We greatly enjoyed our time staying in the Loft. The place is amazingly well connected to the city and yet removed just a tiny to be free from ovely noisy roads. All the major sites were easliy walkable and there is a great variety of activites and sites to see nearby.

Tiziana was a great host who welcomes her guests. Her small loft apartment is incredibly well-organized with everything you need to feel comfortable during your stay. The apartment is absolutely perfect, within walking distance of the city center, shops and public transportation. j'en ai fait quelques-uns de logement Airbnb mais je n'ai jamais été aussi bien accueilli. Alors c'est sûrement la magie de l'Italie avec leur esprit de convivialité. Sa famille a été très accueillante et chaleureuse à mon encontre! i Ils avaient reçu de la famille provenant d'Écosse, j'ai pu assister à un petit concert intime rythmée et accompagné de la cornemuse. j'ai passé un agréable moment dépaysant, voyageant dans leur culture. je ne peux que les remercier et les recommander, si un jour je repasse dans le coin avec un très grand plaisir je leur ferai coucou, et pourquoi pas passer encore une nuit chez eux. Merci a eux !

Der Aufenthalt war großartig! Die Wohnung ist stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Der Balkon bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Castello, den Dom und den Parkt. Die Lage ist ideal: zentral und dennoch ruhig, alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit Silvia war super freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen!

Had a great stay! The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions, making everything smooth and hassle-free. The check-in process was easy, and the place was exactly as described. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Plus, the location is fantastic—there’s an amazing deli, La Fattoria di Torri Vittorio, right on the same street, and a supermarket just a two-minute walk away. It's also close to Central Station, making it super convenient for getting around. Would definitely book again! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! It was perfect for just me but can fit 4 (5 if you have someone sleep on the couch). Given the loft I’m not sure if it’s suitable for toddlers/kids who are not keen on listening. You can tell Marzio and his family care about the place with their little welcome binder that has typed up notes on the neighborhood, Chinatown, its history, and recommendations on what to try in the neighborhood. The supermarket is down the block which was super convenient. I’m a big walker and found I was no more than 20-45 mins from everywhere I wanted to go (Duomo, Milano Centrale, Four Seasons). The apartment is on the first floor and at the entrance so you do hear cars driving by and the motors of the doors when it opens up for tenants cars— if you’re a deep sleeper and plan on being gone most of the day then this shouldn’t bother much. Excellent location - 5/10minute walk into the centre of Verona. Very spacious apartment with everything you need. Very handy having a secure underground car park which we felt really helped. It is a tight squeeze getting into the car park but that’s to be expected, given the location. From booking to checking in Alberto and Olindo were very helpful with videos, pictures on checking in and gave plenty of recommendations. Would highly recommend!

The loft was a fantastic place to stay. I felt immediately at home, self check in was easy and it was exactly as described along with some welcoming treats. Nikolay was very easy and friendly to communicate with throughout my stay. The place is so close to Zara metro and Isola so it’s a great location and so simple to get to the centre and to Centrale station if you’re visiting the lakes. Thank you for such a brilliant stay.

Ein herrliches Domizil mitten in Ferrara. Sehr individuell, geschmackvoll und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wir haben das Ambiente sehr genossen. Ich stelle mir vor, dass man es dort auch an sehr heißen Tagen gut aushalten kann (bei uns war es nur frühlingshaft mild). Francesco ist ein super Gastgeber: total unkompliziert, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die die wunderschöne Stadt zu Fuß erkunden wollen!

My stay at Andrea was perfect. He is very friendly, responsive and helpful. When I was arriving late in the evening he picked me up from the train station and even drove me to the next supermarket so I could get some food for the first night. Other than that he was always responding to my messages, giving me recommendations and tips for the area. The apartment is very bright, newly renovated, has everything you need and very spacious. All in all just a perfect stay! Highly recommended.

Absolutely incredible stay! The location was truly unbeatable, hands down the best of any place I’ve ever been. It was perfectly situated, close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed, from excellent communication to thoughtful little touches throughout the space. The place was spotless, stylish, and had all the amenities you could ask for. Check-in was seamless, the bed was super comfortable, and the whole experience felt like a home away from home. I genuinely didn’t want to leave. I’d give it more than five stars if I could. Highly, highly recommend!

The best host. He is super friendly, superb person. very humble, kind and intelligent and supportive. Great place to stay, easy to get around anywhere in Milan, walking distance from Brenta (M3-Yellow Line) Metro station and Trendord Porta Romana station Also has public parks and Poste Italia nearby. Very quite, and a very good neighbourhood. perfectly safe to get around even at night. A lot of convinience stores and supermarkets nearby, with 24 hr Carrefour market. OVS and Upium are also close by. the room is very spacious with ample storage and has almost everything you need. With a shared living with Marco, it is never a problem of any kind. the kitchen is very comfortable with loads of crockery and cooking utensils. simple, clean and a very descent place to stay. Most amazing Host and a great value for money.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole. Gabriella è una host eccezionale: disponibile e sempre pronta ad aiutare in caso di necessità. L'appartamento, pur di dimensioni contenute, è ben organizzato e fornito di tutto il necessario. Inoltre, la pulizia era impeccabile. Un grande plus è la splendida vista sulle montagne dal tetto nelle giornate di sole. La posizione è comoda, con supermercati facilmente raggiungibili a piedi in circa 15 minuti. Il parcheggio non è mai stato un problema grazie alla disponibilità di posti liberi nelle vicinanze. Nel complesso l'esperienza è stata più che soddisfacente.

Una bellissima scoperta: proprio quando stavo rinunciando a cercare un airbnb ho trovato questa mansarda. Sono stati due mesi felici e senza problemi.. menziono solo una oscillazione di Internet nella prima settimana risolta. Roberto e Giorgio sono stati disponibili e reattivi durante tutto il soggiorno. Valutare certi aspetti è del tutto soggettivo... ogni persona ha la propria scala di valori. Adesso sono d'accordo che nelle foto lo spazio sembra più grande che nella realtà. Ma non credo che nessuno possa essere in disaccordo: sia la posizione che la vista sono perfette! Per una donna di 164 cm, tutto ha funzionato bene. Raccomando! :)
