The house was perfect for my friends and I! Great location and within a short walking distance to the beach. We also really appreciated the coffee and breakfast buffet in the morning!

Lazy River was very welcoming and made it easy to check in. The place was extremely beautiful and near the boardwalk, as well as a parking spot which was very convenient. Overall such an excellent stay, would 100% recommend Lazy River’s Rental! Thank you all!

David and his wife are easily the best hosts I’ve ever had to communicate during a booking on AIRBNB. David, from beginning to end, was very communicative and made my stay very easy. The property was BEAUTIFUL, and everything that was offered on the listing, was exactly what we received! We loved our stay and would easily rebook this trip over again. Very great stay,house was beautiful as shown, very spacious.Loved the pool table and dart board and the surrounding system was a very nice addition as well. Hosts were very responsive to any questions and very kind ,allowed us to open the heated pool for our stay which was the highlight of the trip and of course the jacuzzi! I would definitely stay again if I am ever in the area!

I’ve stayed with Shahid twice now and always had a positive experience. The space is awesome, located right in the heart of Brooklyn. It’s very clean and comfortable and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Close to campus! Cute place — loved use of washer & dryer! Comfortable bed, spacious in-law apartment at garden level of house. Beautiful view of woods! Stone staircase to reach entrance not for those with mobility issues. Great, quiet night’s sleep!

Das Haus liegt absolut ruhig und privat auf einem Hügel am Ende einer Privatstrasse mit perfektem Blick nach Manhattan. Es ist architektonisch interessant aus 1906 mit viel Platz, mehreren Terrassen und vielen schönen Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Gastgeber Julia und Alex haben perfekt kommuniziert. Es war alles sehr gut. Beim nächsten Aufenthalt auf Staten Island würden wir sehr gerne wieder hier wohnen.
