Built-in 2015, it's featured in the "Small House Book" by Lloyd Kahn. It's clean and modern yet warm and cozy. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds (AC in bedrooms). The main living space has a garage door that opens to the back patio. It's a hop, skip, and a jump from all you need, from biking and hiking trails, restaurants, shops, the playground, the amphitheater, and the river. Amenities include a four-person hot tub (guests must be at least 6 years old to use it), off-street parking, and fiber internet. We are located four miles from Salida, and twenty miles from Monarch ski area, Mount Princeton Hot Springs, and Brown's Canyon white water rafting. Please note that smoking is not allowed on the property, as the back patio features an outdoor rug and the hot tub.

Only 15-20 minutes to downtown Salida and 30 minutes to Monarch Mountain Ski Area. We have a fire pit and propane grill outside the entryway.
