We loved staying at Alessio's place. It's even better looking in real life. The views, the space. The little things such as having coffee and a little breakfast ready for you. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be back!

Alloggio molto funzionale, accogliente e pulitissimo. Fornito di tutto il necessario. Posizione ottima per spiaggia e per I servizi. Valeria è stata estremamente gentile, sempre disponibile, i suoi consigli sono stati preziosi, sia per l'utilizzo dell'alloggio, che per le informazioni relative alla zona. Ottima pasticceria vicino all'alloggio. Ringrazio molto Valeria e spero di tornare presto!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Giglio. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen, Alles war da, alles funktionierte, einfach so, dass es uns vom ersten Moment an wohl war. Die Aussicht auf Campese ist spektakulär, die Umgebung rund um die Wohnung schön und zweckmässig gestaltet. Die Kommunikation funktionierte tipptopp, wir kamen spät an, aber das war kein Problem. Da auch Freunde von uns auf der Insel waren und wir uns gegenseitig besuchten, schätzte ich sehr, dass die Küchenausstattung nicht "abgezählt" war, das heisst, dass es auch Gläser, Tassen usw. für Besucher gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Cosa dire tutto perfetto, alloggio, ubicazione, vicinissimo al mare e centro histórico. Gloria e Susanna due persone speciale se capiva già dei messaggi le abbiamo conosciuti in suo bellissimo ristorante al interno del paese. Consigliatissimo!!!

We loved our stay at Einar's property, the view is to die for, and the proximity to the beach brilliant! Einar is very helpful and responsive and quickly sorted little issues. The flat was spotless, and is well equipped. The only negative was that the master bedroom got very hot as the ceiling fan wasn't working, but I think Einar is planning to address this. We fell in love with Giglio and hope to return in the near future!

Maurizio war ein super Gastgeber, hat uns von der Bushaltestelle abgeholt uns alles gezeigt und uns sogar geholfen einen Roller zu mieten. Sehr proaktiv und gleichzeitig professionell. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage, Einkaufen und Cafés sind direkt um die Ecke.

We had a wonderful stay in Elisabetta’s beautiful apartment. The location in Castiglione is perfect, with the beach in 150m walking distance. The beds are extremely comfortable with real duvets. The heating was a real treat in winter. Everything was squeaky clean and very well equipped and Elisabetta was a friendly and responsive host who thought of everything up to dog beds and treats for our dog. We will be back for sure.

La casa ha una posizione molto comoda per la spiaggia ed è fornita di tutti i servizi, incluso il wifi (comodo poiché non c'è molta copertura di rete in zona). Cinzia è stata molto gentile e reattiva, anche quando abbiamo dovuto ritardare il check-in per un imprevisto.

Casa bella, pulita ed esattamente come da descrizione. Giardino molto grande e curato con recinzioni idonee che ci hanno dato tranquillita' e sicurezza con i nostri cani. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia (15 minuti a piedi dalla bau beach libera) e ai servizi. La madre di Andrea e' stata carina e disponibile. Tutto davvero ottimo! Spero di tornarci 🤞🏻

Bellissima casa arredata con gusto la distanza dal mare e piu che accettabile la sig.ra Federica sempre disponibile a risolvere i piccoli problemi di adattamento colgo l’occasione per ringraziarla sul tema del ceck out per essersi prodigata a risolvere un malinteso sull’orario consigliatissima location

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Meer und war sehr sauber. Der Garten ist grosszügig mit Sicht auf das Meer. Zu Fuss ist das Städtchen in 10 Minuten erreicht. Der Privatparkplatz schätzten wir sehr. Barbara ist eine tolle Gastgeberin . Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Our stay at Alessandra´s place has been fantastic. The house and the terrace are gorgeous. Stitting there in the late afternoon and evenings, watching the sun set is a dream - no need to move much. A nice beach with pebble stone can be reached in walking distance. The house has everything you need and is spacy and comfortable. The mosquito nets in front of doors and windows are pretty useful. For everyone enjoying a great view over the sea it is highly recommended. The communication has been easy and fast. Nothing to complain. Thanks for the great time we had.

The Appartment bevindt zich in het hartje van Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo en boulevardblad met restaurants binnen een paar minuten lopen. De ruimte is erg goed benut - alles is aanwezig op een paar vierkante meter. Van rainshower Tot sfeerverlichting. Brandschoon; heerlijk bed. Aanrader!

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist traumhaft, mit einer herrlichen Aussicht, die uns jeden Tag aufs Neue begeistert hat. Besonders im Oktober war es wunderbar ruhig in der Umgebung und wir hatten den Ort fast für uns alleine. Die Wohnung ist stimmig eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wohl. Hier und da zeigen sich Gebrauchsspuren, was unseren Aufenthalt jedoch nicht beeinflusst hat. Es empfiehlt sich – wie vom Gastgeber beschrieben – vor der Anreise mit Lebensmitteln einzudecken, da der nächste Supermarkt etwa 20-25 Minuten entfernt liegt. Badeschuhe sind für den Steinstrand sehr praktisch, besonders wenn der Wellengang etwas stärker ist. Mit dieser Ausstattung haben wir das immer noch angenehm warme Wasser sehr genießen können. Die Gastgeberin war jederzeit erreichbar und hat auf Fragen oder Anliegen schnell und freundlich reagiert.

Casa luminosa e accogliente esattamente come da fotografie e descrizione. Cucina funzionale e spazi ampi e ben disposti. Bagni puliti e moderni. Terrazza con vista mare e panorami fantastici ad ogni ora del giorno e della notte, ne eravamo ipnotizzati! Contesto tranquillo e rilassante all'interno del consorzio Cala Moresca che conoscevamo già ma che ha saputo stupirci di nuovo per gli spazi comuni curatissimi e pulitissimi per la strepitosa piscina incastonata nelle rocce con annessa discesa al mare cristallino. Top! Per finire proprietaria deliziosa e molto disponibile che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Assolutamente da ripetere.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, posizione comodissima e centralissima, vista dal terrazzo meravigliosa, possibilità di pagare il parcheggio alla stessa quota dei residenti, cioè 2€ al giorno. Ale è sempre stata disponibilissima e gentilissima in tutto ciò di cui abbiamo avuto bisogno.. consigliatissimo..

Notre séjour chez Chiara s'est merveilleusement bien passé ! Nous avons été accueillis par son compagnon Giacomo très gentil avec plein de bons conseils pour visiter le coin ! Propreté impeccable , literie confortable, résidence calme et bien insonorisée, cuisine très bien équipée, place de parking privée au sous sol...super ! La vue est incroyable avec une cuisine-terrasse très agréable ! Emplacement parfait pour visiter le superbe parc de la Maremma, Castiglione, le jardin des Tarots et aller sur l'île de Giglio. Beaucoup de belles choses à découvrir dans un appartement hyper confortable. Merci beaucoup !

alloggio incantevole, posizione ideale, ottima esperienza

Diese Wohnung war das absolute Highlight auf unserer Italien Rundreise. Wir wurden sehr sehr nett von Aida empfangen und sie hat uns alles Wichtige gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem schönen Wohnviertel, in 10 Minuten sind die Strandpromenade und Restaurants zu erreichen. Besonders hat uns die große Terrasse mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick gefallen. Außerdem konnte noch ein kleiner Garten mit Olivenbäumen genutzt werden. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.

Fazenda da Ido is a perfect place for those who search for a peace & quiet Holidays, beauty, nature, amazing surroundings and wonderful hosts. The house was equipped with everything that you need for your dream vacations. It was very clean and arranged with style, the bed was comfortable and the view was simply stunning. Mattia was the kindest host that we ever met, he was carefull and helpfull, always aksing if we need someting more to enjoy our stay. At the end, we even recieved a present from his own olive oil manufacturing. Pian di Rocca is situated just a couple of kilometers from the sea and beautiful town Castiglione della Pescaia. The bicycles were available at place without an extra cost, so as dog's stay. If we ever decide to come back in this beautiful area, Mattia's place would be an easy choice. A warm recommendation for everyone, you won't regret!
