We were thrilled with our stay! Home was clean & tidy. Everything was available in the home that you could ever think of, right down to the utensils in the kitchen. This home hosted several wrestling families for us during a large tournament & we are so glad we chose this location. The kids were able to play in the snow too! Hosts were very responsive & helpful. I would highly recommend this home! We are planning to stay again next year!

We enjoyed our stay at Mark and Chelsea’s cabin. The spa and flat back yard were lovely. Everything was cozy. My only suggestion would be to offer guests the garage during winter. This was the first cabin we stayed in where the garage was not offered to us as guests and we spent a lot of time shoveling and blowing snow to get our car out of the 44 inches of snow that accumulated constantly over our 3 night stay. That combined with the long steep driveway and the plow blocking us in each day by dumping the driveway snow in front of the parked car outside the garage wasn’t totally ideal, but on the bright side the powder was amazing for skiing, sledding, and building snowmen so hard to complain too much bc we had a great trip!

We were visiting friends living in the area and wanted to go together to Lake Tahoe with our toddler and their dog. Alberto’s place could not have been more perfect for our setup, and the communication was excellent to make us feel at home when we arrived at the amazing house. Would thoroughly recommend this place for any families staying in the area.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was very clean, spacious, and exactly as described. There were plenty of beds and everyone was comfortable. The host was responsive and made everything easy for us. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful scenery!

We've stayed at a lot of airbnbs and this one was by far one of the best. Super clean, amazing layout, close to the rec center and lodge. It is great for two families with both upstairs and downstairs living rooms and 2 bedrooms each. The attic space with three beds might be hard for little kids to sleep in by themselves since getting down the ladder at night to use the bathroom would be tricky- though it would be easy for parents to sleep up there with kids. But the downstairs room with the bunkbed is perfect for Littles. And it's dog friendly - it's hard to find such a nice clean place that also takes dogs.

Our family of 4 has a great peaceful stay at Suzanne's home. We like staying in Tahoe Donner when possible and Suzanne's home was the a great option. She was accomodating to our request before arrival and communicated quickly with questions during our stay. The kids loved discovering the kids rocking chair, sleds, baby books and DVDs! We wished we could have stayed longer. thank you for the hospitality

I stayed at this lovely home when I was in Truckee for a wedding and it was perfect for my stay. The home was clean and cozy with clear instructions for everything. It is well stocked with plenty of kitchenware, towels, extra blankets, and more. The layout and location were ideal and in a nice quiet neighborhood. There is a big driveway and a garage you can park in. Sean was easy to communicate with and responsive. I didn't need to reach out to him, but it was nice to know he would be available. I would easily stay here again the next time I am up in the Truckee area.

When you close your eyes and envision the perfect house in the mountains for you and 9 of your friends, it’s actually this house, bobbing up and down, waiting to open its doors to you. Hot damn, we loved staying here. 🤠🤠🤠 This is a great place for a large group and would be great to enjoy with kids, too. So much space and almost everyone had their own bathrooms. We loved the open layout, huge kitchen and dining room table. Beautiful fireplaces in the living room and primary bedroom were a mountainy treat. Location is fantastic and only 10 mins to downtown Truckee (our favorite Tahoe town with great restaurants and nightlife). We had plenty of room for 5 or 6 cars including the garage area. The hot tub on the porch was used multiple times a day and we just really enjoyed the home. Matt was a great host. He was super responsive and helpful throughout. We appreciated having shampoo and conditioner in the showers, extra toilet paper etc. thank you Matt!! 🎿

Wonderful cabin for our family of four, with plenty of room to spread out. Very clean and organized cabin. Had all things needed to cook multiple meals. Very well stocked home, we didn't need to make a special trip to get supplies. Mud room was perfect for drying all of our gear after a long day on the slopes. Would definitely rent this again!

Awesome house - super fresh and clean in a great location to reach all that the Truckee and Donner areas have to offer. Everything was as described and the place was cozy - our whole family loved it and we hope to come back and visit again. Thanks for everything Ashlyn.

Well stocked place in a great location within Truckee. Close to Northstar, Palisades and the lake. Would stay again.

Beautiful, spacious and well appointed throughout. The Kitchen had everything we needed including a great Wolf stove / range. We used the BBQ, the hot tub and enjoyed the views and the comfy beds.

This was our second stay at Leslie's beautiful home and there are many reasons we returned. The location is perfect--easy to get to, peaceful setting, gorgeous view of the lake, and close to the ski slopes and restaurants and shops in Truckee. And the home is so welcoming and comfortable. It's like staying at a friend's home. We cook a lot and the kitchen is so well stocked which is a real plus. The beds are comfortable and there are two full baths which is a bonus. Perfect for our family of four. Finally, Leslie is such a terrific host. She is great with communication and let us know when the home was ready for an early check-in--so awesome. She is super responsive. And she left a nice welcome note and tasty treats. A real personal touch. It looks like this will be our annual ski week retreat! (We'll need to visit in the summer, too.)

Could not have had a better experience! Meridith was very proactive and answered almost immediately when we had questions. The location of the house in the Tahoe-Donner is great for walks and hikes without having to drive. We will be back soon!

Great, spacious home in the forest. Immediately off highway 20 with a short drive to Nevada City. Tons of space in the bedrooms and common areas. Nice outdoors yard with lots of trees and shade.

Was a perfect place for our golf group. We had a great time and Walt was an exceptional communicator and host. Cant wait to go back next year!

This was our second time staying here. The house is so comfortable and well-located. Hosts were responsive and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay. Great for families!

The home itself was clean, thoughtfully designed, and tucked away in a beautiful, quiet location, making it the perfect place to unwind. The large outdoor space was peaceful and inviting, and we especially enjoyed the arcade—it was such a fun bonus and added to the relaxing, playful atmosphere. Every part of the experience reflected Kevin’s care and intention as a host. We left feeling grateful, rested, and already talking about when we could return. We’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to others!

It was a great place for a ski weekend at Northstar. The kitchen and hot tub were particular standouts, and the home is very spacious. I would return next time I’m in Tahoe.
