Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, jedoch nur wenige Gehminuten von einer U-Bahn- und Bushaltestelle entfernt. Auch eine Billa-Filiale sowie mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert. Es bietet zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen – ob im Sessel, auf dem Sofa oder draußen auf der Terrasse. Auf der Terrasse laden eine Hollywood-Schaukel, ein Grill und stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung zum Verweilen ein. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich vorbereitet. Kornelie hat uns sogar eine Vase mit frischen Tulpen hingestellt – eine schöne Geste, die den ohnehin schon einladenden Aufenthalt noch besser gemacht hat. Die Küche ist großzügig geschnitten und bestens ausgestattet – sehr gut zum Kochen. Das Highlight für unsere größeren Kinder nach einem langen Tag in der Stadt war der riesige Fernseher mit vielen Streaming-Möglichkeiten. Kornelie ist äußerst freundlich, und hilfsbereit.

We stayed at this place for 1 month with 2 middle size dogs. Everything was perfect - central location 10 min away from big park to walk dogs, cafes, bars and grocery shopping. Very comfortable apartment with great view. We felt like at home, thanks for hosting

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Jurij. Il a été réactif lorsqu'il nous manquait des choses ou que nous avions des questions et s'est toujours rendu disponible. Le logement est facilement accessible avec les bus 145 ou 152 depuis l'arrêt de métro/tram Kobylisy (métro C notamment). Le logement se trouve entre les arrêts Libenska et Cimice. D'ailleurs, du côté de l'arrêt Cimice, vous trouverez une petite superette ouverte de 6h à 23h ainsi qu'un ATM et une pharmacie. Pas loin il y a un Albert où vous pourrez faire vos courses jusqu'à 21h et pas loin de l'arrêt Repinska (avec le bus 152) vous aurez un Lidl. Si vous avez des enfants et que vous voulez allez au zoo ce sera également facile d'accès en prenant le bus 235 pas loin (arrêt Repinska). Le logement est situé dans un quartier calme et sécure. Il est très bien équipé y compris d'un grill intérieur très pratique pour faire cuire viande ou légumes rapidement pendant qu'on grignote des cacahuètes !

I had a wonderful stay at Stefan’s place in Slapy, Czech Republic! The house was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful surroundings, with stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Il soggiorno in questo B&B a Praga è stato semplicemente perfetto. L’alloggio è strutturato benissimo, curato nei dettagli, pulito e molto accogliente. La posizione è ottima: si trova vicino alle fermate dei tram 1 e 2, comodissimi per visitare la città e raggiungere facilmente le principali attrazioni, senza stress. Un grande grazie all’host, davvero gentile e sempre disponibile: ci ha fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento, fornendoci anche ottimi consigli su cosa visitare e dove mangiare. Consiglio vivamente questo posto a chiunque voglia godersi Praga in un ambiente confortevole, ben collegato e con un’ospitalità impeccabile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Vaclav a été bien arrangeant sur notre arrivée, et comunicatif 🙏. Logement ne manquant de rien, voir même plus, bien placé sur Prague. Quarter calme. Le logement est à 5 minutes à pieds de l'arrêt de bus 137, qui amène en 10 minutes au centre ville, c est top. Merci pour votre accueil.

La casa és fantàstica, molt àmplia i acollidora. El Jirka sempre es troba disponible, ens va atendre i ajudar molt. Lloc ideal, tranquil, i a prop de Praga. Molt recomanat.

Stayed here for two nights during a road trip from Italy to Finland. The location is excellent — quiet enough to have a good night’s sleep, but a short walking distance from main attractions. A number of pubs, resraurants and grocery stores close by. The loft (upstairs) has a good ceiling height; at 6’2’’ we managed fine. Downstairs can get a bit humid during rainy days and there is a trace of mildew; however, we did not find this a problem. We recommend NOT to arrive by car. Parking provided by host is safe, very close to the apartment and convenient, but expensive. Contrary to some reviews, we prefer checking in by meeting the host; I found the messaging/calling less stressful than using an e-portal. But again, YMMV. All in all, we RECOMMEND this place and would personally re-book it.

Vše bez chybičky - od počáteční komunikace po samotné ubytování s vřelým a milým přijetím, ochotou a vstřícností ! Není co vytknout a pokud budeme hledat z podobného důvodu, pro podobnou příležitost - víme, kam se obrátit. Ještě jednou moc děkujeme!

Very friendly host, the place is cozy and perfect for a getaway trip

Unserer Aufenthalt bei Tomas war fantastisch! Sein Cottage ist richtig urig und cozy. Am Lagerfeuer draußen oder drinnen beim Ofen, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Unser Kind hatte auch super viel Spaß und es gab immer etwas zu tun für ihn, sodass die Eltern entspannen konnten :) Wir kommen wieder! Danke Tomáš :)

Lovely house near the airport.

Jakožto skupině přátel se nám ubytování maximálně líbilo. Baráček je skvěle vybavený a byl čistý. Paní Nikola odpovídala vskutku rychle a vždy nám vyšla vstříc. Toto ubytování můžu vskutku doporučit!

Vše proběhlo v naprostém pořádku. Ubytování odpovídalo popisu a fotkám. Komunikace probíhala rychle a bezproblémově. Stejně tak jako bezkontaktní přístup do ubytování a následný odjezd. Krásné okolí pro procházky. Ocenili jsme i možnost vzít s sebou psa za malý příplatek. Děkujeme za ubytování, moc jsme si to užili.

Mohu ubytování a Michala jenom pochválit. Vše bylo v naprosté pořádku. Hostitel nás přivítal, vše vysvětlil a dal tipy, kam zajít na jídlo, jak se dostat do centra atd. Vřele toto ubytování doporučuji.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 6 Personen . Wir konnten in dem Haus gemeinsam die Zeit genießen ebenso wie in der Umgebung.

Velice milá paní hostitelka, ubytování se nachází nedaleko od stanice metra. Ubytování bylo čisté a hezky uklizené.

Unser Aufenthalt war wirklich toll. Prag ist eine tolle Stadt und die Unterkunft war sehr ansprechend. Die Einrichtung, besonders das Schlafsofa, und der Boden sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber nichts weshalb die Wohnung nicht gut zu bewerten wäre. Die Umgebung ist wirklich schön und sicher. Wir konnten direkt vorm Haus Park und haben dann für unsere Unternehmungen die Straßenbahn genommen, die auch direkt vorm Haus abfährt 👍🏾 wir haben Josef zwar nicht persönlich getroffen (muss auch nicht sein), aber die Kommunikation über den Chat war sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Alles in Allem eine wirklich gelungene Städtereise mit Kindern … sehr empfehlenswert…

Appartamento molto spazioso e affascinante. La posizione non è centralissima ma la zona è molto elegante e ben servita.

We arrived by plane and had good instructions to find the place. Quiet place -the appartment windows face a nice back side of the building-; small walk to restaurants and stores (find the Lidl near the trolley/bus stop, Albert a bit further away); easy to go in the town center for visits with buses, trolley, or metro. Good shower, good wifi, comfortable bed, had towels and sheets for the bed. We were very pleased with our stay.

S manželkou jsme se ubytovali na víkend a využili nedaleké podniky, ale i blízkost MHD a snadné cesty jinam po městě. Ubytování bylo příjemné bez nejmenších problémů. Velmi příjemné bylo i podlahové topení v koupelně!

Moc pěkné ubytování v klidné lokalitě i přesto, že jste stále v Praze, a to jen pár kroků od autobusové zástavky a lesem za zády. Veškerý komfort, který potřebujete jak pro práci, tak odpočinek. Pro odpočinek nebo pro domácí mazlíčky může člověk využít krásnou před zahrádku. Velmi vstřícní majitelé a skvělá komunikace. Byla jsem moc spokojena a ráda toto ubytování doporučím dál a ráda se vrátím.
