Διαθέτει έναν όμορφο κήπο, με τραπέζι και παγκακια!!! Το σπίτι βρίσκεται απέναντι από τον ιερό ναό της Αγίας Τριάδας και δίπλα υπάρχει μία παιδική χαρά. Στα 5 μ. υπάρχει μίνι μάρκετ , φούρνος , καφέ και δυο εστιατόρια . Η θάλασσα απέχει 3 χιλ (10-15 λεπτά ). μόνο. Χώρος πάρκινγκ υπάρχει άφθονος περιμετρικά του σπιτιού που είναι δωρεάν.
