Samuel has been a great host to us. He is very responsive and kind. The condo has literally anything you need to spend a great time, in an awesome place. We really loved our stay in Sam's place.

I would stay here again and I don’t really leave reviews but I enjoyed my stay. The pool and clubhouse was great, it was really peaceful, the bed was very comfortable along with great comfy pillows!!

This place was so very beautiful! New and very clean. It had all of the amenities and more. Stephen was easy to deal with. I highly recommend staying here for families and or couples both old and young. If you decide to stay here you will be more than satisfied. We will return!

The Regency manager Helen was very helpful . We’ve stayed at her apt complex many times as snowbirds. The new Air Bnb is great and spacious. Over the workout room, so sometimes heard weights (dropping). The pool was right down the outdoor stairs and the laundry room was downstairs too. Beds were comfy and kitchen was huge, fully equipped for our 5 week stay. We hope to return.

This place is amazing. Our place was spotless. The whole building smelled and looked clean. The amenities were amazing. From the morning coffee, to pools to lazy river to several common areas including a pool table, this place is one of the best places I have ever visited. The staff is amazing - especially the concierge - Vito. So helpful and friendly. Every staff member was amazingly helpful. Booked for a week and had to cancel one night and the host made it easy for us. Highly recommend this place as we will be returning to Lucent at Sunrise.

El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para la estadía, el barrio es tranquilo, residencial Estuvimos 10 días en Orlando haciendo distintas actividades, todas estaban en un radio de 10 a 30 minutos en auto. El único detalle que tuvimos fue que en el condominio estuvieron haciendo arreglos todos los días desde primera hora del día, por lo que el ruido se escuchaba muy fuerte y no pudimos descansar cómodamente, el aislamiento del apartamento no es bueno, se escuchan fuerte los ruidos del piso de arriba y de afuera.

Departamento tal cual las fotos, muy fácil acceso a los parques, muy buena comunicación del anfitrión, espacio muy cómodo que te hace sentir como en casa. Muy feliz con la elección y agradecido con el anfitrión por la bonita experiencia!!

Five of us stayed at Brian’s place for a few nights. The apartment is super comfortable, clean and spacious. Nice and comfortable beds! Everything was EXACTLY as described. The amenities are great, we used the pool, the hot tub and the arcade area. They also have tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts. It is close to all the parks Orlando has to offer in that area. We had a car rental and we were able to park very close to the unit every time, a lot of parking space available. They have security to get inside the complex, we felt very safe. All the houses around the complex looked very nice and well maintained, very nice neighborhood. I reached out to Brian a few times and he responded very quickly and answered all my questions. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Great place to stay! Highly recommended!

El apartamento es muy cómodo, tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía con la familia y está ubicado en una zona tranquila y de fácil acceso a todo. Está cerca de los parques de Disney y cerca de toda clase de tiendas, supermercados y restaurantes. Gary es muy diligente, ofrece instrucciones claras y estuvo pendiente a que no tuviéramos problemas a la llegada.

3rd time staying at this property and as always it was excellent!

We had a wonderful time at Beatriz place. Unit was spotless, had everything we needed. Super close to grocery store and Ofcourse Disney. Clubhouse and pool area was great. Music, nice (warm) pools and lazy river and we loved the water slides. Honestly couldn’t have asked for more. Beatriz was very responsive and checked in with us before during and after our stay. Excellent host. Would love to stay here again and will certainly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Orlando area.

I must say this place was one of the cleanest Airbnb‘s. I’ve ever been to. Even better than the pictures. Love the outside patio and the neighborhood was great. Definitely visit the clubhouse beautiful heated pool and lots to do. I give this Airbnb a 10 out of 10 super comfortable beds. Looking forward to staying here again.

So close to Disney, less than 10 miles away from all the parks! Super clean!

Doris' place is a great location and close proximity from where we were headed. There were also plenty of restaurants and other shops/stores in the area which made it that much better. My daughters really enjoyed the pool and were happy about having a say in this selection. Most definitely a must visit.

Excellent beautiful home. Clean easy access in and out. Loved that we can use resort amenities as well beautifully described. Very responsive and quickly tooo.

Local agradável, exatamente como nas fotos. O condomínio é tranquilo e existe muitas opções de restaurantes, mercados, farmácias e lojas ao redor. Estávamos com 2 crianças, sendo uma delas um bebê de 1 ano e a anfitriã pensou em cada detalhe para tornar nossa estadia confortável. Tinha desde o cadeirão de alimentação até brinquedos para as crianças. Foram dias maravilhosos em família!

This house was great for our family vacation. It's close to the Disney Parks, outlets, and many other things to do. Ariane is very responsive if you have any questions. We would love to stay here again.

We loved this air bnb for many reasons but the main thing that stood out (besides the cleanliness) was how thoughtful the host is. There was a toddler table, multiple foot stools , kids plates and silverware, a night light, sound machines and even a crib (with sheets) and a highchair. Not everyone understands how important these items are to have but they’re essential in making our little ones comfortable and Amanda nailed it. There is also a full spice rack in the kitchen, coffee beans, multiple kitchen gadgets, and an ice maker! The pool area and put put course were also a blast for the whole family. I really can’t say enough good things about our stay here!

Michael’s place was perfect - fantastic location just minutes from everything, and ideal for families with kids. I’d highly recommend and would absolutely stay again!

Extremely beautiful location, setting is appropriate for just about anyone. The hostess was courteous to have us checked in way earlier than our time. Her response time to message may be a bit delayed but she sure to respond in about 20 minutes. Very close to a lot of things such as shopping areas and dining.

This was our first family vacation and our first time ever using Airbnb. I was very impressed with how easy the process was. Our host was super friendly and the house was absolutely beautiful. 10/10
