This is a wonderful and well appointed apartment in a nice neighbourhood. It has private parking in the garage, there are two shops and some cafes right next to the building. La Parisienne has great breakfasts.

I stayed at this awesome apartment in a fantastic location – there’s so much to do around here. Maja, the host, is honestly amazing. She was super helpful with everything I asked about. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Appartamento nuovissimo e super attrezzato La differenza l’ha fatta il servizio che abbiamo avuto con i pullman ( scaricati nel nulla ) grazie a loro abbiamo risolto il nostro problema che ci hanno aiutato fino a tarda notte fino a che non eravamo arrivati all appartamento L host super disponibile veramente una persona unica. Hello everyone, 🙋🏻‍♂️ the landlord was a very caring and helpful person. He responded very quickly to our questions and provided us with information about the city. The house is very beautiful, just like in the pictures, very comfortable and in the center of the city. I can recommend it to everyone.

This was the perfect place for my one night stay in Podgorica, with walking distance to the bus station. The apartment is clean and tidy, and the neighborhood is friendly, even tho it is a bit out of the city center. I would definitely stay here again!

Evin konumu ve manzaradı çok güzeldi. Kendi evimizdeymişiz gibi hissettik. Ev de gerekli olabilecek her şey mevcuttu. Stefan her konuda yardımcı oldu. Tekrar Podgarica’ ya yolum düşerse bu evde yeniden kalırım.

We stayed for 3 months and were delighted with the flat - it was warm, super clean, and we had everything we needed. Sasa was a great host - he came to find us when we got lost when we first arrived and he and his family were so welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble and we very much enjoyed the pancakes and pastries they brought us. We appreciated having off street parking and being close to the shops and buses into the city centre. Highly recommended - and we hope to be back.

איגור ואשתו אנשים טובי לב המקסימים. ניכר שהיה להם חשוב שיהיה לנו טוב ונעים, השאירו פינוקים בבית. המקום מקסים, שקט, פרטי וקסום להפליא. איגור השאיר את הקאנו שלו, חוויה מרוממת. הדרך טיפה מאתגרת אבל עברנו עם רכב רגיל. למי שמחפש שקט, אגם קסום ולא באזור הומה אדם מצויר - זה החלום.

We had a wonderful stay at Jovana's place. We were looking for an escape from the city, and this was exactly what we were looking for. It's incredibly quiet, and has everything you need for a chilled time. loungers, beautiful view, bbq. Was a little cold for us to go on the lake to kayak but definitely would have in the summer. The view is incredible as well, all felt very peaceful. All in all, great place to stay. the highlight is definitely the exterior so we didn't spent much time inside but it had all the amenities needed. Thank you!

House was just as announced, in a calm part of the city, close to the center and has places to park. Perfect!

Sara’s stay was a countryside dream, the view, the space - everything was a dream come true! I cannot recommend enough this beautiful home to share with friends ! It is out the way of everything so I recommend hiring a car for ease of getting round like we did but otherwise - gorgeous !!!! Simply Gorgeous:) Sara herself & her husband was such helpful and kind hosts!

Sonia is a great host. She is very polite and friendly. she will also respond to messages very promptly. the accomodation is also very well kept and clean. very ideal to stay in her apartment.

Nikolas house was a great destination! It's really spacious and it was very clean in all rooms. Especially the kitchen was very well equipped if you are planning to cook for yourself. It also has a nice balcony and a parking lot in front of the house to park your car on privat ground. Nikola was very quick and friendly responding my messages. He also offered to organise a boat tour for the Skadar lake (which is very beautiful and close by). Entering the house was also very flexible, because you can just take the keys out of a locker at the house. So we really had a great time at Nikolas house and could definitely recommend it!!

Amazing apartment in the heart of Podgorica

Great apartment with two balconies, a very well equipped kitchen, and high-speed WiFi which was good for remote working! There was air con in all rooms too which was useful as it was hot on our first two days there. Excellent location in a quiet residential neighbourhood only ~10mins walk from the Old Town and beautiful Mogren beach. Would definitely recommend as a great base from which to explore Budva!

The apartment was perfect for a long stay in Budva. Right across the street is a mall with a well-stocked supermarket and pharmacy, there are plenty of other shops and cafes nearby, and an HDL hypermarket just up the street. The location on the top floor in the corner is ideal, the apartment gets plenty of sun and stays quiet. Nikola provided plenty of essentials like detergent, soap, etc. and was very easy to communicate with.

Really good stay at the apartments! The few from the front rooms is stunning. Easily walkable into Tivat, near bars and restaurants and a really peaceful spot. Modern flat with decent finishes. Thanks Antonio

Rui was a great host - very friendly and ready to help with any problems or recommendations. The house itself is quite new and modern, with excellent facilities. It’s only a 10 min walk from the Becici beach which is great. The weather was quite hot when we went, and we wanted additional fans and he was so kind to come and provide that for us. Overall, I’d recommend this place to anyone coming to Budva/ becici.

Irena is a fantastic host and incredibly communicative. The view is stunning from the property and Irena gave us so much information, it was fantastic. Would happily use her again.

We had a great time in this cozy and modern apartment! Great location, very close to the beach. A cool terrace. The house has everything you need! Friendly communication with Mirko. In general, we were delighted and if we ever find ourselves in these parts, we will certainly book this apartment!

Nikola était super réactif concernant toutes nos demandes. Son logement est impeccable et son emplacement est parfait pour chiller ! Je recommande si vous souhaitez passez du bon temps dans la région de Kotor 😉
