The apartment is amazing. It has really Cuban vibe. The check in/check out process was very smooth and everyone was friendly and willing to help. Just prepare your self for loud city night as it is in Centro of Habana. We can truly recommend this casa particulare.

Jorge es un encanto. Me recibió con mucha sencillez y amabilidad. Me enseñó todos los detalles del apartamento y, antes de despedirse, me dio a entender que lo podía llamar cuando quisiera por cualquier problema que tuviera. Después del tercer día de estancia, la señora de la limpieza vino a limpiar el apartamento y a cambiar las sábanas y las toallas. Aquí, me sentí como en casa y la verdad es que Jorge es una persona muy flexible y siempre atento para ayudarte. Muchas gracias por ser quien eres Hermano!😊

Staying at this location was a wonderful experience that was enhanced by the excellent host. Any questions, requests, or recommendations were provided by our host. Not only did our host greet us personally and ensure we were set up and comfortable, but he also provided us with useful resources on a variety of things. He was able to help us exchange money in an easy manner, gave us recommendations for local restaurants, taxis, and always responded to messages in a timely manner. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Recomand cu incredere locuinta lui Karel. Abia ce ne-am intors din Havana, insa deja ne-am intoarce inapoi. Maxima si Karel au facut ca sederea noastra sa fie una extrem de reusita, o experienta de neuitat. Inca de cand am ajuns, au fost foarte primitori si prietenosi, dornici sa ne ajute cu tot ce am avut nevoie. Am optat si pentru micul dejun pregatit de Maxima in fiecare dimineata, care a fost de departe cel mai bun mic dejun mancat in Cuba. Gateste extrem, extrem de bine, deci cu siguranta nu veti regreta. Sunt niste oameni foarte calzi, care ne-au facut sa ne simtit ca acasa. Cu siguranta ne vom intoarce. Multumim inca o data pentru tot!

All good, lovely Apartment in the center on Havana. We stayed there for almost two weeks and it was perfect. Highly recommend

El apartamento estaba en un estado genial y fiel a las fotos. Nuestra estancia ha sido genial y es la mejor casa en la que nos hemos alojado durante el viaje por cuba, incluso mejor que Meliá varadero. Muy recomendable y la anfitriona Marta siempre ha estado pendiente de que estuviéramos cómodos y a gusto.

Patricia went out of her way to help me with whatever I needed. Her brother cooked my dog meals because I had forgotten my dogs food and the pet store i walked to had gone out of business. Patricia speaks good English and available whenever i had a question or concern. I plan staying there again!

I had a wonderful stay at this spacious apartment with an open ocean view from the ninth floor. Ernesto provided comprehensive information for a stay in Cuba and promptly responded to all questions. Upon arrival, I was greeted by his cousin Reina, who made every effort to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. A pleasant surprise was the additional housekeeping services provided by señora Yamilka, including apartment cleaning, laundry, and preparation of delicious breakfasts with fresh guava juice, served at the small table on the balcony.

Tolle Unterkunft am Meer. Es ist einfach traumhaft schön jeden Morgen mit Blick auf das Meer seinen Kaffee zu genießen und am Abend den Sonnenuntergang sehen zu können. Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, in der Nähe befinden sich auch ein paar empfehlenswerte Restaurants. Das Frühstück, welches uns zubereitet wurde war super. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Unsere Hausdame Mare war immer für uns da, hat uns geholfen, die Unterkunft war super sauber und alles was wir benötigten war da. Alle die dort arbeiten, auch das Sicherheitspersonal, die am Abend die Unterkunft bewachen, waren toll und super liebe Menschen. Wer nach Kuba möchte, dem kann ich diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Wir hatten eine unfassbar tolle Zeit dort.

I løpet av våre sytten dager på Cuba bodde vi i Casa Nini i to perioder. Vi trivdes veldig godt!! En god Airbnb opplevelse handler for oss blant annet om å få god og relevant informasjon i forkant og under oppholdet. Det fikk vi her: Både fra Nini i forkant av oppholdet og av Franci under oppholdet. Franci tryllet frem nydelige frokoster og middager. Hun bistod oss med alt vi trengte hjelp til, om det var å organisere skyss, tipse om restauranter og booke bord til å planlegge utflukter og komme med innspill om aktiviteter. I Franci får man en vertinne som balanserer tilgjengelighet og privatliv på mesterlig vis. Men det aller viktigste var nok den gode stemningen hun bidro til. Et opphold på Casa Nini vil berike oppholdet på Cuba. Takterrassen ble brukt mye. Både til måltider og avslapning. Her kunne man trekke seg tilbake samtidig som man kunne sitte på kanten og observere livet nede i gata. Vi må også nevne at vi fikk veldig gode og trygge sjåfører organisert av Casa Nini.

We returned to Yeneir’s house after visiting 7 years ago and it was just as perfect this time. The house is lovely and the neighbourhood is so beautiful, peaceful, safe and friendly with several great restaurants nearby. Gretel was an amazing host who took care of our every need in such a friendly, competent manner. We can’t recommend this wonderful home more highly! If you want to experience Havana, choose this place to stay.

This is the best place to stay in Havana. Good neighborhood. Restaurants in walking distance. Private small stores to get water at. Beautiful period home with high ceilings, a gorgeous veranda to sit and people watch, wonderful breakfast with fresh fruit and juice. But the best thing about this place is the people. Maribel was always so responsive and helpful in setting up transportation and answering questions. The house’s host, Noem, is a jem. He took us under his wing and taught us all about Cuba and acted as tour guide, setting up a cooking class and classic car tour and telling us where to go and what to see in and around Havana. He has a heart of gold, is so kind and caring. He and the two women Olga and Carmen who make breakfast and clean every morning are really what made our stay amazing! I can’t say enough about this place! Book it NOW!

Cada espacio merecía una fotografía. Una casa antigua hermosa, espaciosa, ventilada de 6 habitaciones. Cada detalle es un recordatorio de la gloria y opulencia que vivió Cuba. Se puede dejar el carro en la calle sin problema, el señor que cuida el negocio de abajo, Don Osvaldo, nos ayudó amablemente a vigilarlo x la noche. Aunque Cuba es un lugar muy seguro en ese sentido! Ten en cuenta q hay apagones pero nuestros afitriones nos proporcionaron lámparas de emergencia y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente, incluso no necesitamos utilizarlas. Los horarios está programados y algunos sitios tienen plantas eléctricas. El horario de salida y llegada fué muy flexible, estamos muy agradecidos de haber conocido este espacio.

Diese Unterkunft ist etwas besonderes. Im Herzen von Havana gelegen, bietet sich jedem Gast ein freundliches Willkommen. die Unterkunft ist hervorragend und sehr durchdacht ausgestattet. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das ein -und aus checken gestaltet sich extrem einfach. ich bin immer wieder sehr sehr gerne hier zu Gast. Von meiner Seite gibt es immer fünf Sterne.

Súper lindo me sentí en casa , pienso repetir la visita

Marlene und Carlos haben uns super freundlich empfangen und über alles Wichtige informiert! Die Kommunikation auf Spanisch und Englisch war auch top. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Betten bequem, es gab alles, was man braucht. Die Essensempfehlung war extrem gut, wenn auch nicht das günstigste. Aber es war das Geld wert! Alle unsere Fragen wurden beantwortet und sogar der frühe Checkout um 5:30 Uhr war kein Problem. Marlene hat uns sogar das Taxi eines Freundes organisiert. Gerne wieder!

Se dovete passare qualche giorno a L’Avana, andate da Ariadna. Ragazza dinamica, sempre pronta a risolvere tutto dal taxi in aeroporto all’arrivo alle sim, ai taxi collettivi. Casa spaziosa, con due stanze e due bagni. Anche se non abbiamo provato altre soluzioni vi diciamo che è sicuramente tra le migliori. La difficile situazione economica di Cuba rende difficile l’assortimento per i prodotti da bagno che vi consiglio di portare nelle dosi consentite nel bagaglio. Tuttavia tutta l’esperienza è da valutare a 5 stelle: super Ariadna ❤️‍🔥

El apartamento coincidía con las fotos y la descripción, mejor zona para hospedarme no pude escojer cerca de restaurantes, bares y transporte. El anfitrión siempre atento a nuestras dudas. Espero volver a Cuba y poder reservar con ustedes. Saludos

Muy encantada de haberme quedado con Yurguen desde el principio hasta el final se preocupó por cada necesidad o demanda que tuvieramos , nos fue a recoger al aeropuerto, es muy servicial , responsable, honesto, amigable , nos hizo sentir en casa con cada detalle que tuvo , súper recomendado . Siempre nos brindó una mano ante cada situación, por ejemplo, se nos presentó un problema personal, algo externo con el airbnb y él nos apoyó bastante a resolverlo, se convirtió en nuestro amigo. El apartamento es muy bonito, bastante contemporáneo , el agua y el gas nunca fue un problema , con un aire acondicionado que funciona bastante bien , tiene una mesa de vidrio cómoda para leer o estudiar , un balcón para salir a tomar una rica taza de café y una cama bastante cómoda , sin duda mi mejor decisión.
