Sheryl and Hani were great hosts, very friendly and hospitable. Their property was clean with all the amenities provided and the pool was great for kids. She switched on the jets before our arrival which made the water warm for my kids to go in and enjoy. Also I asked her for late check out and she was kind enough to accept our request. I am very thankful to them. Our stay was very pleasant at their property and hopefully we'll come back again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect as a short walk to the promenade (some of our group walked/ran to St Kilda each day), supermarket, restaurants and other shopping all a short walk. Close to city for exploring there too. The lounge area is really roomy and everything we needed was available in the kitchen. There is only one bathroom but a second toilet downstairs. Great sound system with bluetooth so was nice to have background music of our own choosing too.

Thanks to lovely Rebecca for a wonderful stay. Our family of four spent three great weeks here and the location and house itself was unbeatable. So much thought was placed into each room; from cutlery and toys for the kids to ample towels as well as beach towels! Kitchen is extremely well equipped and there was even a brand new BBQ. We had one tiny concern that Rebecca immediately assisted us with and for that, we appreciated her prompt help. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Roger’s Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Roger was a fantastic host: responsive, welcoming, and full of great local tips that made my stay even more enjoyable. He went out of his way to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel right at home. Beautiful house, great interior design. Very comfortable. Had everything needed. Family of 5 with young kids and house was perfect for family and good location to access the beach. Amazing we could bring our dog. We needed garage access which this property had. Couple of things to maybe be aware of - we didnt pick up in the listing (unsure if I overlooked) :Train runs 1x house away really reguarly and continued through the night -potentially disturbing. We specifically seeked a house with a pool and paid extra for this. Aim was to hang around pool for the weekend. But pool was cold and only 1/5th of us could go in and tolerate it. For us this spoilt our weekend plans and we felt we paid extra for something we couldnt use. If we had known we would have paid less for a house without a pool. This for us did spoilt our trip, kids were disappointed. But this may have been listed and overlooked, or our fault for not asking, and was specificaly a need for us- you may be different :)

Great clean and tidy place

The house was perfect for our needs. It was spacious, beautifully furnished, immaculate and modern. We were thrilled with everything. The hosts were always responding to our queries in a very timely manner and we couldn't have been happier. Thank you.

This is the second time we have stayed at Pip's place. The location is great with trams and restaurants close by.

Perfect place for our family to enjoy Melbourne’s city neighborhood lifestyle. Walkable to cafes and restaurants serving delicious food. We were close to everything yet able to retreat and enjoy peace and quiet at home. Amanda went above and beyond as a host ensuring throughout our stay we had everything we needed (we did) and provided many recommendations on things to do during our stay.

Raymond’s place is close to public transport (tram) and to the city. Makes it easy to get around Melbourne. You can feel comfortable in Raymond’s house. The available parking at the rear of the house is a huge bonus if you have a large car. Raymond is well prepared for his guests with extra keys and tram cards. Little things that make the stay easier and more enjoyable.

After spending three weeks in different hotel rooms from Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney and to Cairns, Kara’s home was refreshing, spacious, and comfortable. It was exactly what we needed at the tail end of our trip. It’s spitting distance to the train and Melbourne market that has everything and anything you’ll need from food to grocery to gifts.

Nice, clean place with a quick and responsive host. Easy access to public transport and close to some a pretty estate called Rippon Lea. Thank you for a lovely stay

I think the sunlight could be blocked out even better if the aluminium blinds are repaired in the master bedroom. A beautiful, spacious house with secure parking. I especially liked that there were no creaking sounds when moving around the house. UberEats delivery drivers could always find this house without an issue, every single time. Prahran markets and a big Aldi store just around the corner. I did a little run-through in my head before checking out as there were a few doors that had to be locked before leaving. :) Thank you Paul & Dan for your hospitality!

Everything was good , we all happy

An absolutely beautiful space, that felt like home. It had everything you would need and it's in a great location. We would happily stay here again.

So spacious, immaculate and clean. Very well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed. It is clear that a great deal of thought, time and effort has gone into making this home functional, comfortable and just a great home away from home. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and we can't wait to come back and stay again next time we're in Melbourne. Thank you so much to James and Margot for being absolutely lovely hosts.

The accommodation was perfect for our occasion. Lots of room to get ready. Not your standard accommodation photographs beautifully Had everything we needed and more Would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Charlotte’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was spotlessly clean yet we felt right at home and had all the amenities we needed. Such a great location and lovely street. Communication was outstanding and self check in was seamless. We would love to stay again in the future!

It was a really nice home. The space had really nice vibes to it. the courtyard was so cute for my little niece and nephew to play in. A great area and was well worth the price. Susan was very helpful and responsive. I'd definitely stay here again.

We had a great Stay at Christy's Middle Park Townhouse. Perfect location for walks at Albert Park and along the foreshore to St Kilda. Local shops and resturants recommended by Christy were great. We came down for the tennis and saw so much more. The Townhouse was everything we expected and was so clean and spacious. We have made some great holiday memories. Thanks Christy.

Julia and Marcus’ was exactly what we were looking for and delivered exactly what we needed. Beautiful home with a spacious kitchen and living area with a modern bathroom. All inclusions were great and communication was thorough and detailed for our stay. Portacot for our 6 month was perfect too! Thanks for having us all !

What a beautiful house in a super central location. The house had everything we needed and we had a wonderful stay. Gabrielle was really helpful and responsive for any questions etc. Absolutely nothing to fault, would definitely stay there again! Thanks for sharing your home with us, we loved it!
