What a lovely little gem. We were totally surprised by the beauty of our surroundings, and the cleanliness of the home. We were lucky enough to be there during the most perfect weather and got to meet lots of other families vacationing in the area. We will definitely be back and I’ve already shared the spot with friends and family so that they can enjoy this little treasure. I’m so glad that we found this place. It made the trip to go see the eclipse extra special! The lake was the perfect place to take our kids to go do a little fishing and kayaking. Completely satisfied and happy with our experience!

Quaint little space perfect for a couple or small family. Everything you need and peaceful! Hot tub was spot nightly after riding atvs all day! Highly recommend!!!

Very helpful and responsive host. The cabin is incredible and they thought of so many different things- air hockey game, cornhole boards, small slide for kids, etc…Wolf pen gap trails were easy to get to and Mena was close.

This was our second time staying at Cathy's property. We love that we can ride from the property to the trails and that it is very close to town. It is always peaceful and a beautiful area!!

Two night getaway for 6th wedding anniversary. Peaceful, quiet, restful time. Bed was super comfortable and the fireplace was wonderful over the colder than normal weekend. Enjoyed eating at the Ouachitas and the Chopping Block and looking around the family owned furniture store. Friendly greetings all around!

Amazing getaway. Everything was exactly as described, quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed sitting on the porch watching the stars and deer. The hot tub was so relaxing. The cabin was so cute and stocked with everything you could imagine needing. We will definitely be back!!!

What a place to stay!! Even with rain, we still had the BEST weekend! We had 3 couples & kids & were so comfortable! Every area was roomy, clean, & dsng near perfect! Love the older charm of the house while being modernized, spacious, & comfortable. So many aminities too! we hardly needed to buy a thing :) Perfect spot for families with kids! From books & games to beanbag, bunk beds, & multiple playrooms. If you have kids. don't skip this place! Not to mention all the fenced in land for the kids to ride/explore! Best part, Walmart does deliver to the house! Just be sure to add "624" on the end of the road for the delivery & getting directions there. We didn't have that & got lost a few times lol. We 100% plan to make a trip back soon!!

The cabin was awesome. We have stayed here twice now. It's a very quiet place to stay. We liked having the fire pit out back.

Inside the cabin was actually nicer than the pictures. Even though it was a cabin, it was very updated. The grounds were very clean and maintained. I had forgot to bring coffee so it was so nice to see that they had that available, including cream. My husband loves him morning coffee. Plenty of towels and just all around nice place. If you’re thinking about renting it, go ahead you will not regret it. Vince was a great host.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay for Thanksgiving break. Absolutely beautiful surroundings and cozy space. We had the best time. Thank you!!

This place was just what we expected and more! Peaceful, beautiful surroundings, comfy/cozy cabin. Literally everything is supplied, you don’t have to worry about anything but packing a bag and getting there. The host was very attentive and responded quickly if we had questions! This place is well worth it..did not disappoint! Will definitely book again when in the area!!

Wow! Wow! We had an amazing stay. The adorably decorated house was so comfortable. We slept like royalty. The kitchen had everything we needed. Hot water was plentiful. Couches were comfortable. We we really pleased with the stay and will stay there again if available on our next visit.

Great place to stay. The parking area was big. There was enough room for several vehicles with trailers. We will defiantly stay here again.

A beautiful place among a group a nice cabins in the woods, but easy to find from the road. We stayed with my parents and our 4 year old, and there was plenty of space (be aware that the master bed and bath are accessed through one of the other bedrooms, which was no trouble for us). The covered front porch was also a great place to relax.

My family and I enjoyed this clean and charming cabin. It was very peaceful here. My wife loved the swing on the front porch. The couch is also very comfortable. We will be returning.

Loved The Tacklebox! It is exactly as described and pictured. The little cabin community has a fantastic overlook area with picnic tables and fire pits and with a wonderful view. A great place for a tranquil getaway!

We had a great stay! The cabin was exceptionally clean! It’s perfect for a quiet getaway in the woods! We met Scott when we arrived, he was very friendly and welcoming. We hope to return soon!
