THE PERFECT LOCATION and the BEST view. We were very pleased with the apartment. The view and location are even better than described. There is some street noise during the day and evening but very quiet at night.

I had an amazing stay at Alfredo's place in Syracuse, Sicily. Alfredo was an outstanding host, always incredibly helpful and quick to recommend the best local experiences. He suggested a wonderful wine tasting that was a highlight of our trip and guided us to beautiful nearby destinations like Noto and Ortigia. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and perfectly located for exploring the area. I highly recommend staying here for an authentic and enjoyable Sicilian experience! Thank you Alfredo!

Giuseppe and his son was very friendly and helpful. They are indeed great hosts! They gave as instructions for the public transport and even prepared everything for the coffee and breakfast! Apartment is clean and very beautiful with the sense of the sea and a song From the birds! We felt really welcomed and we enjoyed our stay! I recommend this host from the heart 💜

Bel appartement spacieux, confortable pour 3 personnes. Le café, bouteille d’eau, petits gâteaux et moscatel à disposition étaient très appréciables. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter à pieds tous les centres d’intérêt de Syracuse, à 10 ou 15 mn d’Ortigia. Et surtout, le parking gratuit en face de l’immeuble dans la rue est irremplaçable. Nous avons bénéficié d’une arrivée à midi, ce qui était très pratique. Nous recommandons à 100% ce logement et reviendrons sans hésitation. Merci pour tout.

Eine schöne und ausreichend eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir haben dort 2 Wochen verbracht und hatten eine gute Zeit. Freundliche Vermieter. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock, Dachgeschoß, und ist über einige Treppen zu erreichen. Klimaanlage vorhanden die im Winter auch heizen kann.

I felt so relaxed and comfortable here and Emmanuel was a wonderful and attentive host! Would stay here again!

Beautiful large apartment in a perfect location. Just steps from the ocean. The place is very spacious and clean. There is no oven but the stove works well. The bed is a bit squeaky and the couch as well. The neighbor is also very particular about how you close the door into the palazzo and confronted me and guests many times. The hosts are wonderful! Kind and very responsive. ❤️

We had a wonderful time at this place. It is very calm and relaxing. Both the inside and outside of the house is very nice. We already miss having our morning coffee on the terrace. By car it is very easy to explore the surroundings or find a nice beach. Manfredi and Alessandra were very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Luigi is so helpful, he support us from hometown, CTA airport til arrive his lovely apartment. He has well introduced us his apartment facilities,and surroundings. We enjoy his tidy and clean place. Luigi is so great and kindness, as we left a clothe in the apartment, he has putting his additional time and effort to deliver the clothes to our next place! Giuseppe was a great host, he told us lots of local places to go which were fantastic. The house was good value and the pool area was very nice. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we needed including an electric orange juice perfect for fresh Sicilian oranges. My negative comments would be that it is on a relatively busy road, you cannot walk to anything in the neighbourhood so you need a car. I also found the beds very hard and uncomfortable. However access to local beaches is easy by car and also into Syracuse/ Ortiga, I noticed lots of buses that if more organised we would have taken!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans le logement de Valentina. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’endroit calme et bien situé près de lieux de baignade. En espérant pouvoir y revenir lors de prochaines vacances.

Alessandro und Valentina sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir reisten mit unserer kleinen Tochter Paula an (1< Jahr) und Alessandro hat uns alles zur Verfügung gestellt, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und Paula hat super geschlafen. Ein Babybett mit höhenverstellbaren Seiten, sodass man quasi ein Familienbett hat, einen Brei-Zubereiter, Mixer, Spielzeug, extra Decken zum Krabbeln - ganz herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Wohnung im EG liegt in einem traumhaften Garten, man kann direkt aufs Meer sehen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

We spent three nights at Paolo’s place, We highly recommend it, Communication was great, the house is very clean, freshly painted, it has all you need to stay comfortably. Paolo is an exceptional host, he greeted us in person and came again upon our departure. He was very helpful with giving us suggestions about places to visit and eat. Laura è stata un host gentilissima si è fatta trovare presso l’abitazione a seguito della nostra telefonata per l’arrivo. L’appartamento è bello, nuovo, pulitissimo, comodo, fresco, arredato con gusto, con due camere da letto e un parcheggio privato. Il mare a 700 metri è raggiungibile a piedi e le spiagge più belle(Riserva Vendicari loc. San Lorenzo meglio traversa III) a 15 minuti d’auto, ottimo punto per visitare NOTO, AVOLA, MODICA…Il nostro Diesel(🐕) è stato accolto con piacere. È stata una esperienza davvero davvero positiva, grazie Laura.

Wer seine Ruhe genießen möchte, ist hier genau richtig! Die Unterkunft ist etwas abgelegener und die Straße dorthin ist sehr steinig und schmal. Fußläufig gibt es eine Bucht. Sie ist auch ganz schön, jedoch fanden wir andere Strände schöner. Alle waren innerhalb von ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Appartement ist relativ gut ausgestattet. Der Ofen war etwas Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Allgemein alles sehr sauber gehalten. Nach ca. 3 Tagen kam Serafina und hat uns unsere Handtücher gewechselt und uns nochmal frische Eier von ihren Hühnern gegeben. Am schönsten war es morgens auf der Terrasse zu Frühstücken oder Abends nach einer Dusche im Garten in den Stühlen zu entspannen🪴🌺 Die Klimaanlage war gut und wichtig, da es recht windstill vor Ort ist. Die Fotos die Serafina veröffentlicht hat entsprechen 1:1 der Realität. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt😊

Wij hebben met z’n tweeën de maand januari in dit authentieke pand gewoond en het was helemaal naar onze zin. Prachtige plek aan een pleintje, rustig gelegen, met een mooi uitzicht vanaf het balkon. De badkamer is klein en basic, maar de woonkamer en slaapkamer zijn groot, en het bed is perfect. Het appartement is in de winter goed te verwarmen. De communicatie met Giuseppe en Aurora verliep uitstekend, ze waren heel behulpzaam en reageerden snel. Zeker een appartement om terug te komen!

This apartment was fantastic for our family, it is very spacious. It has plenty of crockery, pots pans and kitchen supplies for family meals and no less than four different areas you can dine!There is a big table in the kitchen and another in the living area plus a glassed in balcony area and another off the lounge. We used the enclosed area a lot as it was chilly when we visited and it was great. Although the apartment is a little dated, and the kitchen particularly is a bit wonky, it is very comfortable and we had a pleasant stay. There is plenty of hot water for everyone to shower, having a second bathroom was handy. The shower enclosure is quite narrow and the other bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower which may not suit everyone. The area is lacking a bit of charm, but nevertheless does feel safe and makes up for this with convenience, being handy to the station, historic sites and old town which are all a short walk. We would certainly stay again!

Jederzeit wieder! Vom ersten schriftlichen Kontakt, über den Check-in bis hin zur Abreise hat einfach alles wunderbar geklappt. Hier sind Profis am Werk, die persönlich und sehr herzlich kommunizieren! Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön. Groß genug für ein Paar und die Terrassen ermöglichen es dir, entweder in Ruhe zu entspannen oder aber mit Blick auf die Straße am Strand-Leben in Lido di Noto teilzunehmen. Wir haben es geliebt, mit einem Espresso in der Hand auf die Straße unten vor dem Haus und dem dahinter liegenden Meer zu schauen. Innen wird es euch sicher an nichts fehlen. Der Außenbereich ist toll und all die vielen Strände in der nahen Umgebung mit all dem kristallklaren Wasser sind einfach großartig. Für uns ein tolles Gesamtpaket, das uns sicher wiederkommen lässt!

We had a wonderful time at Davide’s place . The apartment is situated in a beautiful garden , with no sound except the cicadas . Nice restaurants nearby and fish market selling fish straight from the boat , which we bought several times - very fresh . We especially liked the Fornace restaurant , right by the sea with smoking Mount Etna on view in the distance . Loved Ortigia too . So atmospheric, even before we stumbled upon a rehearsal for Dolce and Gabbana’s fashion show one morning !!Loads of great cities for sightseeing nearby and we discovered several beautiful beaches in the nature reserve . Davide was very helpful and thoughtful and we enjoyed our stay very much . Thank you

super süßes Appartment. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir waren dort 10 Tage mit kleinem Kind. Sehr angenehm ist der Aufzug. Außerdem ist die Gegend eine absolutes plus. Sehr nah zum Strand. Außerdem ist ein Spielplatz auf der anderen Straßenseite und dieser ist gerade für italienische Verhältnise traumhaft... Groß, schattig durch Bäume und mit hochwertigen Spielgelegenheiten. Die Familien aus Avola treffen sich dort und man kann in kontakt kommen.

We loved staying at Giovanna’s lovely apartment. It’s right above Ortigia’s incredible food market, where all the food is delicious - whether cooking amazing produce yourself or indulging in the tonnes of great restaurants. Everything about our trip was easy. We’d very gladly come again.

L'appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Pulitissimo e accogliente. Abbiamo cucinato in casa, fatto lavatrice e goduto del bellissimo terrazzo. Il parcheggio in strada non è mai stato un problema. E non è cosa da poco.
