Nice apartment, completely as expected, cozy and comfy! Cool swimming pool, there was almost nobody during our stay! Furthermore, calm and quiet neighbourhood, but just in 5 min walk from big supermarket and 10 min to multiple bars, restaurants and party spots, beach was also in a walking distance(around 25 min). Just one thing became uncomfortable, that we were unable to leave the luggage on the reception as after early check-out we still had time until the departure, but it didn't spoil the overall impression. Highly recommend!

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Groot, modern en brandschoon appartement. Balkon aan de voorkant en achterkant waardoor je zicht hebt op de zee of het zwembad en daardoor dus ook kan kiezen voor ochtend- of avondzon. De badkamer met jacuzzibad vonden de kids helemaal geweldig. Daarnaast op loopafstand van Albufeira Old Town en de haven van Albufeira. Kortom, zeker een aanrader!

Paula fue muy amable y atenta en todo momento. Contestaba todas nuestras dudas rápido y no hubo ningún problema. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, muy bien equipado con todo y en una zona tranquila. Si vamos de nuevo por la zona repetiremos sin duda. Todo genial y muy recomendable.

Jorge’s place was really a home away from home especially with our three little girls (5, 4, 1.5 years old). Our girls loved the two bunkbeds. It was spacious, super clean & the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need to cook meals but also walkable to many beaches and restaurants; however one of our favourites was the restaurant just below the building! We loved the beach behind the building as well which was only a few minutes walk. We didn’t end up using the pools in the facility but everything looked great! Jorge himself was very responsive, professional and definitely a superhost helping us check-in as we booked this Airbnb very last minutes and got there later in the evening. The shampoo and conditioner in the showers were nicer than the ones I have at home. I highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again when we come back to Portugal in the future. The modern apartment is well equipped comfortable and spacious; the balcony is large with a side sea view and gets the sun later in the day. We have stayed in the Real Marina development before and this was one of the best equipped apartments we have enjoyed. The beds are comfortable and thought has gone into what people need for a long stay. Lucy left us a welcome hamper with wine, fruit etc and there were extras that you don't always get such as coffee, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, salt,pepper etc. The washer /dryer worked well and there was a drying rack with pegs. The wi-fi worked well without any issues. Like many apartments you can hear some noise from neighbours but in general the apartment was fairly quiet. We would have no hesitation in booking the apartment again.

Great apartment with fantastic views from the balcony. Lots of great bars and restaurants on our doorstep and a lovely 20 minute walk down to the marina. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Absolut so ausgestattet wie beschrieben und sieht auch in live genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Bei Ankunft auch alles angenehm sauber! Ich hasse Duschvorhänge, aber selbst der war praktisch neu. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - vielen Dank! Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es laufen täglich Menschen durch die Siedlung und sammeln von Hand den kleinsten Müll auf. Die in negativen Kommentaren teils erwähnten, alten Liegen am Pool haben wir gesehen, allerdings können wir nicht nachvollziehen warum diese so negativ aufstoßen. Ja die Liegen sehen nicht wie neu aus, aber sie sind sauber, solide und sehr bequem - wie oben beschrieben achten die Betreiber sehr auf Sauberkeit. Zum Strand ist es nicht der kürzeste Weg, aber wir sind die Strecke mindestens einmal am Tag gelaufen - von daher gut machbar! Einkaufszentrum, etc. ist alles erreichbar. Alles in allem würde ich die Wohnung sehr empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay at Ines’s apartment. The location is a short walk to most restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and of course, the beautiful beach. It’s located very centrally in Albufeira and Old Town is approximately a 20-25 minute walk. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was clean and well maintained. We especially enjoyed having a balcony to sit out on in the mornings or to enjoy a drink after a long day of exploring the area. Ines was wonderful to deal with and was very prompt to respond to any of our questions. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to one day return to beautiful Portugal!! Such a lovely place!

Ida's home is beautifully decorated large and light. It is in a quite road and we had no noise distribution but it was so close to the bars, restaurants train station and bus depot. The whole appartment was spotless and the sun terrace was a little piece of heaven to read a book on and top up a tan. Thank you for a lovely stay. Dannie and Em

Fabulous house for a group or large family. Everything is so beautifully done and Melina is obviously an interior decorator because the small things mattered. Same single problem as every other reviewer is "the bells" {of the church, Igrela de Mexilhoeira} but Melina cannot do anything about that. Great accommodation, great location, great hostess.

Met 5 volwassenen en 1 kind (9jaar) hebben wij van 27 oktober tot en met 2 november 2024 met heel veel plezier verbleven in de prachtige villa. Alles was prima in orde. Mooie en schone bad- en slaapkamers. Heerlijk terras met buitenkeuken en zwembad. Supermarkt op 8 minuten rijden met de auto en de gezellige haven van Lagos ook prima met de auto te bereiken op circa 10 minuten rijden. Alle voorzieningen in en rondom de villa waren prima. Zelfs strandhanddoeken lagen voor ons klaar. Werkelijk niets op of aan te merken op dit prachtige vakantieverblijf. Voor ons zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Le logement de Paulo directement situé sur la plage offre un accès facile et promet de longues balades le long de l’océan. C’est apaisant surtout après avoir passé quelques jours en ville. Paulo est adorable

Sehr tolle Wohnung, super gelegen. Restaurants und Supermärkte können zu Fuss erreicht werden. Besonders toll war der Whirlpool. Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen, wenn wir in Albufeira sind.

We had an amazing stay at Vila Rafa! The house is clean, large and practical. The kitchen is very well equipped and the garden is a peaceful oasis (which is also safe for children - away from the busy street). Rafael has been a wonderful host: discreet but always available when we needed some tips to get around. We definitely recommend staying here!

Ein wunderschönes Häuschen mit wunderschönem Garten. Das Haus hat Charme und Charakter, Bilder und Bücher. Es ist ausreichend Platz zu kochen und zu essen. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und Thyl ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber.

What a gem! The 2 minute walk to the most beautiful beaches with cliffs was spectacular. Walking and hiking trails galore. We were blown away by the beauty. Paula was responsive and kind. Perfect mid point location in the Algarve. We drove west to Lagos (kayaked the caves there) and Sagres, then drove east to Tavira with stops along the way in Quarteira and Vilamoura. You will not be disappointed. If I could it 10 stars I would.

I really enjoyed my stay. The apartment is extremely well presented and clean. Everything is supplied that you would need. Everything is in excellent condition. In the better weather I would think the outside area would be great. I would highly recommend this Apartment due to its location and cleanliness. I was travelling alone and felt very safe. Angela was helpful and very responsive.

Myself, husband and 19month old recently stayed here and found it to be absolutely perfect for our first family holiday. The apartment was spotless. Location was perfect- 10 minute walk to beach, shops, restaurants etc. The beds were extremely comfortable and my son's travel cot was made up with nice linen and ready for our arrival. We always travel with stick on blackout blinds however these weren't needed as the apartment has blackout shutters which also made us feel extremely safe. There was plenty of crockery and kitchen appliances. The pools were great and plenty of sun loungers for use. It was also extremely helpful that there was a washing machine and drying rack when travelling with children. The apartment had plenty of space for us and a lovely dining table to enjoy meals plus a high chair. There was a small kids play area next to the pool which was good too. We highly recommend this apartment.

Très bel appartement propre, moderne avec une vue splendide! Quelques minutes à pied des restaurants et des bars. Proche de la plage. Antonio est un hôte très sympathique et il a pris le temps de nous faire visiter le logement et de discuter des attractions de la ville. Merci! Nous le recommandons sans hésiter!

Ana hat uns persönlich und freundlich empfangen, obwohl wir erst nachts um 1.30 Uhr angekommen sind. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Lage und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es findet sich immer ein kostenfreier Parkplatz vor der Tür. Leider war das Badezimmer und besonders die Küche mit Besteck, Gläsern etc. sehr schmutzig zum Teil mit deutlichen Essensresten. Da es keinen Geschirrspüler gibt, wird wohl auch nicht mehr "nachgespült". Wir haben dann erstmal alles abgewaschen und gereinigt. Die Wohnung ist recht kalt und feucht. Wir haben die Heizung durchgängig heizen lassen und mussten trotzdem im Fleecepulli und Jogginghose schlafen um nicht zu frieren. Das lag sicherlich auch daran, dass wir im März leider bei einer kalten durchgängigen Regenwoche da waren. Im Sommer ist es sicherlich viel angenehmer!
