Originally a train depot constructed in 1857, it has been fully modernized for contemporary living. However, we have taken great effort to preserve its rustic charms that Abraham Lincoln would have known during his circuit riding days before the Civil War. These include graffiti from 1917.

Arnie’s Place is a perfect place for a couples get away, girls trip, small gatherings, a few nights stay for sporting events, a quiet place to relax and unwind.

West Urbana state street guest suite

Next to the heart of University of Illinois campus, surrounded by beautiful mature trees, this spacious and serene guest suite will enhance your experience in town. The guest suite has it own entrance. It is connected to the sunroom of our main house. This space do not come with TV, washer and dryer. And the space do not have kitchenette. However, we provide microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. This space is not limited mobility accessible. No party and no smoking.

A unique and tranquil hideaway nestled in the woods where one can relax and view nature through the wall of glass, or venture out to full length open and lighted deck, relax on the rocker or stretch out at patio table with a beverage and enjoy the views. You may also relax out front with the firepit and sunset views. Raccoons, deer, chipmunks, squirrels, owls, tree frogs can be seen and heard around the cabin.

The Little House *Weekly/Monthly Special Rate*

Quiet little cottage is situated in the back of our large peaceful property. We are located outside of city limits with our cottage being bordered on one side by dense woods and several large oak trees shading the entire area. This cottage has it's own private driveway with easy one level access. It's common to have deer grazing in the yard during the early morning and evening hours. A great place to relax.

This upstairs apartment is a must see beautiful, bright and open space. The space boasts a chefs kitchen and unique architectural touches. The beautiful enclosed porch offers extra room to enjoy and the spa tub is perfect for relaxation. The apartment sits on a unique 1.5 acre property including a meditation cabin, greenhouse, rock garden, and space for kids to run around.
