There should be more than 5 stars for this lovely property and its hosts!!! We were three couples vacationing for the first time on the Cape and this charming home was perfect for us. Conveniently located to serve as home base for many excursions we felt immediately at home. We each had our own themed bedroom with en suite bathroom and TV. All common areas including the sun porch and outdoor deck were fantastic places to gather and enjoy our time together. Our hosts were so pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. As only one example, on a rainy day the host proactively contacted us wth suggestions on things to do in the event of rain on the Cape. We so appreciated this thoughtful gesture and there were many more. When I think about it, this really sums up why we had such a wonderful time. Everything about this property speaks to how much these hosts care about their guests! Hope to return one day. Thank you!

I cannot thank Matt and Kenzie enough for letting us use their beautiful home in Mashpee. The home was as described and they allowed us to check in early after our communication with them. I would love to stay here again. Thank you Matt and Kenzie! ❤️

I can’t say enough great things about this place. We stayed for a week and it felt like home away from home. Everything was spotless and smelled professionally clean. The cabin house was SO CUTE and spacious. Perfect size for family to visit while we were in town, even with the pups. Lots of kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, you name it. We will definitely book again when we come back to visit family.

We loved our stay by the beach! Perfect for a long weekend with a fenced in yard for the dog. The host was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

Michael’s place was great! Very close to the Orange Line, great coffee near by, it was a great place to stay in Boston. Michael was always very responsive throughout our stay; we left a small item behind and he shipped it back to us free of charge! We really appreciated the hospitality, and the apartment was really excellent to stay at. This wasn’t an issue with Michael or the accommodation, but the first couple nights of our stay were quite cold; it turned out one of the other residents in the building was turning down the boiler thermostat for the whole building. Michael did help address this and reached out to the other unit owners about the correct temperature for the building to stay at, but just know that if you’re staying in winter with young children who can’t use blankets yet, there isn’t a thermostat in the unit itself. Hopefully this wouldn’t be an issue for future guests, but just reach out to Michael if you run into issues with the temperature, he will make sure it’s warm

We had a fabulous stay enjoying the house and the environment. Lots of beautiful walks and places to explore from this central location. Fresh and clean we found everything we wanted and more in the house and garden enjoying the fire pit as the temperature dropped. Great hosts (although we never had cause to meet them) responsive and helpful via message. We would happily recommend a stay here.

A great stay for a week with the family. Kitchen had all pots/pans needed for significant cooking, comfortable beds and linens, great walker- accessible bathroom, comfortable couches. Kathy is a very responsive host and bought a chair and DVD player for our use. Beautiful garden, bbq area and fire pit area. Note fire pit and bbq area are not wheelchair accessible. Short walk to beach and quiet neighborhood. Overall we enjoyed our time there and would recommend for a large group.

We had a very memorable awesome weekend! Being pet friendly was awesome because I love to bring my buddies with me everywhere I can :-) also my girls that traveled from afar were able to enjoy their love and affection ❤️. The master sweet with bathroom off the kitchen was super spacious and private. I questioned the cleaning fee price but after I saw how large the place was and how clean the place was at checkin it is was all worth it. I would highly recommend this place to all. Talita, thank you for having your place available for us on such a beautiful long weekend. My family was able to create so many beautiful memories in the comfort of your lovely home.

This is a beautiful home very well decorated and comfortable! It was very comfortable for two families to stay in and easy to get to. We would love to come back when the weather is warm to enjoy the beautiful farmers porch and beach
