We decided to get away for a few days during our Spring Break & were lucky enough to get to stay at Sunrise Tides on Kure Beach. Everything was even better than we could've imagined! Nicole was a phenomenal host. So easy to communicate with, offered several recommendations to local places to check out. Check-in was a breeze, super easy. The condo felt like home away from home. It was very clean and smelled fresh. Everything was decorated beautifully, but was also very functional. The condo has everything you could need for a getaway. The fully stocked kitchen helped us prepare some meals at home. Make sure to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea out on the balcony, it feels like you are in a secluded treehouse because of the trees, it's so relaxing! The beach is a very short walk & super convenient to get to. Everything was absolutely perfect! Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us & for going above & beyond to be such a great host, Nicole! We can't wait to come back!

Great relaxing retreat!! The oceanfront porch was priceless. We spent so much time out there. The owners were so responsive and flexible. We had two 18 year olds who had fun playing basketball, hanging out on the beach and touring around. We hope to go back soon.

Perfect space for a small family looking for a beach vacation! The apartment was cozy, clean and included so many thoughtful touches like games, fresh flowers, and cupcakes. Marcia and Chris thought of everything to accommodate guests! The location was a perfect walkable distance to the beach, brunch/coffee, and dinner. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a “home away from home.”

Martina was a great host. She answered my texts quickly. She provided additional information when I asked questions. This was our first time to use Airbnb and it was great. We will try to stay with Martina in the future if we return to Wilmington.

What a wonderful location! Rita was a great host and very responsive. Honestly the condo was fantastic. The kitchen was spotless, the living room was roomy and comfy, the bathrooms were super clean and the bedrooms were both very comfortable. We were able to walk to the beach in 2 minutes and the beach location was great. The kids loved the indoor pool as well. We only live about 10 minutes away and we will be returning for sure!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was clean. Beds and furniture were comfy and the location was quiet with just a short walk to the beach. Chris & Ellie were wonderful hosts. Highly recommend!

For the price and the fact that it’s right on the beach, what more can you ask for. I would only change a couple things. First, the fridge needs to be updated. It’s super old, musty smelling, and takes a long time to cool down. Doesn’t need to be anything fancy, maybe just a new version of the classic fridge model. Second, ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be great. It would also be nice to have a queen bed and a single in the second bedroom instead of just 2 single beds. Other than that, it was worth the price. Very cozy and clean. Beach access was right next to the place, making it easy to go back and forth to the beach. The beach itself was beautiful and relaxing. The kitchen had everything you need. Check in/check out were easy. The place was cozy and well furnished. Loved the modern updates to the secondary bathroom. Carpet, primary bathroom, appliances and kitchen could all use some modern updates, but that’s just me nit-picking. Overall, would stay again. Thanks Justin!

Emanuela is professional, thorough, accommodating, and generous. The downtown Wilmington units provided the perfect accommodation for our small group participating in the Wilmington marathon races as well as a spacious and central focal point to regroup with family before spending the afternoon and evening exploring all the rich history, delicious eats, and diverse character of the friendly community. The units are tasty decorated with thoughtful amenities like bedside charging stations, multiple coffee maker options and modern fixtures/appliances that offered all the comforts of home. The 15’+ ceilings, exposed brick, metal street front balconies and original wood floors give the space so much depth and personality. We especially loved the record player! Thanks for an amazing stay. You are doing a wonderful job and we’re always grateful for hosts like you.

Our group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) had a great stay at this location. Literally steps from the beach! Beautiful views of the ocean. Our unit was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes. Plenty of restaurants, shops, etc close by. An easy walk across the street for pool access. Some things to note: this particular part of the beach has some large rock formations (shown in pictures in the listing). While these are beautiful to look at and fun to walk around and explore, they don't make it easy for swimming/boogie boarding right in front of this unit, so be prepared to set up a little further to the left or right to avoid them. We even drove to the fort fisher beach access for a couple of the days for a wider beach and easier swimming. Also, being a bottom unit we heard everything in the unit above us, so be prepared for some noise (depending on renters of course). Overall I would def recommend this location for a great beach stay! We were sad to leave!

We had a great stay the weekend after Christmas. Everything was as described and we particularly liked being able to see the ocean from multiple rooms. We also enjoyed using the recreation facility multiple times during our stay.

Can’t say enough great things about Val’s place. It’s absolutely stunning and right on the water. This place has everything you need and more. Between Kure and Carolina Beach (just a few miles away) we had access to great restaurants, beach yoga, fun little hikes for the kids and more. Also a great base for day trips (we went to Bald Head Island). Val was super kind, friendly and accessible from the moment we booked. We can’t wait to go back. We frequently found ourselves looking out at the view saying “this is the life!”

Thank you Stephanie for a wonderful stay. The view is spectacular and the sunrises were breathtaking. We really appreciated the extras you included for the beach (chairs, towels, and umbrella). The beds were very comfortable. Stephanie was very responsive regarding any questions. I highly recommend this place to stay.

My family spent the week here for our spring break and had a wonderful time. The unit is on the top floor, so it took some time to unload the car and get everything hauled upstairs, but overall that wasn't too taxing. The condo is literally a minutes walk to the beach and the views of the beach / ocean from the balcony were our favorite. The unit itself was very well stocked, we had more than enough towels. We couldn't locate any extra trash bags, which was no problem because we'd packed a few extras based on the pre-trip communications that we'd received. We were impressed by how well the kitchen was stocked with utensils and cooking items, like plates, bowls, pots and pans, etc. Which was good because the only downside was that we felt we were far from restaurants. Not to mention the time of year we went, many restaurants had limited hours and were only open Th-Sun. Overall great stay and would book again!

Patty is a great host, she presented everything exactly how we found it upon arrival. The room was so nice and clean, the area is peaceful and clean as well. The indoor pool is very huge & my children loved it, I think that was their favorite part of the trip. I had some Personal issues going on and patty was very understanding and helpful with my situation. I do plan to book with patty in the future when I return. Blake was an amazing host, very attentive and so welcoming. The condo was so cute and spacious, and the deck was perfect! You can see the water and enjoy meals outside. The beach was so peaceful and not crowded, you can have a beach day and just walk straight back to the condo hassle free. When we were on the beach we saw a pod of dolphins! Sunrises were unreal in the morning. Definitely will be back in the future to this hidden gem 💛

Amazing host ! Was so responsive anytime we needed to communicate ! Absolutely beautiful home and felt just like home. So much so we extended our stay an extra day and they had no issues extending us. Fit our family of 11 very well ! We look forward to our next stay.

we had a great stay. Although the recreation/fitness center could use some major updating. the amenities were convenient, staff very responsive, the property was super clean and close enough to town we could bike and travel back and forth by vehicle with no issues. would definitely stay again.

Gabriel’s place was perfect for our family. The house was spacious and clean. The backyard was so big! Local restaurants within half of a mile. Gabriel was responsive. Everything was perfect.
