind etwas steil aber sehr gut gebaut, für uns kein Problem. Wir haben die Zeit genossen auf den beiden Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer, beim Spazieren durch den herrlichen mediterranen Wald mit Lorbeer, Salbei und Wacholder hinunter zur abgelegenen Bucht und beim gemeinsamen Kochen in der rustikalen Küche des Hauses. Ein wunderschöner Ort, den ich gern nochmal besuchen würde.

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!
