Lovely Victorian style house with hight ceilings and classic fit out! well equipped kitchen which can produce a feast! A nice courtyard for delightful afternoon drink under the trees foliage. All bedrooms are on the upper level, it's great that it separated from the living and dining noise but the long flight of stairs may not be suitable for seniors or those with heavy luggage. Its spacious and at good value; the best part is managed by Miami Hotel which provides excellent service and luggage storage service for early arrival or late departure. I would definitely book this place again.

Lovely house in lovely area. Easily walkable to restaurants/cafes/ships etc. Bedrooms comfortable, had a really heavy quilt. Maybe not necessary for everyone. plenty room to move. Nice outdoor area even though it’s a tad small. Although a new carpet was just laid upstairs, the whole place needs a lick of paint. And cleaning needs to be better. Dust and cobwebs in high places and behind doors. Very noticeable. Toilets could do with and upgrade. The large bathroom upstairs could be doing with a new toilet bowl! It was caked in dirt. Bought rubber gloves and scourers to try clean it but it was caked on. Would have needed a hammer & chisel to get it off. Not pleasant. Kitchen area was ok, bit dusty above head level. Ice machine was on and we would not have used it, it was really dirty inside and needed a good clean. Water filter needed replacing in water container it was disgusting also. Could be a spectacular house instead of mediocre. Attention to detail & more cleaning needed.

We stayed at Penny's place for my daughter's wedding. It was in a great location and accommodated 5 adults with ease. The apartment is very spacious and well appointed. Penny was a great host and communicated clearly and promptly. I would recommend Penny's place 100%.

The location was the best point of the house. Was easy to get anywhere you’d like to go. There was parkings on the street with a two hour limit during weekdays which made id a bit difficult, but if you staying for a weekend, you won’t have any issues.

We felt instantly at home at Alison’s house. It was styled so beautiful and everything was neat, tidy and functional. My mum, Dad, partner & daughter all stay for my birthday/Easter long weekend and we couldn’t have been happier. We visited the local wine bar, cafes, local restaurants etc. It was also wonderful to be able to bring our little dog along for the stay too. It meant a lot to me he was able to join us for my birthday. Beds were all super comfortable, and we all commented on how well we slept. It was so lovely sitting out in the garden in the mornings having a coffees together and spending quality, memorable time together. I highly recommend this house if you want to spend some relaxing quality time with those you love, or just be in a home with great energy.

When we first stumbled upon Andrew’s place on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. We needed somewhere for a longer term rental as we were relocating from the UK. Andrew answered all of our questions, provided us with a floor plan and additional photos to assist us with our choice. He was super helpful, honest and friendly and put us at ease, instantly.

The house is just perfect - very clean, modern but homely, comfy, and had everything we needed to feel at home. The bed is super comfy, en-suite shower superb and the living room balcony excellent. Location is incredible - close to the beach, Elwood Sourdough (delightful!), 10 mins walk to Acland Street, 15 mins in the opposite direction to Ormond street shops - Great for our 3 month stay. Enjoyed our stay in Richmond. Erika & Chris’s place is a spacious, modern apartment down a quiet alleyway. Has all the amenities needed, and is within walkable distance to both West Richmond and North Richmond train stations, as well as nearby bus & tram stops.

Wonderful location to stay in! We had a car and the private parking space in the gated area was perfect. We also took public transportation and the tram was a short walk. We did so much on our week long stay, and after a full day of activities it was great to come back to our place. The bathrooms were great, instant hot water with no wait! The beach is just a block or two away, and we gathered a lot of shells to collect, there were millions on the shore! We had a full week including a few day trips. South Melbourne Market and Prahran market were wonderful markets. We drove out to Yarra Valley and did a U Pick fruit tour, we did a small walk at Rainforest Gallery, we did a Funky Farm tour(so cool!), and we even saw the Penguin Parade which is a must do! Some details, what worked best for us was parking the car and then using the key card to go through the passenger gate to get in/out of the front door. There is also a small remote to unlock open/close the car gate. Thanks Gemma!!

Janie was an amazing host for our short trip away to Melbourne for our friends wedding. She was very sweet upon check in and making sure we all arrived safely from Canberra. The house was more than what we expected. She was very helpful in suggesting where we could go for breakfast/lunch and pointing out the nearest bar for us to attend. Thank you again!

The property is spacious and cosy, we have a great stay of four nights there. Rob is responsive and friendly. The location is great and has a lot of restaurants nearby.

Fantastic place to stay. It was very comfortable and close to restaurants and shopping. Lots of room for our family with great TV and aircon. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Loved the chocolate on arrival.

Amazing location close to public transport and the city and Albert Park shopping area and the South Melbourne markets. Lovely streets and beach to walk around for early morning exercise. The house is large and comfortable with all the conveniences you could wish for. Kitchen is well appointed and the bathrooms large and airy. Also has an indoor laundry which is very handy. I would recommend and would stay again.

It was our second stay at Melanie's. The property is very well located for anyone participating in events at Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre (MSAC); about eight minutes' walking distance. It's also a quick schlep to shops, pubs and restaurants, as well as being clean and well appointed. In summary, the property is perfect accommodation for a family or small group of friends. We look forward to staying again.

Deb was very responsive and did everything I asked for. The place is located in a peaceful and quiet area, which is close to Albert Park, a supermarket, South Melbourne Market, South Melbourne Beach, and cafes. If you are looking for a place to see local life away from the hustle and bustle of the CBD, this is the perfect place!

Lovely Stay! We had such a great time at this place! The host was super friendly and made us feel right at home. The location is perfect—so close to amazing cafes, shops, and everything you could need. The apartment itself was really cozy, clean, and well-kept. Would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend it!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here!! I would highly recommend staying, we felt so comfortable here as the house is amazing and the neighborhood is so calm and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable with was a huge plus, the kitchen was full equipped with everything you would ever need, and the living room was so comfortable for movie watching. An added bonus was the beautiful office space which was perfect for us since we both work remotely. Overall it was a 10/10 stay and I would definitely come back!!

Hany and Sheryl were excellent hosts. The context for our stay was that we needed somewhere for a week while we were between houses, and Hany and Sheryl's place fit the bill for us perfectly - we walked in and felt at home straight away. They were also very kind and understanding about the context of our move, and always very warm and responsive.

Laura’s place is neat and cosy, and perfect if you’re wanting to stay west of the city. Laura’s communication was impeccable. Highly recommend!

Nick was a fantastic host. Great communicator, very flexible and accommodating. His instructions were great and he also provided very useful information and recommendations for our time in Melbourne. The accommodation was in a great location, close to public transport restaurants, cafes, nice walks and the city. Will definitely stay there again should we visit Melbourne and can highly recommend both Nick as a host and his accommodation.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cara’s. She was super quick to reply & very friendly. The location of the place is fantastic, walkable distance to heaps of cute bars. The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed for a fun weekend away. Beautiful sunny sitting area to enjoy when we were home :) Will be recommending for friends for future stays!

What a fantastic place to spend 6 weeks! This apartment was everything and more, than I was looking for and expecting. The property is furnished beautifully and intentionally. Loads of light and space to enjoy. The location was perfect. Everything within walking distance but if needed the trams are so close and easy to use. The addition of off-street secure parking was a big bonus given the central location. Sam was very responsive and accommodating. I totally loved my stay and look forward to returning in the future.
