He was quick to respond anytime we had a question, and his communication was not only clear, but also kind and welcoming, striking that rare balance of being clear, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were effortless—the best I’ve ever experienced—and every interaction left us feeling cared for and confident that we were in good hands. The home itself was clean, thoughtfully designed, and tucked away in a beautiful, quiet location, making it the perfect place to unwind. The large outdoor space was peaceful and inviting, and we especially enjoyed the arcade—it was such a fun bonus and added to the relaxing, playful atmosphere. Every part of the experience reflected Kevin’s care and intention as a host. We left feeling grateful, rested, and already talking about when we could return. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to others!

The stay was wonderful - we felt right at home. Host contacted us proactively the day before with instructions, and was very responsive to feedback. The backyard was large and the kids really enjoyed tramping around in the snow. The house was clean, everything was quiet, and the bed and linens were very comfortable. There is a large foyer for drying snow gear, etc. Access to the garage also really helped us to be able to put on snow chains and store some ski gear. There were also sleds available for the kids to play in the snow, as well as shovels to help keep the driveway clear.

The cabin was very cozy and clean! It looks just as described. Very peaceful and private. My dogs enjoyed the cabin and enjoyed the dog walking trail that was listed on the guest book. Definitely planning to come again!

Tobias could not have been more helpful! I was not too familiar with the area and he really took me by the hand and gave me all the advice and support I needed. I felt well taken care of.

This was a 8 day family vacation with my husband and I, our son and his wife along with her parents visiting from Norway. We had more than enough room along with 3 bathrooms so everyone had plenty of privacy. We cooked all of our meals in the large and fully equipped kitchen. There is a BBQ along with a beautiful hot tub for relaxing after a day of downhill skiing at nearby North Star or Palisades. The way the house is built you literally feel like you are in the trees when you look out over the floor to ceiling windows in the back of the house. Also, there is patio furniture with a fire pit off of the eating area that we also enjoyed. There are board games, two TV areas along with 3 workstations with large computers. There is also a yoga area in the downstairs area. This is a beautiful home located in a safe and walkable area. Lori is responsive and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a place that has everything !!!!

Perfect stay for a weekend for 2 couples in Truckee. Well stocked kitchen allowed us to cook good dinners. The living room is lovely and we spent tons of time there relaxing. And the hot tub views are fantastic. Would absolutely come back the next time I'm in Truckee!

A few of my friends and I took our kids skiing and encountered a snowstorm. We stayed in this cozy house for four days, and it was convenient for learning to drive as well. The kids said they want to book this place again next time!

We were visiting friends living in the area and wanted to go together to Lake Tahoe with our toddler and their dog. Alberto’s place could not have been more perfect for our setup, and the communication was excellent to make us feel at home when we arrived at the amazing house. Would thoroughly recommend this place for any families staying in the area.

What a wonderful place to get together with friends and family. The house is spacious and has many toys and board games. We went during the tail end of winter, as described, there was a slope in the backyard where we were able to sled from it! Hopefully we can go back to it again next winter!

We all absolutely loved the space! We came with our dogs and friends for a relaxing weekend in the Tahoe-area. The living space was perfect for cozy board games and making delicious and elaborate meals. We loved the big dining room table that provided for fun nights together. The outdoor space was great for playing in the snow with our dogs. And there were a lot of dog friendly areas nearby. We would definitely return for more fun in the snow at Kate's place!

We had a great stay at this AirBnb! Everything was as expected and we loved the location. We had an issue with the refrigerator not working but the weekend crew was sooooo helpful & responsive and made everything right. We would definitely come back again!

We had a fantastic stay at Dave's place! As a family of five plus our dog, we found the house to be clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. While we didn’t encounter any issues, Dave was very responsive and made us feel well taken care of. Highly recommend this lovely home for a stress-free and enjoyable stay!

The Hart House was a perfect place to celebrate our two friend's getting married. The house was beautiful, inside and out! The meadow and the pond were such a nice place to unwind and relax from our busy city jobs. We picked some herbs from the garden for our meals and enjoyed the fire pit at night. The beds were cozy and kitchen had everything we needed. Would recommend this amazing stay to anyone looking to house a group of nature lovers!

- Increible home, it has everything you will need, and talking from surrounding areas is beautiful location. - Host go above and beyond to help if you need anything. - Parking location is really big for multiple cars, that is a plus.

The house was clean, modern, and functional! great location that was basically walking distance from the Tahoe Donner Nordic Center. It took me about 15 minutes to ski to the Nordic Center from the house on Alder Creek road - before the snow melted off, that is. I wish the hot tub was functional / turned on prior to our arrival. Other than that everything was great. Kitchen was stocked with cookware enough to cook dinner for 8, and there was staples like salt pepper and some spices. I would totally stay again!

Awesome place! Love the huge and clear back deck, the only neighbors around aren’t even “seeable”. Secluded, spacious, ample dishes and supplies for cooking, and just a beautiful house. I have a feeling chris, the owner, is a gamer!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Janet’s place. It was peaceful, relaxing, beautiful and comfortable. The home was spotless and well equipped with everything our family of five needed. We cooked many of our meals at the cabin. The location is minutes from Graeagle and is located on the Feather River. There are many places to sit and relax around the property and on the banks of the river. The indoor and outdoor furniture were both comfortable and plentiful (we don’t always find this). We could see the care and intention with everything in and around the cabin. Our family enjoyed the deck in the morning and evening and had wonderful meals and game time at the large dining table. It was a very hot during part of our stay (we stayed for five days) and there were fans in all rooms; the cabin stayed nice and cool. Janet and Kristin were always responsive and helpful. We highly recommend and hope to return soon.
