Beautiful house and perfect beach location!! Home was everything we expected it would be. Our family had an amazing time here and hardly any crowds on the beach during spring break week. We felt as though we had a private beach.

We loved staying here with our dogs. Everything was nice and clean and the host was always responsive when we messaged.

Home was set up perfectly for our family. Very clean, great spaces, strong wifi for working and kids streaming, comfortable beds, well stocked, and extras like keurig/coffee and luggage racks. Kelly and Bobby were very responsive and care about their guests. We highly recommend and would definitely rent again.

The home is spacious, bright and very clean. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are comfortable. The walk-in shower was perfect for my sister’s bad knees. The lot is large and felt private on a quiet residential street. The drive to restaurants and shopping is easy. The home is situated between Beaumont, Sour Lake, and Lumberton. I would stay at this home or another owned by Rene Jr. next time I have out of town guests.

The house was amazing! We had 5 families come and everyone had their own king bed room and bathroom. The 7 kids had plenty of space with 2 bunk rooms that also served as game rooms. The kitchen has everything you need, including 2 refrigerators, which is a lifesaver making meals for all of the guests. There was plenty of dining seating so everyone could eat meals at the same time. The bathrooms are loaded with towels. You don’t need to bring beach towels, sand toys or beach chairs because all of that is provided. And the 3 balconies and numerus outdoor seating options allow for multiple ways to enjoy the ocean view and watch the kids on the beach. The top room has amazing windows so you can view the ocean without getting out of bed! Natalie even had a Christmas tree set up for our holiday visit! We had a power outage during our stay due to the tornadoes through the area and Natalie was very responsive and helpful during that event. We will definitely come back!

My family and I had a lovely stay. The Beach house was “as advertised” and even exceeded those expectations. The hosts were friendly, knowledgeable, very quick to respond, and accommodating. My family and I really enjoyed our stay and we would 100% come back again. I would recommend staying at this property to anyone looking for a nice beach vacation. Great communication, came by to greet me and we talked for a while about the house and he explained his expectations. Had a wonderful time in his peaceful house. Will come back again for sure.

I needed a place to stay for a full week and a hotel wasn't what I wanted. I needed a bedroom, a kitchen, a patio and a quiet, free-from-distractions place to work in the evening, but still close to Lamar University where I was visiting. This space fits the bill perfectly. The photos don't do it justice; it's stunning. It's fully furnished, comes with fast WiFi, good TV tech, is beautifully appointed and would be great for a professional needing a long stay or a couple needing a getaway. The bathroom is luxurious and huge; there's two outdoor areas for seating, a private entry, a covered parking space and a laundry room tucked away. Rebecca was only a text away whenever I had questions or concerns. In short, if you want to treat yourself to a little tucked-away luxury...this is the place.
