The host is very friendly, responds very quickly, the accommodation is clean, the room is spacious, fully equipped. From the accommodation it is very close to walk around Lake Lecco.

Very spacious and clean appartment with private parking. Everything was spotless! Silvia was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Definitely recommendable.

If we could give 6 stars we would. The location is beautiful, full of wonderful nature. Ivana’s apartment felt right at home, had everything you would want in an airbnb and more. We very much enjoyed all the delicacies! Even with public transport its very reachable and Ivana is very friendly and helpful. We wouldn’t think twice about booking again.

Господар був дуже любʼязним, дружнім і допомагав і цікавився усіма моментами. Пояснював всі нюанси при заселені. Помешкання було чистим і затишним. Все необхідне у будинку для комфортного проживання. Природа чудова, види прекрасні. Тихо і гарно навкруги. Примітка для водіїв( не стосується будинку) - якщо ви не дуже досвідчений водій, вам буде трохи важко дістатися до місця, тому що серпантина дорога досить важка і потребує гарних навичок водіння.

Byli jsme ubytováni s kamarády na zimní dovolenou. Skvělé umístění apartmánu a možnost využít skibus do lyžařského centra. Prostředí klidné a oceňuji skvělou čistotu. Perfektní komunikace od Mattia. Doporučuji!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen und konnten schöne Ausflüge in der Gegend unternehmen. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, aber aufgrund der sehr schlechten Wetter Vorhersage waren Ausflüge mit unserem alten und blinden Hund nicht mehr möglich.

Notre séjour chez Bruno et Chiara a été une parenthèse dans un écrin de verdure. la maison est de toute beauté, verdoyante, fleurie, pierres, bois, trouvailles, personnalité, chaleureux, atypique, cosi, confort, déco soignée, ombragée... A proximité de multiples plages de Colico, et lac de Côme, villes et villas, jardins botaniques = magnifique !!!! Et que dire de l'accueil : Chiara : adorable, à l'écoute ultra réactive et au petit soin pour être sûr que tout se déroule bien : réservation, suivi, check in, durant le séjour, check out. Bruno : hôte ultra accueillant, qui donnent pleins de conseils de resto et activités, il est dispo dès qu'on a besoin de lui. Il sait chouchouter ses guest. Merci Bruno pour votre gentillesse !!!! Wir konnte ein schönes und unvergessliches Wochenende unter Freundinnen geniessen. Die Küche ist äusserst gut ausgestattet, die Wohnung ist gross und es hat wirklich alles was es benötigt! Danke :)

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist schön und liegt oberhalb der Iseosee. wir sind von Aleksandra und ihre Kinder herzlich empfangen worden.Man erreicht das Haus durch die enge strassen. Die Aussicht aus dem Balkon ist sehr schön. die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. Es haben am Anfang paar Kleinigkeiten gefällt aber die Aleksandra mit sich mit Bravour darum gekümmert. das ist ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf! Het huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien, super netjes en schoon en ligt op een prachtige locatie in de bergen. Het zwembad wordt gedeeld met de bewoners van de overige woningen op de residentie, maar grotendeels heb je dit zwembad voor je alleen. De bewoners zijn super vriendelijk en maken graag een praatje met je in het Italiaans 😁 Colico aan het meer is een gezellig klein plaatsje waar je lekker wat kunt eten en drinken. Dit is in een 25 minuten prima naar beneden te lopen (wij met 2 kinderen van 5 en 9 jaar oud). Vanaf Colico kun je makkelijk alle kanten rondom het Comomeer op. Wij raden dit verblijf zeer zeker anderen aan!

Bella baita in area tranquilla, dotata di tutto quello che serve, ristrutturata di recente anche in ottica di efficienza energetica. Curata e accogliente, tutta di legno dentro. Le camere al piano di sotto rendono la vita facile se avete bimbi. Peccato solo che andare agli impianti a piedi sia un po' troppo lunga, ma son 3 minuti in macchina. Consigliata!

Great stay, fabulous place for two. kitchen is well equipped, bed is comfortable, floor heating, spacious bathroom and very good shower. The studio flat is quiet, the location is good, just 30min drive from St Moritz.

We only stayed one night at Residence Lake Como and truly wish it could have been longer. Our apartment was beautiful—spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and very comfortable. A real treat was the location: just 100 meters from the lake shore, offering magnificent, uninterrupted views of the water and surroundings. Although it was a bit tricky to find at first, our host was proactive, reaching out with clear directions and helpful tips. Check-in was smooth and done in advance, allowing us to settle in immediately. When we arrived late and needed some milk, she went above and beyond to help. We highly recommend Residence Lake Como for an unforgettable, lakeside experience.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht auf die Bergen. Sehr ruhige Lage. 20min Autofahrt von Bergün entfernt- 30min von Davos.

It is the perfect place for friends on a ski weekend and it has been a pleasure to stay. The host has been very welcoming and helpful since the booking and informed us of everything that could have been useful. I will definitely come back!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Gastgeber waren ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit gut erreichbar – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Berge – perfekt zum Entspannen. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom großzügigen Platzangebot: Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und der gepflegte Garten bietet viel Platz zum Spielen und Verweilen. Ideal für große Familien oder auch zwei Familien, die gemeinsam reisen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Ferienwoche in dieser sehr stilvollen Unterkunft verbracht. Herzlichen Dank und gerne wieder.

Baita molto carina e accogliente, completa di tutto , sono stati 6 giorni molto piacevoli e rilassanti! Panorama molto bello e diverse passeggiate nei dintorni. Alba è sempre stata molto disponibile, gentile e generosa nel soddisfare le nostre richieste. La sua baita ci è rimasta nel cuore, torneremo sicuramente!

Casa molto accogliente, vista meravigliosa e in posizione strategica. Lontano dal caos del centro ma facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 15/20 min percorrendo una fantastica strada panoramica. Cinzia, sempre disponibile per qualunque necessità e consiglio. Super consigliato!!!!

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso questa location e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza fantastica! La casa è pulita, confortevole e ben arredata, con tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La disponibilità e la gentilezza di Linda sono state eccezionali. Ha sempre risposto prontamente alle mie richieste e ha fatto di tutto per metterci a nostro agio con tutta la compagnia. Consigliamo vivamente l'alloggio di Linda a chiunque cerchi un posto confortevole e accogliente dove soggiornare.. anche con gli amici questo è una ottima location. *Punti di forza:* - Pulizia e ordine dell'alloggio - Comfort - giardino e area riservata - Disponibilità e gentilezza della host. - internet veloce - box e cortile pvt P.s Non possiamo metterti 9* perché per noi sono tutte positive, te ne lasciamo solo 5* Ultimo ma non meno importante, è stata Super con la mia cagnolina, anche lei ti ringrazia molto!
