Jason was an extremely hospitable and friendly host. He went out of his way to accomodate our needs, met us at the apartment to show us around and hand over keys, gave us local recommendations and made the whole process and stay extremely pleasant. The apartment was wonderful, sparkly clean and functional. We didn’t wake early enough to see the balloons but the views were amazing nonetheless! Jason and his family were an absolute pleasure to meet.

Lovely apartment within good walking distance of public transportation, the beach, restaurants and local attractions. The beds are super comfy and the apartment is beautifully furnished with lots of natural light. It is located on a busy street, so there is a fair amount of traffic noise, but we were got used to it pretty quickly. We appreciated Peggy's prompt assistance with the extra set of keys and a few missing kitchen items, she was super friendly and open to any requests.

Gioia’s home was bright and welcoming, it is in an excellent location - extremely close proximity to Woolies, Luna Park and the beach - if you’ve a puppy - there are plenty of doggy friendly places around. The home has everything you need, check in was sooooo easy and provided a restful home for our weekend.

Middle Park is a great location to base yourself in when you are in Melbourne. The beach is at one end of the street, the F1 start line at the other. The 96 tram is right there at the end of the street, to whisk you into the centre of Melbourne or to St Kilda and beyond. South Melbourne Market is two stops up the tram line, with enough food options to last your stay. The apartment is a beautiful Art Deco building, sympathetically updated with a recent kitchen and bathroom. It's an old building and can get chilly in the winter, but there is a gas fireplace in the living room and heater/chiller in the centre to keep you warm. Two good sized bedrooms, and a small third bedroom through one of the main bedrooms. We've stayed with this host twice, and both times it has been a great stay. Thank you Gary.

We had a great 6-day stay here. If you're staying for more than a couple of nights in Melbourne we think this was a great option as you have plenty of space and facilities in the apartment to relax, whilst being in a nice seaside neighbourhood with easy transport connections to the city. The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook a full meal despite being fairly compact. The quiet, green setting was fantastic, especially given how close it is to the buzz of St Kilda's shops and restaurants. Prue was a great responsive host with an easy check-in and lots of helpful local recs. The only (minor) downside was that we did find the possums on the roof quite noisy some nights, but this wouldn't be an issue if you are a heavy sleeper! We would stay again regardless!

The house was very spacious, it look exactly like the described pictures. Rooms are clean and all amenities were provided. Ali was very quick to respond and always helpful with any question asked. We were very happy with the stay.

Great stay while we did renovations! Was a perfect space for the family. Kirby was very responsive and keen to help us when things broke down, very relaxed and was super accomodating letting us check in early and late which helped us immensely! Would stay again

A nice, quiet loft and great place to stay. Very friendly and responsive host. I arrived at 10 in the morning already (as i was going to the f1 race in Melbourne) and despite the early arrival Helen welcomed me in and offered me tea…. As it was raining she then also lent me her umbrella… all of this was very much appreciated. Thanks Helen!!

Lovely apartment. Nicely decorated and close to cbd and tram. Will stay there again.
