We had a lovely, cosy holiday stay with beautiful decorations and extra goodies to make it even more festive. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the beds were super comfortable. Kathleen responded rapidly and super kindly to all our questions. A great pick!

The house is beautiful. It was cozy and clean. The pictures online do not do it justice. We had a great weekend with family. We would definitely go back. Bonus that it was so close to Bear Creek Mountain after a day of snowboarding!

We were in town for a family wedding and Adam’s place was perfect! We had 8 adults and 1 infant, it was spacious and very clean. Would definitely use it again.

The game room was absolutely amazing and the hot tub, also a highlight . We loved the bar and the frosted glassware. The hosts were present/available without being at all intrusive. There were ample bathrooms and shower facilities with towels a’plenty. The beds were comfortable and the fire place,an unexpected bonus. The kitchen facilities were roomy and fully stocked. It was clean, comfortable and tons of fun- worth every penny 😊

I wanted to celebrate my 50th birthday in style, and Marc's place was the perfect spot for us to gather with a few family and friends. It was so lovely, we decided to grill steaks out back for my birthday meal. Who wanted to go out for dinner when we had such a lovely setting at the Airbnb?? There was plenty of room for us to gather together, with several spaces for the family to spread out and enjoy different conversation areas in the home as well. After dinner, there were several games to choose from, and the Escape the Room game we settled on proved to be quite entertaining. We visited at the end of April and my son even enjoyed a quick dip in the pool. All in all, a wonderful place and great communication. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough positive things about Jake's beautiful Mendham farmhouse. My family and I spent the weekend there for my parents' 40th wedding anniversary and we could not have asked for anything more. Jake is so friendly and communicative. He is easygoing and responsive and made us feel very welcome. The house is stunning - charming and rustic with beautiful modern upgrades and plenty of room to spread out. We did not want to leave and hope to book with Jake again in the near future.

Absolutely enchanted with this exquisite cottage. It was beyond our expectations and even more beautiful than the pictures portrayed. Charming, peaceful, comfortable, serene, well appointed, tasteful decor, and Heidi was a thoughtful and lovely host. Would highly recommend staying here. It will not disappoint. I will be back !

The place was more remote than expected, but a pleasant surprise! It's on a beautiful piece of land, with lots of open yard and very peaceful surroundings. Super big home with lots of rooms and open space which made having multiple people together feel easy, giving everyone privacy when needed. Overall definitely Would recommend to anyone!

We visited Philly for my sister’s wedding and luckily came across Junior’s place. It was clean, had everything we needed and was near so many stores and restaurants. The house itself was clean, just like the pictures and all of the beds were so comfy we overslept. The patio out front was perfect for us to sit out, laugh and talk and totally felt safe. It got chilly one night and we were able to easily adjust the temp with the smart thermostat. The water pressure was amazing and hot water was available for all 5 of us with no issues. The rain shower head in the main bedroom felt great and prompted me to order one for my own home off Amazon to install. Overall I am definitely staying at Junior’s place when we visit Philly in May, July, the Roots Picnic, and when my sister has her baby in September. I’ve officially found my favorite AirBnB!!!

Gabrielle's place was warm and cozy. Close to local resturants and wineries. Plenty of room, beautiful kitchen and backyard. The master bedroom had alot of space and beds were cozy and comfortable. Gabrielle was so kind and attentive and communicated very well. Thank you for opening up your home during our special occasion.

This place is a little piece of hidden paradise! I would highly recommend. It’s out in the country but still close to restaurants and shopping. The horses are definitely a bonus! As well as the barn cats we saw and got to pet. Definitely would stay here again! The little things that they have are amazing. Little snack basket, candy, Q-tips, floss, anything and everything that you could possibly need.

Paulette was a wonderful host very kind and responsive. She replied quickly whenever I had questions. Her home was spotless and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Meghan and Dan, i cannot say enough wonderful things about your home. Perfect place to recoup from surgery. This is a pristine home. This is not an ordinary place, they took a lot of care in choosing everything. I even mentioned these are not “ curtains “ or average linen. This is true upholstery, textiles that are soft and last! The Rattan carpets Matched well with the decor. I would definitely recommend staying for any reason! I would call it a very American Cottage! Worth every penny and solitude! Thank you again

This property is stunning. This updated farmhouse has many charming features with modern touches that make for a perfectly comfortable stay. Mike was incredibly kind and helpful. This was easily the cleanest AirBnB property I’ve stayed in. Kudos.

We had two extended stays at Kelly’s guest house as it served as an outstanding retreat while our home was undergoing construction. The house is cozy, spacious, immaculate, and well appointed. It is highly recommended for a quiet getaway and to enjoy the beautiful surroundings as well watching the horses, pigs, and goats. Our last night there were treated to a wild lightning show from the Florida room as a line of wicked storms passed through after sunset. I sure I will have to find some excuse to stay here again soon.

Lots of room and extra mattresses in the closet were a nice for our large family.

This large classic brick home was just what we needed. We would definitely book it again. And when we needed something the night we checked in, Val made a run to the grocery store and brought it to us, though it was almost midnight. Impressive!

This was our second time staying at Jennifer‘s lovely Airbnb. It is like a home away from home …extremely well equipped kitchen, beautiful bedroom with super comfortable bed and pillows, a soaking Jacuzzi tub, right off the canal and walking path, beautiful tulips in front and back in bloom, walkable to restaurants, galleries and shops. It was the perfect getaway and we plan to come back again soon.

This was our second time staying here and we loved the privacy and beautiful surroundings. Charles was very responsive and friendly. It was close to some of the activities we had planned with our family. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful time! The hosts were very helpful and everyone who came to visit us from Bucks County (our old home) loved the huge kitchen and dining area for our Easter dinner. It was a nice to have a new venue and not worry about who is hosting and who is cooking or cleaning. This way everyone did a little bit of everything and enjoyed themselves thoroughly as well. Our stay at Roze's house was great. It was a quiet neighborhood and the house was comfortable and provided enough room for myself, my wife, and our three grown children. Everything was clean and in great shape, from the kitchen to the bath, to the laundry, to the bedrooms, and the dining room. Roze was responsive to all of our questions and her instructions for use of the house were clear and concise. We had a great time and would definitely reserve this house again and recommend it to others.

very nice house, bathrooms were a little small, but definitely clean. it is an older house, so lots of squeaking going on, but it kinda made for the whole older house experience. would definitely stay there again!
