New cute and cozy apartment is situated in a small village Razanj near the Rogoznica in the middle Dalmatia. There are one bedroom, living room with kitchen, bathroom and balcony with beautiful view on the sea. All windows have sea view. There is a free parking lot. It is comfortable for 4 people. It has double bed in bedroom and big sofa for two persons in living room. Other facilites include a smart tv, air condition, coffe machine, refrigerator, oven... The beach is only 20 meters away.

Apartment Ando is situated in Zatoglav (Rogoznica) near Primosten. The sea and beach are only 50 meters away from the apartment, and the crystal clear water will amaze you. Guests on disposal have the pool, parking space, terrace, gym, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, and 2 private balconies. The entire house has an amazing view. It is a new 70 m2 apartment including two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining area, living room and a balcony with a beautiful seaview. Located 50 m from the sea in a quiet area but close to the little towns of Rogoznica and Primošten to go for a dinner at the evening. You can buy all you need in several shops in Rogoznica. The beach is peacefull and the water is crystal clear. You can relax on the beach under the parasol.

Solis Rogoznica is a charming stone house built entirely from stones found on the hills overlooking Rogoznica. It is located amongst the olive trees on the hill just 3 min ride (10-15 min walk) from the main road and the closest beach and it represents an old stone house with green windows - symbol of Dalmatia! It is surrounded by untouched nature in a very peaceful area with amazing sunsets every day!

It is on first floor, it have 2 bedrooms, kitchen, wc, air-condition, microwave, new refrigerator, wi-fi, balcony with outside furniture. From this year 2019 we have new roof, new windows and house isolation. In our yard we have our fast food Bartul, where you can eat, drink and relax.
