Shari’s cabin is just as pictured/described and just as reviewed by other 5 star reviews.. Nicely updated bathrooms, super clean , well equipped kitchen, fun basement with pool table, perfect entry mud room for snow gear, the easy to use gas fireplace was perfect for drying out/ warming up snow boots and gloves. Great location as you can walk to the public dock on the lake just a block away or to the little well stocked market 2 blocks away and definitely have breakfast or lunch at Donner lake kitchen which sits right behind the market! **FYI welcome book in entry states they serve lunch and dinner but actually only breakfast/lunch as they close at 2:00pm. Highly recommend for a cozy convenient fun cabin!

I have stayed in quite a few Airbnb‘s, and this one is top on my list. The house has the perfect location, nice and comfortable furnishings and most importantly the kitchen is well stocked with any cooking items you may need. I look forward to staying in your home again on our next trip to Greagle, California

Barbara’s place was great and exactly what we needed for the weekend! It was peaceful and clean, and close to all of our planned activities.

Truly an incredible Airbnb experience. The proximity of the cabin to the river is so close you can clearly hear the flowing water from the cabin. The forest is beautiful and old. Cabin is very cozy and perfect for the setting.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Our 3 year old loved all of the toys in the kids room and it was very helpful to have a guava travel crib for our 5 month old so we didn’t have to bring ours. It was snowing when we arrived but the driveway was clear and the snowplow came again later that night so it was easy to get around. Great location and would highly recommend!

This is an absolutely stunning lake side home that had every amenity for families to make treasured lifetime memories. My favorite was the huge picnic table on the deck where you could have dinner and watch the sunset over the lake. Rich, is the perfect host, so flexible and responsive with anything you might need. My parents, husband and I enjoyed day trips to Lassen, fishing literally from the backyard and the beautiful scenery that surrounds this home. Quiet and peaceful, it’s the perfect place to get away from the stress of everyday life. Many thanks for sharing your home with us, we will be back!

This place was great for our family get together. Easy access to everything Donner Lake has to offer. 5 minutes to downtown Truckee. Enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the deck with a view of the lake. Well furnished with lots of amenities and responsive hosts. Definitely on our list of places to return to.
