Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. Delightful and Peaceful 1-Bedroom Farm Cabin

Get away from the craziness of life and come stay in this peaceful farm cabin under the stars. This cabin has a full kitchen and dining table, with access to an outdoor patio featuring a grill, picnic table, and pergola. The living area has a leather loveseat and 50" tv to snuggle and watch your favorite movie. The bed is a queen and is located near the bathroom. The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

The Burrow

This is a cozy 2 bedroom apartment in the basement with a private entrance. We are within minutes of the most popular venues in Sioux City, Iowa (Hard Rock Café, Orpheum Theater and theTyson Event Center). most medical facilities are within 15 minutes. If the Burrow is not available for the dates you need you may want to check out our other listing on Airbnb called the Nest. NOTE: I have medical documentation that exempts me from accepting reservations involving animals.
