On the main square opposite the church, and with lovely countryside views across the pretty river Clain and its medieval bridge, the house combines a sense of history with modern convenience and plenty of space. Perfect for families or groups of friends, there's plenty to do just staying in, but it is also a great base for exploring the beautiful Vienne and Charente.

Charming split level, open plan gite, converted from an old stone barn attached to the family fermette set amongst fields, hedgerows and trees. Wood burning stove heating.Located on a peaceful rural lane close to the local village. Wonderful forest walks in close proximity. All mod cons and plenty of car parking space. Light and airy. There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

Le studio Laïka pour 2 personnes (4 si enfants en bas âge ou pour une nuit !) possède un lit double en mezzanine sous rampant et un canapé lit convertible. Cuisine équipée (cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire, four micro-ondes), salle de douche avec sèche serviette. Chaise haute bébé, jouets. Poêle à bois à ravitailler. Télé avec Netflix. Logement avec petit extérieur : place de parking, table, barbecue et spa gonflable (en option - 30 euros la 1ere nuit / puis 20 / et dégressif si long séjour).

Il se compose d’une chambre double et d’une chambre simple équipé d’une table à langer . Coté salon vous trouverez la table où vous pourrez savourer les plats cuisiner dans la cuisine équipée situé à côté . Vous trouverez dans les placards, de quoi occuper petits et grands avec jeux de société etc.. Le logement est équipé de la fibre, la wifi est en libre accès .

La Perdrix is a deceptively spacious gite (60 sqm) and oozes charm and character with original beams and exposed stone walls. Ideal for 2 but can accommodate up to 4 people comfortably. Ground floor: main bedroom with king size bed, bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room. Upstairs: 1 double bed on the mezzanine. All linen and bathroom towels provided. The private terrace is equipped with table, chairs & parasol overlooking the amazing heated pool and countryside beyond. Sorry no pets.

Hidden in a green setting, the Pavilion is an old 17th century lordship overlooking the Charente river. Surrounded by one hectare of wooded garden, you will benefit of a large swimming pool and a nordic bath. Completely renovated in 2023, we have preserved the authenticity and character of this place steeped in history. Its large openings provide this home very bright spaces with breathtaking views of the entire valley and its river.
