Renta de casas vacacionales en Poschiavo

Wij hebben als gezin met 2 kleine kinderen het verblijf als fantastisch ervaren! Het uitzicht missen we nu al en het appartement biedt alles wat je wenst als je reist met kleine kinderen! De beheerster was super snel, lief en zorgvuldig. Ondanks dat je de tuin/zwembad deelt met twee andere appartementen , ervaar je toch veel privacy. Het appartement was brandschoon en ruim. Het enige puntje voor volgende gasten; neem alvast je eigen handdoeken mee en keukendoeken. We komen graag weer terug hier!!! Colico is een super knus dorp, geen groot toerisme en ontzettend mooi en verzorgd.

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist schön und liegt oberhalb der Iseosee. wir sind von Aleksandra und ihre Kinder herzlich empfangen worden.Man erreicht das Haus durch die enge strassen. Die Aussicht aus dem Balkon ist sehr schön. die Kommunikation hat super funktioniert. Es haben am Anfang paar Kleinigkeiten gefällt aber die Aleksandra mit sich mit Bravour darum gekümmert. das ist ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt über ein verlängertes Wochenende in dieser Unterkunft. Es gibt genug Schlafräume um sich selbst in großen Gruppen nicht in die Quere zu kommen, aber gleichzeitig tolle Gemeinschaftsräume um die Zeit miteinander zu genießen. Die tolle Küche ist ein Highlight für jeden Hobby-Koch und auch sonst ist für jede Menge Beschäftigung für Groß und Klein mit Hobby-Raum, Sauna und Pool gesorgt. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, bietet einen tollen Ausblick und ist nur 10 min vom Skigebiet Savognin entfernt. Die Kommunikation und Organisation mit Carmen und Luca lief immer sehr freundlich und schnell ab und alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Super séjour à la casa unica entre copines. L'hôte, Bruno, était aux petits soins : communication claire malgré la barrière de la langue, super réactif avec plein de recommandations et attentionné. Les pièces étaient fidèles aux photos, la chambre avec lits superposés est un peu petite pour des adultes, mais tout est fonctionnel. La maison étant partagée, les espaces extérieurs sont communs mais ça reste calme et accessible. Les terrasses privées sont tops avec une vue agréable et un environnement paisible. Tout petit bémol pour la piscine plus petite que ce que nous avions imaginé au regard des photos et pas très propre. Mais plage à proximité très agréable. Localisation super si vous avez une voiture, nous avons pu faire tous les villages du lac avec des trajets d'une heure maximum et les commerces sont à proximité. Encore un gros merci à Bruno et sa gentillesse, je vous recommande fortement de passer votre séjour à la casa unica.

Ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf! Het huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien, super netjes en schoon en ligt op een prachtige locatie in de bergen. Het zwembad wordt gedeeld met de bewoners van de overige woningen op de residentie, maar grotendeels heb je dit zwembad voor je alleen. De bewoners zijn super vriendelijk en maken graag een praatje met je in het Italiaans 😁 Colico aan het meer is een gezellig klein plaatsje waar je lekker wat kunt eten en drinken. Dit is in een 25 minuten prima naar beneden te lopen (wij met 2 kinderen van 5 en 9 jaar oud). Vanaf Colico kun je makkelijk alle kanten rondom het Comomeer op. Wij raden dit verblijf zeer zeker anderen aan!

Das Haus und die Einrichtung liessen keine Wünsche offen, alles war rundum perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit Cyrill war schnell, unkompliziert, klar. Ein idealer Ort (Familien)Ferien zu verbringen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Very spacious and clean appartment with private parking. Everything was spotless! Silvia was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Definitely recommendable.

Ana and David were wonderful hosts for a dreamy house in the vineyard. From the outside, it looks like a typical stone house in the mountains, but inside it is newly and modernly renovated with everything you need. The path from the car to the house is not to be underestimated (kids should not be too small) and can be quite strenuous in the summer, but if you know what to expect, it is manageable. The house's location in the middle of the vineyard and the breathtaking view more than compensate for the effort. The region is also stunning and offers a variety of activities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Dům je v horské vesnici Precasaglio velmi blízko k Ponte di Legno, je prostorný a vejdou se tam dvě rodiny. Dům má tři ložnice (jedna je v suterénu) a obývací pokoj s kuchyní a krbem, dříví je k dispozici. Na sjezdovky do Ponte Di Legno se dá jet autem, tak cca. 10 min, nebo skibusem, který jezdí ve špičce cca. každých cca. 30 minut a staví 50 m od domu. Úzká příjezdová cesta mezi historickými domy je trochu adrenalin, ale celkově se dá bez problémů a při sněhu je rychle odklizená. Kousek od domu je parkoviště, případně je k dispozici 1 garáž. Ve vesnici je velmi dobrá a cenově přijatelná restaurace, večer ale nemá otevřeno každý den. Paní Paola a pan Brian byli velmi ochotní a na všechny dotazy rychle opověděli.

Le airbnb de Silvana est une vraie merveille dans les hauteurs de Sondrio. Cagnoletti est un village à l'architecture autenthique des alpages italiens. La maison en pierre est bien faite, avec tout ce qu'on a besoin pour se sentir à la maison et entourée d'une nature merveilleuse. Si vous vous reveillez assez tôt, vous pourrez observer par la fenêtre des cerfs ou des biches juste à côté de la maison. De plus, les personnes du village sont accueillantes et sympas. C'est un vrai bout de paradis ♡

Schöne authentische Hütte oberhalb eines Tals. Absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Waren zu zweit eine Woche im Oktober dort um wandern zu gehen. Gut um mal runterzukommen. Aufstehen, Kamin anmachen, Kaffee kochen und den Schafen beim grasen zuschauen. Absoluter Glücksgriff. Pierino, der Gastgeber ist wirklich ein klasse Kerl und sehr hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

I had an amazing stay at Camilla's place! The location was perfect, and the apartment was clean and cozy. The host was very helpful and easy communication. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. I can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Innanzi tutto devo dire che qualità prezzo è onestissimo. Bella casa separata dalle altre per una maggiore tranquillità, pulizia e ordine,l'unica pecca per mio conto è la presenza dell'allevamento di alcuni asini che ogni tanto si facevano sentire anche durantelanotte, ma a parte questo il posto è decisamente tranquillo, pulito, confortevole e gode di una bella vista, sopratutto 5 stelle alla gentilezza e preparazione dei padroni di casa.

La casa è bellissima e accanto ad un agriturismo quindi comoda nel caso non si voglia cucinare. Non è in centro paese ma a noi piace cosi, la casa è a metà strada tra il paese e gli impianti di risalita con una bella vista e comoda per tutto, relax e pace. In casa c'è tutto quello che serve.

Господар був дуже любʼязним, дружнім і допомагав і цікавився усіма моментами. Пояснював всі нюанси при заселені. Помешкання було чистим і затишним. Все необхідне у будинку для комфортного проживання. Природа чудова, види прекрасні. Тихо і гарно навкруги. Примітка для водіїв( не стосується будинку) - якщо ви не дуже досвідчений водій, вам буде трохи важко дістатися до місця, тому що серпантина дорога досить важка і потребує гарних навичок водіння.

The apartment is beautiful, it's modern and designed with wood and a fireplace such that it feels a bit rustic. It is spacious, has a double ceiling height in the living room and kitchen area. Our 10yr kid loved the half-floor above the living room, accessible via a ladder. Parents liked the view and that their bedroom was on another floor. The showers are big, the kitchen is stocked with everything necessary. Overall our group (5 adults, 1 kid, 1 toddler) had 2 great nights. There was space for a much larger group though. Dario provided a kid chair and a fondue set as we asked in advance and he was very nice to chat with. We will be very happy to stay there in the future.

Casetta immersa nella natura con giardino splendido.Facile da raggiungere ,un ottima soluzione per chi desidera rilassarsi e godersi passeggiate nella tranquillità dei sentieri comodamente raggiungibili a piedi. Host gentilissima, assolutamente consigliata .Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni meravigliosi in compagnia della nostra cagnolina che ha amato l'ampio giardino e il contesto tranquillo delle montagne intorno.

очень удачно вдвоем покатались в пиковый сезон. из квартиры великолепный вид на склоны и окресности! до подъемни ка- 5 минут на автомашине, 2 спальни и 2 ванные комнаты, большая гостиная с кухней. Отлично организована поддержка, для проживания есть всё необходимое! мы искренне сказали огромное спасибо Джулии за гостеприимство!

We loved our stay at Anina's place. Beautiful views on the surrounding mountains, enough space for 2 families (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 kids), fully equipped kitchen, including essentials. Only needed to bring our own food and clothes. We were there in winter and it was nice and warm. There was also a nice outside space (balcony, garden and dinning area) that we didn't use this time of year. It was an easy (around 20 min) drive every day to Lenzerheide to go skiing. We had a great time! thank you! We love to come back another day!
