Hannah's cottage is spacious, comfortable, quiet, well situated and easy to find- added to which she is a most helpful host. The view across to the mountain is spectacular, particularly in the evening light, and had the weather been warmer we would have spent most of our time on the terrace. As it was, the heating was excellent and the view still pretty awesome from inside the well-furnished sitting room! The centre of Dunkeld is only a short and pleasant walk away. Hard to imagine a nicer place to stay in this locality.

We had a wonderful stay. Ant and Melissa's place was beautiful, peaceful and surrounded by amazing permaculture gardens. Also really well located to walk to central Hall's Gap and hiking start point. Best of all, Ant and Melissa were incredibly kind, accommodating, responsive and generous. They brought us a box of fresh produce and relish on the day we arrived, and were truly wonderful hosts.

lovely apartment, great kitchen with all utensils needed to cook up a meal after a day exploring. Really, I'd stay again at my earliest opportunity. My wife's brother and sister loved the kangaroos that sauntered past in the evening. Beds were clean and comfortable, bathrooms spotless.

Lovely cosy house with beautiful surroundings. Even with other accomodation around it was quite private. Lots of friendly cockatoos around as well :)

Extremely well kept property. It was very welcoming and pretty. Tammy has also placed milk, tea and coffee and few bickies for us. There were precise number of towels and hand towels for everyone of us. The check-invigorating and check out process was extremely smooth. Every bedroom was neat and tidy. The bathroom could use a lock but if the tenants are understanding then there are no complaints there at all. I loved how homely they made it look with little nooks and corners decorated with antique pieces and potted vases. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, panss, cutlery, wine glasses etc. Dishwasher was clean and ready to use. We enjoyed every bit of the stay without having to worry about anything! Absolutely recommend being hosted by Tammy.

Great stay and will return! Inside is immaculate and tastefully decorated in mid century. Very comfortable and quiet. Gordon and Michelle are very responsive and friendly! Great hosts!

Great stay at Flinc house. Loved it was bright and clean and also the fresh cotton linen. Dunkeld is small so you can walk to the coffee caravan and the delightful bakery. The pub is expensive so didn't get to try it! Recommend the walk to Piccaninny hill with little ones. The Arboretum is worth a walk too. Flint house was lovely and light and had everything we needed.

I would definitely stay here again or recommend this place to friends. Everything was clean and comfortable. The design of the home is really wonderful for a family or small group. Part of our group included tourists that had not been to the Grampians before, and the views from the upstairs and downstairs lounge rooms were a delightful expanse of emus, kangaroos, wood ducks, cockatoos and various bird life, wandering across the fields. This was a beautiful backdrop for our holiday and provided a really scenic and iconic views for us all. With air conditioning units upstairs and downstairs it was easy to stay comfortable. The row of units and location this place was located was tranquil. I enjoyed staying here more than when I have stayed in the middle of town as there was more natural surrounds. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms very nice and large, furniture was very comfortable, really a fantastic place to stay and share time with friends/family after a day of activities:)

We had a wonderful couple of days at Joy's place! The location is convenient while being peaceful. There were little touches such as lots of games, books etc. that we really appreciated. Joy is very friendly too, although we only shortly met her.

Had a lovely stay. Beautiful building and the accommodation was spacious. Most comfortable bed I've slept on during my two weeks in Australia. Robert went the extra mile by providing a load of bread, butter, juice and the standard milk/tea/coffee. This made my mornings super easy having breakfast sorted already. Woolworths was right around the corner for anything supplemenal I needed.

The Rocks Airbnb was beautiful. A great place to come home to after a long day of hiking. Only complaint is that the door was very hard to unlock and lock, but Chris responded to my questions quickly and taught me the trick (pulling the door [very hard] toward me while the lock was turning).

Tim's place is close enough to walk into the centre of Halls Gap but quiet and peaceful with a park on one side. It's fully fitted out and has access to the community garden for fresh herbs. We enjoyed our stay and meeting Tim.

A great place surrounded by the most magnificent gardens. Everything was perfect and Sarah is a great host. Had the best nights sleep in ages with the most comfortable bed! Highlights included having a late afternoon glass of wine in the beautiful gardens, listening to the birds. and watching the sheep. We would love to stay again.
