Quiet location in a middle class area. The neighbours are friendly and everyone says hello. One neighbour was giving some flowers to another, saw. me, introduced herself, and gave me some flowers 💐. The house is cool-looking, yet remains a functional space for three adults and two young children. We had a car so I cannot comment on the accessibility of using public transport, but the main road is a few minutes walk away, and there were plenty of taxis picking up and dropping off people. Joy and Kyle were always accessible: one of them would answer our queries within seconds/minutes. They both had a positive energy. When we did not know how something worked, Kyle came around within minutes. He is a very warm and friendly gentleman, who provided a lot of information. And some welcome Trini snacks! I would recommend staying at Joy's house. Thank you Joy and Kyle!

I absolutely loved my stay! The home was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the host was responsive to my needs. The listing pictures didn’t do this place justice, it is stunning. And having a full bathroom for each of the 3 bedrooms and a well maintained pool made this place perfect for us. Note that the home was not hard to find, but the roads leading to it are sometimes narrow and steep. But because of the altitude, you have the most amazing view of downtown Port of Spain! So worth it! I loved my stay there and would return to Roba’s place again and again!

My colleagues and I had a wonderful stay at The Outskirts Inn in Trinidad and Tobago. The accommodation was exactly as described: Peaceful, spacious, and aligned perfectly with our expectations. From the outset, our host Ayanna demonstrated outstanding responsiveness and professionalism. She warmly welcomed us upon our arrival, showed us around and ensured we were comfortably settled. All listed amenities were present and met the promised standards. Our experience was seamless and thoroughly enjoyable. We would not hesitate to recommend The Outskirts Inn and look forward to the opportunity to return.

Dawn is an exceptional host and this was apparent long before I traveled. Her response time to my questions before we met was always quick, sometimes within seconds or minutes..she was always polite, friendly, well spoken and pleasant both in her messages and in person. In fact, it was almost as if I was relating to a family member or friend during our interactions. Dawn thought of EVERYTHING! From a well equipped kitchen (and fridge) to a lovely assortment of local treats including mangoes picked from her garden to bug spray/ mosquito repellant and net to family games and smart TV for entertainment, Dawn ensured that my family and I felt like we were home away from home. Dawn always responded to our requests willingly and without hesitation. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and that we had all that we needed. She offers valuable information to help navigate the island to ensure we maximize our stay. I would undoubtedly recommend staying at TriniBnB.

My stay at Grace’s place was amazing. I ended up getting a bit under the weather and Grace was hospitable to me. Even when I waited for the Taxi driver to take me to the grocery store she provided me a meal and on my first night there when I hadn’t eaten. She had plenty of clean linen, towels and etc. The space was so clean and homey it had everything I needed for my extended stay.

Khadine was a great host. Would stay again if in Port of Spain :)

My family and I stayed at Giselle's apartment for a few nights and were extremely pleased with our stay. In our opinion, photos don't do the space justice. The apartment itself is very well maintained and the calming aromas in every room made the stay an even more pleasant one. The location is more than convenient being around the Savannah and close to the main areas of Port of Spain. Giselle's hospitality goes beyond what's expected. Her level of thoughtfulness in ensuring the apartment is well equipped with everything you would need does not go unnoticed. I would highly recommend anyone give this place a try.

I highly recommend this place. My husband stayed there for 6 nights and he was very impressed. All went smooth upon check in/out. The unit was as described, private and clean. There was a nice outdoor space that was nice and relaxing. The upkeep of the building and close proximity to bars and restaurants was also a plus. There was clear communication from the host and she was helpful. I would definitely stay there if going back.

Joevorn et Joanne sont très réactifs et attentifs. Ils ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour plus facile et sont d’une extrême courtoisie et de très bon conseil. L’appartement est totalement fonctionnel et confortable, très bien situé avec bars, restauration rapide, clubs, restaurants à moins de 5 minutes à pied, supermarché à 7 minutes, le quartier est calme et agréable. On peut rejoindre tranquillement certains endroits -clés de la ville. Nous avons trouvé une valeur sûre et reviendrons sans aucune hésitation à notre prochaine visite à Port of Spain.

3 of us Stayed here for TT Carnival. The couple shared the bedroom. I had the sofa bed. There is a cot and air mattress available if anyone needs to crash as well. AC is great. Great location next to NAPA and the Savannah. 2 minute walk to TGIF. 2 min walk to NAPA. 10 minute walk to Tragarete and 15 min walk to Ariapita. Its just the beginning of those streets tho so you might end up walking 30 mins to get where u need to go but i felt safe walking at all times of the day/night Anton also hooked us up with a very reliable driver. Ask for Michael if you ever need a ride around!

This property was accurately described, clean, spacious, convenient and reasonably priced. The property is conveniently located near Savannah Park, Hasely Crawford Stadium and the Socadrome. There’s off street parking if you need a car to go far but the convenient location allowed us to walk to several fetes, restaurants, Ariapita Ave and the starting points for meeting our bands for J’ouvert and Carnival Monday and Tuesday. The host was very responsive and flexible with check-in and check-out. She answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner.

Great place in a great location. Right where you want to be in Port of Spain. Plenty of food and outing alternatives close by. The place is very comfortable, good A/C and a nice host that will make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Thanks for all!

The hostess, Laura a beautiful human being in and out, caring, empathetic, animals and people lover. I have been to over 40 Airbnb’s across the world. Never have I received such a specialized welcome kit, that even contains vitamins B12 shot. The apartment is very spacious and the bathroom is so big. You can literally have 10 people in the bathroom and it wouldn’t feel cramped. The house is located in very close proximity of the best restaurants and food court that Port of Spain has to offer. The food square in less than a minute away and if you around carnival the. Lost tribe and other bands are one to two blocks away. This caring host deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ across the board and I highly recommend this Airbnb to any good guests

We’re very grateful to Simi and Clytus for all of their great help in making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They had everything we needed ready for us including some local treats and food so we had time to settle in and get our bearings. After our outings it was so nice to come “home” to comfort. Excellent accommodations. The condo is spacious, roomy and well equipped. Restaurants on site within walking distance. Grocery store/market and bars are also within walking distance. Our host, Nadira, is pleasant and professional. She met us at the condo, gave us a tour and explained everything. Our friends visit Trinidad often, were extremely happy with the place and said they will reserve this condo again--next time they are in town.

Alistair’s place was beautiful, modern and free of clutter while still having everything we could need for our stay. The location was fantastic - peaceful and private - while still being close to all our favorite places. Communication before and during our stay was incredible - and we appreciated the local recommendations from Alistair as well as Gillian’s helpfulness upon our arrival and during our stay. We can’t say enough wonderful things about this place and are grateful to Alistair to letting us enjoy his place for our stay.

I can’t express how wonderful my stay at Alicia’s property was. She set clear expectations and was consistently responsive in our communication and specific directions. I truly felt at home, safe, and secure during my time there. I've already recommended her place to friends and family, and I won’t hesitate to book it again on my next visit if available. The views were absolutely stunning, and getting around was a breeze. The security team was excellent—friendly and always ready to help. Beautiful place - comfortable, safe and quiet! We enjoyed our stay very much

Stayed at SirLouisC’s in April 2023, I am Trinidadian and came home for a family event and I needed something centralized to everything that I needed to get done while being in an area easily accessible to good restaurants , dry cleaners and social events. This listing ticked everything on my list I could want to find! The room had more space than a hotel room which made it feel more cozy and it was also easier for someone to visit or when dropping off something. The room also came with a patio are with an amazing view, I sat on the patio some nights and just relaxed and decompressed while enjoying the view. SirLouisC and his team were great when I had requests, first thing they addressed was my request for a late arrival time checkin and then my request to accommodate and alternative checkin procedure , also a little hiccup happened with regards to breaking an access key, him and his team followed up and resolved the problem. Overall a great stay, great home and host. Highly recommend
