Die Unterkunft hat meine Erwartungen für Canacona total übertroffen. Nach vielen teuren und ungepflegten Strand-Bungalows in Süd Goa war Andreas Wohnung absolut auf europäischem Standard! Kein Hundegebell, kein Gehupe, keine laute Partymusik und das Ganze in einer sehr gepflegten Wohnanlage. Mit dem Roller war ich innerhalb von wenigen Minuten an 5 verschiedenen Stränden. Preisleistungverhältnis ist absolut Top. So einen Standard erwarte ich für eine Touristendestination. Desweiteren waren Einkaufsläden und Apotheke eine Minute entfernt. Danke für die tolle Unterkunft und die erholsamen Ferientage.

The stay was great! The property looked exactly like the pictures—clean, comfortable, and just as described. Nabeela was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

Maninder has the perfect studio apartment for a couple to have a workacation in South Goa. it's a 6 minute drive from Palolem beach, and is right off the market area. we also were easily able to park our car inside the apartment complex. the room is spotless and is fully stocked with linen, towels, and all basic amenities that we could think of. we felt like home the moment we entered. will surely stay at Maninders place always whenever we come back to South Goa. 5 stars all the way.

Loved the farmhouse stay. It’s a beautiful setting and the house is done up really nicely. The house can accommodate private parties really well. The places features a natural water pool that I really loved. Great place for a weekend BBQ party. The caretaker also is a humble and a very friendly guy who will make sure you’re welcomed at the level best, just like the host. All and all, it’s a a great place and I’ll definitely recommend.

The property is located in Canacona, South Goa just 10 minutes from the nearest police station. it's 2kms from Cotigao and 30 kms from Netravali wildlife sanctuary. It's a beautiful home with a garden yard. Get your morning tea andsit on the porch, you would find exotic birds sitting sng chirping on the trees and beautiful butterflies sipping on the flower nectars. There are insects around but that's the very beauty of this place. Just let them free and give them their space. The neighborhood is peaceful, calm and serene and shops and markets are at accessible distances. The Cancacone town is 6kms drive away and you get everything there. And if you're someone who prefers cooking your own meal, don't forget to visit the Chaudi Market that sets up every Saturday. You'd find fresh fruits, vegetables exotic, organic of all kinds. The best part would be the foreigners reaching out to you to ask you the price of each item and helping them to bargain on their behalf. Falling short of words.

Had a very pleasant and peaceful stay! The host lives abroad, so we were greeted by his mother, who was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We stayed here for New Year's Eve and spent most of the time on the secluded Galgibaga Beach, which I highly recommend to anyone planning to stay at this place. Overall, it was a completely tranquil experience!

Our group of 6 have just returned from a 16 night stay at this Villa and we had the most incredible time! It was in a beautifully peaceful location with easy access to the surrounding places such as Palolem and Patnem. The villa itself is so spacious and relaxing with the most gorgeous garden. During the booking, Rohan was so responsive and helpful, making the experience before we arrived stress free! On arrival, Assis, Rohan’s father, checked us in and gave us so much helpful information for our trip. He was also on the other end of the phone for the entire trip for anything we needed. He kindly organised us local boat trips, which were incredible and recommended places for us to eat and visit! This was enormously helpful and his recommendations were simply wonderful, including Art Resort in Palolem, where we spent most of our holiday! Bahadur, the housekeeper looked after us really well, and kept everything clean and tidy, whilst also cooking breakfast. Thank you so much! 💕

We had an amazing stay at Apoorva and Satya Prakash’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and well-organized. They arranged for someone to guide us through the path, making check-in effortless. The property is absolutely worth visiting, especially if you have a four-wheeler. Apoorva has thoughtfully arranged every little detail—from groceries to toiletries—ensuring we had everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. Since it’s in a remote area, they understand the importance of providing essentials, making it incredibly convenient for guests to cook and enjoy their stay. The couple is genuinely warm and friendly. While we didn’t get to meet Satya Prakash in person, he checked in on us over the phone, ensuring we were comfortable. If you love being close to nature, this is the perfect place to stay. We would love to visit again and, if possible, would give them more than five stars! Highly recommended!
