It was great! Close to town, in a quiet area. Clean, well-stocked, nice TV, kitchen had what we needed. Trudi was a responsive host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at River Time! Lots of extras and special touches around the cottage made for an enjoyable and peaceful stay for our family of four. We will definitely come again!

This is a very interesting bnb, the home has a rich history. It's a little like going back in time,this place is big and has plenty of room. Lots of room for people and pets.

I had a really great experience staying here! The house is spacious, beautifully prepared, and surrounded by nature. It came with plenty of board games, an LP player, full bathroom amenities, various seasonings, kitchen utensils—even a s'mores tong! I especially loved the indoor fireplace and the outdoor fire pit. Both were super easy to use and perfect for relaxing and zoning out in peace. I 100% recommend staying here! Just one small tip—there aren’t any house slippers provided, and you can wear shoes inside, but I felt a bit uncomfortable without slippers. I ended up grabbing a pair for $2 at Dollar Tree nearby. Also, there's a great grocery store called Pick 'n Save close by—it has fresh veggies and quality poultry. Overall, an amazing stay!

This newly renovated home was well suited for 5 adults. I live about 4 hours away and brought my parents to meet up with my sister and her husband who had driven from PA. The layout with 2 bedrooms at the front and one at the back gave all of us some privacy. The living room was a great gathering place with an inviting couch, fireplace, and extra throw blankets. There are a few steps into the home and two more from the entry up to the rest of the home but my mobility-limited father managed okay with his cane. The beds were comfortable, including the pull out couch I slept on in the front room. A quiet child would enjoy that cozy little room but active children might get into mischief without a play area to release energy. The home is definitely geared towards adults. The house is very close to train tracks, and long freight trains go through pretty often. It didn't bother us at all, but some people, especially light sleepers, might have a different opinion. I recommend this home.

The house/cabin was so cozy and charming. Loved the architecture, view of the lake and convenience/quality of the interior. Kitchen was spotless and plenty of room to cook. The 3 private bedrooms gave us and our adult children room and privacy. We didn’t even need the loft area but it made the perfect spot to watch a thunderstorm roll through the area. Loved the lake view and hope to come back in warmer weather to enjoy the outdoors too. Pellet stove gave a nice ambiance and lots of warmth for a really cold Wisconsin March. It’s a little hard to tell from the pictures but the kitchen, bathrooms and furnishings are all modern and very nice while still blending in with the architecture. Beds were comfy.

As a construction crew it is always great to find a clean and affordable Airbnb. Instead of sharing cramped hotel rooms with minimal amenities, we were able to get our own rooms, laundry on site and a full size kitchen to help make the difficulties of traveling a little more comfortable. Will definitely book again the next time we are working in the area.

This is the perfect place for a big group. plenty of places to sleep, huge kitchen, huge basement, great backyard. nice and clean, awesome cooking facilities.

We were here briefly but the space was clean, the kitchen was equipped enough to make dinner, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. The view was also great.

A beautiful private cabin. This was exactly what my partner and I were looking for. Has a gas powered kitchen and electricity but still rustic and cozy. You will find yourself naturally very relaxed here.

We had a great time! We enjoyed the open concept kitchen/dinning and living room. The hot tub was nice to have. There was plenty of towels for the hot tubs as well as showering for our group. We did get to use the golf carts on Friday for a little bit since it was so nice out but Saturday the weather was crappy. All in all we had a really nice weekend away!

Just a beautiful home with a gorgeous view! The view to the river was like being on a boat! We gathered our family together to celebrate our mother's 80th. birthday, and the accommodations could not have been better. Everything was beautifully appointed, the beds very comfortable and all our needs taken care of! They have done a fantastic job making this home beautiful yet comfortable and accessible. I highly recommend!
