The studio is ideal for a short stay, for guests who are passing through or planning a short stay to meet our beautiful city and need to sleep for a couple of nights. Everything is available in 3 minutes by a car, a shop center Galeria, cafés, health center, pharmacies, beaches and city center. The Studio1 is located in the quite and very famous neighbourhood in Poreč city. We always make sure our guests feel welcomed providing cold beverages in the fridge (water, beer, soda…)

U ovom ugodnom smještaju u centru grada sve vam je nadohvat ruke. Prelijep novo uređeni apartman, sa jednom spavaćom sobom, koja sadrži bračni krevet 180/200 i jedan kauč na razvlačenje. Kuhinja, kupaona i prostrana terasa. Apartman udaljen od starogradske jezgre 300 metara, od plaže 200 metara. Za goste je domaćin uvijek dostupan.

It is a very modern apartment with completely new furniture located in the city center; just a 10 minutes walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the old town. Apartment Sarah se nalazi u mirnom dijelu, 15min pješke od centra grada, 10 min pješke do shopping centra s većim brojem trgovina. U kvartu se nalazi pekara i trgovina namirnica. Prva plaža udaljena je 15min pješke ili 5min autom. Od 01.06. do 30.09. dostupan je besplatan privatni parking za jedno vozilo.

Studio Apartman -Ilena

Apartman se sastoji od dvije spavače sobe od kojih jedna ima bračni krevet a driga dva kreveta za jednu osobu kraj kuhinje. Kuhinja je velika i ima sve što je potrebno u za pripremu hrane. Terasa na kojoj su dvije ležaljkeza opuštanje i stol za 6 osoba ne može se reći da je mala već da je prostrana .

Apartment located 10m from the main Carera street, 100m from the main promenade by the sea where there are many restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, galleries, boats .. 5 minutes from the church of Sv. Euphemia. The nearest beach in a beautiful pine forest is only 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
