Renta de casas vacacionales en Porto Santo Stefano

Sono stata a Castiglione della Pescaia una settimana con la mia famiglia e il mio cane. Mi sono trovata veramente bene nell'alloggio di Flavia , pulitissimo , molto bella la posizione e il giardino ben curato. devo dire che è il posto ideale per rilassarsi e godersi la tranquillità di una vacanza.

Ginevra was very friendly and forthcoming. Communication was smooth and prompt. Nice place, surely recommended!

Notre petit séjour chez Andrea c’est très bien passé ! Une belle expérience au milieu de nul part. Le logement est petit mais c’est ce qu’il fait son charme, nous avons adorer ce petit cocon, Andrea est une hôte très accueillante et très bienveillante ! Aucun bruit, endroit très reposant et ressourçant ! Merci beaucoup

We are an American and Italian family traveling through Italy and we highy recommend this special spot in the mountains. The landscape was beautiful and the breakfast was wonderful. We ended up arriving very late in the evening as their was a crash on the autostrada and Luca was very accommodating and communicative. We would stay here again.

The garden and sorroundings are so nice and pretty. The appartment is well equipt. Alessandro is a very good host. Orbetello is such a perfect place to run, walk or go to the beach. The small city has restaurants, shops and bars. Easy to travel by car to Pisa, Firenze and Rome. 1hr30 to Rome and 2hr to Firenze. 6hr to Venice (via Firenze). I would love to come back. I stayed for 1 month to work and train for the Marathon in Venice (42K).

Ottimo soggiorno, casa molto comoda e completa di tutto. Lucia e sua madre veramente gentili e disponibili. Privacy, panorama splendido, le pecore che pascolano e zero caos… una meraviglia, soprattutto per chi viene dalla città. Grazie a Lucia e famiglia!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Lucas Ferienhaus. Zwei Wochen in der typisch toskanischen Idylle mit mehr oder weniger privatem Pool halfen uns die Batterien wieder aufzuladen. Neben den ausgedehnten Pooltagen durfte auch das sightseeing nicht zu kurz kommen. Es gibt viele einzigartige Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Allerdings ist ein Auto unabdingbar. Zu den meisten Locations braucht man ca. 1h. Luca war ein toller Gastgeber und dazu ein wirklich angenehmer Typ, der alles dafür tat, dass wir in unserem Urlaub eine gute Zeit hatten. Er kennt sich bestens in der Gegend aus und konnte uns eine Vielzahl Empfehlungen für fantastische Tagesausflüge geben. Was wir noch erwähnen möchten ist die Sauberkeit. Das Haus war wirklich top gepflegt. Selbst die Messer waren einigermaßen scharf 🙌 😅 Wir haben uns bei Luca sehr wohl gefühlt und können einen Aufenthalt bei ihm nur wärmstens empfehlen. L'appartamento è su una collinetta a pochissimi minuti di auto da Alberese e dal parco della Maremma (per il quale c'è lo sconto), con ampia vista sulla campagna circostante e infondo il mare, in un'oasi di pace. È ampio e ben attrezzato, la mobilia è perlopiù datata (a parte la cucina che è rinnovata) ma funzionale e in buone condizioni. Alessio e sua madre sono stati gentili e disponibili. È stato un breve soggiorno piacevole.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero gradevole. La casa è accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Corrispondente alle foto pubblicate, silenziosa, ottima posizione insomma tutto perfetto. Inoltre l’ host è stato super disponibile e gentile.

This is a lovely place to stay, right in the quiet walls of beautiful Manciano. The apartment had everything we needed, and we were able to cook in the well equipped kitchen. The bedroom is comfortable, with a high, beamed ceiling, bedside reading lamps, nice decor, good linens. The terrace was an added bonus, as was the washing machine! Luisella provided good local info via brochures and maps-- there's a lot to see nearby, including the free thermal baths at Saturnia. Good pizza places a short walk away. Parking was easy. Highly recommend this place if you want to feel like you're living in a beautiful hilltop village!

Très beau logement, hôte réactif, très attentionné et aidant, répond très rapidement si besoin. Environnement calme, paisible, éloigné de Porto Santo Stefano mais compensé par une vue paradisiaque. Les très gros atouts sont le solarium, la vue spectaculaire de la terrasse, la plage privée à 1km. Malgré nos 2h de retard à l’arrivée, nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marco et sa femme. Ils ont de plus accepté de venir plus tôt à notre départ pour des questions organisationnelles. Nous recommandons à 100% et nous reviendrons.

Wir hatten etwas Pech, weil auf dem Nachbargrundstück gerade mit viel Lärm gebaut wurde. Die Wohnung selbst liegt aber eigentlich hervorragend: Nahe am Strand und an der Altstadt und ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt buchstäblich an nichts. Elisabetta ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Luana è un host estremamente cordiale e precisa. L esperienza nella struttura è stata perfettamente in linea da quanto promesso. Non ci sono stati problemi di alcun tipo. Ci tornerei!

The property was even more beautiful than the photos could have described. The home is very comfortable, with all the needed amenities. Rita was a gracious host and welcomed us when we arrived, but still gave us plenty of space. She also has an amazing store with award winning olive oil she produces, as well as jams and jellies from the orchards of her farm. She very graciously gave us a tour and allowed us to meet her animals, who are all well behaved and charming. This was the most beautiful location I have seen in Tuscany. I would recommend her place to anyone looking for a place to get away.

Ottimo location, su una bella collina che garantisce una visuale a 360 gradi, la casa comoda e spaziosa con una bellissima zona esterna per mangiare ed un altrettanto bella piscina. Noi eravamo in 17 ed abbiamo trovato un ottima sistemazione. Molto caratteristici i paesi vicini ed anche ben serviti di negozi. Zona ideale per che vuole praticare escursioni a piedi ed in bici o per chi cerca tranquillità e relax, unico neo la distanza dal mare, almeno 25 min per arrivare alla spiaggia più vicina.

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub auf La Tordara verbracht und haben die Ruhe, die tolle Aussicht und das saubere, neu renovierte Anwesen jede Sekunde genossen. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet, hat einen grossen Kühlschrank, eine Geschirrspülmaschine, einen modernen Herd und sogar mehrere verschiedene Kaffeemaschinen sind vorhanden! Auch aussen hat es alles, was das Herz begehrt: einen Pizzaofen, einen Grill, einen Whirlpool mit schöner Aussicht. Der Gartentisch und die Lounge sind fast immer schattig und laden zum Geniessen ein. Und zuletzt sind alle Räume klimatisiert - wenn man sich drinnen mal eine Weile abkühlen möchte. Es war wunderschön dort und wir können es nur empfehlen, dort seinen Urlaub zu verbringen.

Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt im Haus. Besonders schön auch die vielen Aussenplätze rund ums Haus, inkl. kleiner Dachterasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Auch mit vier Teenies und drei Erwachsenen genügend Platz und Rückzugsorte. Zu Fuss in knapp 10 min. in der Altstadt und am Strand. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a settembre .La casa corrisponde alla descrizione e per noi(4 amici con 2 cani) è stata perfetta .Con 2 giardini sui 2 ingressi della casa c'è tanto spazio per tutti (animali ,bambini e adulti). Cenare la sera in veranda è piacevolissimo il tutto in una location tranquilla lontana dal traffico .La cucina è un po' sacrificata ma per la vacanza è lo stesso .La spiaggia si raggiunge camminando in qualche minuto(noi siamo stati alla Petite Europe che accetta i cani ed ha un'area dedicata. Consigliata per tutti.C'è anche il posto auto. Franco

Rossano et sa femme nous ont très bien accueilli. La maison est fidèle à la description, propre et avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisinier et pour le petit déjeuner. Un grand merci!

Abbiamo trascorso un piacevole soggiorno di una settimana nella confortevole Villa. Abbiamo goduto dello spazio esterno nel patio per colazioni e cene all’aperto. La casa è fornita di tutti i confort condizionatori e zanzariere utilissimi per contrastare calura e insetti. Silenziosa ma ottima posizione per raggiungere i lidi balneari della Giannella spiaggia stupenda della Costa. Altrettanto strategica la posizione per andare a visitare le località limitrofe. Siamo stati molto bene e Clorinda è una host affidabile e molto gentile.

Abbiamo trascorso il Capodanno presso questa casetta meravigliosa , in mezzo ad un giardino , con tutti i comfort necessari. Fabrizioa Saverio sono due Host meravigliosi e gentili nonché molto attenti alle esigenze del cliente. le terme a pochi chilometri e la pulizia della casa perfetta sono anche questi elementi da non sottovalutare! ritorneremo e consigliamo tantissimo questo alloggio!

le foto non rendono giustizia a questo angolo di paradiso, ci siamo trovate benissimo e tutto era impeccabile. saremmo state volentieri una settimana! il posto è molto isolato, il che è un enorme pro, ma bisogna contare sempre di spostarsi in macchine in stradine di campagna. carmine è stato reattivo, flessibile e gentilissimo, torneremo sicuramente!
