We booked this place for our wedding anniversary, our hearts leapt when we saw the sign by the rent that said ‘Happy Anniversary’ and also found a welcome basket with beautiful bunch of flowers, bottle of wine plus other goodies. Caretaker Jeff kindly showed us around, and we were left alone for our privacy. The place was rustic and felt like slipped back in time, full of surprises and treasures, we were able to embrace much needed quality time together in peaceful nostalgic surroundings in nature. Waterfall is much recommended, well worth the walk down to the bottom, great fun adventure! We slow cooked pot roast on fire, so cosy and just perfect. Meeting possum family was one of our highlight, would love to come back in winter to enjoy the fireplace. Our time spent here was magical and more luxurious than any 5 star hotel stay, everything we value and appreciate was offered and found at this place. Cannot thank Heidi and Jeff enough for going above and beyond for their hospitality!

Sophia and Petas cabin was truely a unique experience for me - being a city girl the mountains and the solitude is always a special time so I will return as it was an absolute treat - the view from the pool was just absolutely stunning and the cabin was gorgeous and very clean - thanks for the stay girls I hope to be back 🌻

We had a wonderful time at Homemade, Healthy, Happy Farmstay. Sarah and Aaron were warm and welcoming. We learned so much about their ethical farming and our children loved feeding the pigs and exploring the farm. The cottage had everything we needed and the setting is beautiful. There were lots of fun things to see and do in the area as well. We wish we could have stayed longer.

The views surrounding the verandah were amazing, we enjoyed sitting out there watching the sunset & sunrise. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything that was needed. It was a short distance walk to the shops & beach.

My friends and I had a beautiful stay. The views are amazing and the whole house very comfortable. We enjoyed the deck and living areas. The place has lots of comfortable spaces to spend a weekend with friends or family. We will definitely choose it again!

Had a lovely time staying at Debbie and Colins Braelee Studio. It has a rustic charm and the views are amazing. We also enjoyed the little jacuzzi and barbecue on that chilly night. This property is just perfect for a little weekend getaway. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay at the hideaway! The photos don’t do it justice, it’s so easy to get to, the surrounds are peaceful and it has everything you need. Easy to find, and we enjoyed trips to closeby South West Rocks, Hat Head, and Crescent Head.
