Diese Wohnung ist ein Traum! Gute Ausstattung , sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben jede Minute auf dem wunderschönen Balkon genossen und gerne dort gegessen. Die Aussicht wurde nie langweilig. Die Treppen haben sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt. Von der Wohnung aus ist man schnell an der Stadtmauer und am Banje-Beach. Die Lage ist ideal, nahe der Cable Car Station und des Airport-Shuttles. Wir können diese Wohnung nur jedem empfehlen!

Wonderful place for a few days in Dubrovnik. The apartment had everything we needed and was close by to the old town and beach, and had beautiful views of the city. Ines was incredibly helpful throughout our trip, thank you for a fantastic stay!

Mai and Raivo truly are supperhosts ! They were very responsive prior to arrival , greeted us personally, gave many tips for what to do around town . Apartment is quiet with a nice view , very conveniently located to all amenities within walking distance and easy to find . Everything you need for comfortable stay and sleep is there . We truly felt like home! Thank you for making our stay in Trebinje very memorable :)

We had a lovely stay at Ivan's apartment in Slano and very much enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything you could wish for, we especially loved the big balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sun with a lovely view of the sea and the hills. Ideal for breakfast. Ivan is an exceptionally good host, always communicating swiftly, friendly and supportive. He has many good ideas and tips for travelling, so make sure to talk to him. We can definately recommend this apartment and wish to come back.

Wir waren 6 Frauen und wurden sehr zuvorkommend empfangen. Mara war stets eine gute Ansprechperson. Die Lage perfekt. Bushaltestelle Supermarkt verschiedene Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock. Die Gastgeber waren bei der Ankunft und Abreise vor Ort und haben uns die Koffer hochgetrieben. Sollten wir wieder mal in Dubrovnik sein, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder bei Mara buchen. Herzlichen Dank.

We stayed in the same apartment 2 years ago and unfortunately forgot to write a review. Returning just last week, we found the place equally to our satisfaction. Prior to our trip, Marko was extremely helpful with our requests and fulfilled them fully. Olivia the house-keeper was simply fabulous; so kind and helpful she was hardworking and always willing to assist. Two really pleasant stays in CAVTAT with Marko & Olivia and hopefully we will return sometime soon.

Perfectly clean, super friendly hosts, enjoyed spending time at the pebbly beach across the road and watching the beautiful sunset. Deck is huge and loved having an ensuite. Plenty of space for our family of 5 with 3 adult kids. Hosts were very friendly, met us at checkin and checkout to say goodbye! Very scenic 15 min drive to Dubrovnik old town. Enjoyed sitting on the terrace off the kitchen at night. Only con, there are a fair amount of steps for those with mobility challenges. Overall, great value for your money, 100% recommend and would definitely stay there again. Thanks ladies!

I loved this Airbnb. Marija and Katja's place is perfect for being on the peaceful Lapad penninsula, close enough to restaurants and the beach, but nestled in the hill above the main strip. Katja was extremely kind and helpful and made me feel at home on the property of their family home. The space is large and comfortable for 1-2 people and good for working and cooking. The bed was big and comfortable. Katja even offered to use their washing machine and hang laundry on their large terrace overlooking the sea. It was lovely feeling like you were in a regular part of the neighborhood in a family home. And the price is really great for the area. It is also easy to get into the Old City on the local bus. There are 316 steps up to the place from the sea promenade ( I counted), so that can be a hindrance to anybody with any mobility struggles. But it is doable otherwise, and this is the case for any of the homes on the hills.

We received a very warm welcome and were shown around the apartment, when we were given a bowl of delicious grapes (just before they reached the end of season) picked from Family Pijaca's vines. We felt quite 'at home' there and enjoyed our conversations with Miro, who spoke very good English (unlike our Croatian!!) and with his mother through a few words and sign language.

This apartment is in a great location in the heart of Lapad. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts were very friendly, even allowing us to drop off our luggage early, which was a nice touch. Very close to a supermarket, really convenient, and it’s only a short five-minute walk to a lively street full of restaurants and bars. About a 10-minute walk to the public beach, and also a bus station right in front that brings you to old town - which was perfect for us. Despite being centrally located, the apartment was surprisingly quiet as it’s located on a side street. Although some previous reviews mentioned children, we barely noticed them during our stay. For location, quietness and host, I’d give this apartment a solid 10/10. I’d definitely stay here again when in Dubrovnik.

Alberto is a wonderful host, so warm, energetic and welcome, we felt like come back home. What a surprise with welcome fruits plate from the fruits from his garden. Next to the old city, but don't need the pay the high price by staying inside the old city and avoid all the tourists noises. Alberto's garden is so beautiful and truely an urban oasis. Thank you so much! ps: Uber to and from airport is only 25 euros or less, very convenient

We had a great stay! The apartment was very clean, with excellent amenities and great value for money. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was that there were no stairs, and since we were on the top floor with suitcases, it wasn’t as accessible as we had hoped. However, everything else was perfect, and we had a lovely experience and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Iva was a great host and her apartment is perfectly located in the old town. There aren’t too many steps to get there which was perfect as I was travelling with a big suitcase and my older parents. Iva gave clear instructions and was a great communicator. All her recommendations were fabulous and her apartment was spotless. It’s in the middle of the old town so expect some noise in the morning, but it’s worth it for the location. If I were back in Dubrovnik I would stay in Iva’s apartment again.

구시가지 근처이면서도 차로 바로 접근이 가능해 최고였습니다. 슈퍼도 식당도 가깝고, 2층이지만 계단이 넓어 큰짐 이동에 어렵지 않습니다. 토니가 친절하고 소통이 신속하여 정말 좋았습니다. 체크아웃도 배려해주어 조금 늦게할 수 있어 일정 조율에 좋았습니다. 정말 감사합니다!

Nina met us at the flat and made sure we had everything we need. She was very helpful in all aspects. Smooth and flexible checking in and out. The location is perfect and has all you need. Highly recommend.

This is a perfect apartment for my mom and my stay in Dubrovnik. This location is simply so perfect, just like all the other guests have said! Stipe is a great communicator and host. I’d recommend anyone to stay here for their Dubrovnik stay here!

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a quiet location up the hill from the sea. Geoff’s instructions helped us find it easily from Tivat Airport, where we’d hired a car. It has the most incredible view of the Bay which is probably one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever visited. We did a boat trip to the Blue Cave, submarine tunnels and Perast, took the Kotor cable car up the mountain, walked into Kotor a few times and generally enjoyed swimming in the sea, kayaking and paddle boarding. The only thing we weren’t keen on was the traffic so if you want to go anywhere, leave early and be prepared to queue! The little supermarket and bakery down the hill are great and there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk. We had a brilliant holiday, made easier by Geoff and Suzi’s helpful advice before and during our stay. Hope to return to Montenegro again!

Staying at Niksa’s stunning apartment was an absolutely fantastic experience. Whether you're visiting for work or relaxation, this place truly has it all. The apartment was immaculately clean, offering all the modern amenities you could possibly need: fast and reliable WiFi for streaming or video calls, powerful AC, and excellent water pressure. The kitchen is also fully stocked with every utensil, perfect if you enjoy cooking. One of the highlights for us was the lovely swimming pool—a perfect spot to unwind, read a book, or just soak up the sun. The location is equally impressive—a mere 5-minute walk to a convenient supermarket and just 10 minutes to the harbor, perfect for leisurely strolls. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and are already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend. Thank you Niksa for all your kindness.

Carine war immer sehr aufmerksam und hat sich umgehend z.B. um eine kleine Erweiterung der Küchenutensilien gekümmert – wir kochen gerne und gehen nicht nur essen – und sogar einen Toaster von abends auf morgens vor die Tür gestellt. Der Pool ist groß und hat einen tollen infinity-Blick auf die Bucht. Der Flughafen Tivat ist im Blickfeld, man kann die startenden und landenden Fliugzeuge beobachten. Für uns gab es keine störenden Geräusche durch den Flughafen, nachts ist Ruhe. In unmittelbarer Umgebung hat die neue Gondelbahn auf den Lovcen Nationalpark eröffnet. Man kommt in 11 Minuten von 0 auf 1750 m üNN, das ist toll – insbesondere wenn man die engen (!!) 25 Serpentinen nicht mit dem Auto erfahren will. Kotor ist durch den Tunnel in 10 Minuten erreichbar und wenn Tivat nicht im Stau ersticken würde (im August), könnte man in wenigen MInuten am Hafen sein. Strand und Meer sind gut erreichbar, mit dem Auto, sie sind aber durchaus gut besucht... im August. Wir waren gerne dort!

My stay at the apartment was nothing short of perfect. The accommodation was clean and spacious with all the amenities you would need for a week's stay. There are steps so if you have mobility issues you may find it challenging especially when carrying luggage. The extra steps were worth it when you saw the spectacular views of the bay and surrounding mountains. Just simply stunning. The other asset was the host Alex himself, who was super responsive even before I arrived. Always happy to help with travel tips and recommendations for places to visit and eat, Alex couldn't do enough. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have even recommended to a friend who is planning to visit Montenegro next year. Thanks Alex for making the stay so special.

Irena is a fantastic host and incredibly communicative. The view is stunning from the property and Irena gave us so much information, it was fantastic. Would happily use her again.

Good place to be for some days even for vacation. Everything was good in the studio. Very clean. Big windows with right side sea view. Very shiny in the morning The house is new. The elevator is not working yet. For me it was a little problem because of my back. But there is en elevator, it’s just not connected yet. Small shop Idea just in front. The sea in 100-150 meters. Port Monténégro with all beautiful restaurants in 10 minutes. Big Ben beach bar in 2 minutes. Checkout flexible. I liked everything. Thanks

We have just returned from a one week stay at Dijana & Malden’s apartment and we are already missing the beautiful view from their balcony. Everything is as shown in the pictures, and it’s beautifully furnished with a lot of attention to detail. We had good communication before and during our stay with clear instructions for arrival and good recommendations for restaurants ( most of which we tried!) It’s a short walk down to a beautiful promenade by the bay and the views are simply stunning. Keep walking right and you come to a lovely harbour where there has been a lot of investment. We hired a car to explore the area..(it’s a 20 min drive from the airport via the ferry that runs non stop at 4 euros). Drive the long way to Kotor with a trip to Perast both of which shouldn’t be missed. You can walk up to the top of the mountain at Kotor and have a birds eye view of the bay! A trip to Tivat is also worth it with some amazing super yachts. A great stay and we’d love to come back soon!
