Best place in Cuba. The whole house is air conditioned and the air works even when there is no electricity because they have a power plant. Eduardo helped me with everything, he even let me a SIM card to be able to communicate when in Cuba. The lady that helps with the cleaning helped us wash our clothes and she was so nice. Great Casa particular. Can’t say enough good things. Book it. You won’t regret it. Thank you Eduardo for everything.

Our family of 6 really enjoyed Marcos’ place. Location was safe and walkable to a park and a rocky beach. Home was lovely. His attention made our stay in Cuba much easier than I worried it would be. He offered us fresh meals and set us up with a driver for the duration of our trip. Thank you!

It was a wonderful, memorable stay. We will be sharing this listing with many more people. Visiting Cuba can be tricky with travel arrangements, cell service, etc. Lexa was a kind and responsive host who cared for our needs. We wouldn't think about booking any other space.

Due to heavy thunderstorms the WiFi went down on the first night, but you can’t control nature. I thought it was a blessing in disguise. We managed to enjoy the house so much more and each other’s company. The staff was amazing. The staff had coffee ready for us in the am before we could even request it. The pool is a very nice touch. The security guard at night helps give no second thoughts, even tho Havana is a very safe city. Would certainly go back. Enjoyed our entire stay!

My second stay at Benjamin's house. Excellent as always. The house is beautiful and in a very exclusive neighborhood. The staff is lovely, helpful, and accommodating.

This was was beyond amazing! I rented this house for the weekend before my wedding we arrived here on Wednesday and our wedding was Friday the house was BEYOND AMAZING there was an amazing space for everyone! We were more then comfortable when we rented the entire property of 4 bedrooms 3 baths the house has one entire home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a kitchen then right next to that home was an entire bungalow which was also included it had 1 bedroom 1 bath with kitchen included! Host stays in upper home but he was beyond amazing from taking us to local spots to eat to finding us rides to places I also had the photographer and videographer come and see the location and take photos of us here and the house decorations and cleanliness was beyond amazing! I will definitely be back soon!

Hello Jennifer (Gilberto & Maitê); Thank you for hosting us in your house for ours 50 day's journey in Cuba. That was an amazing and unforgettable experience. Gilberto and Maitê shares the house with you, they have their own apartment in the house. They are not only our hosts but also your neighbor and mentor in Cuba, well family. And it worth it! They save you one week time to get into cuba normal life. So, issues like how to shop groceries, best transportation, normal advising to restaurants, pharmacy, stores are ensure with sympathy by them. Also, security is assure, but I felt that is no issue in Cuba, everywhere! Is safe and at home pretty safe. The house is nice, well decorated, with high standards for Cuba for mostly everything that is basic: (hot)water, gas, electricity never missed. Inside, If you need something more than the basic (dish, glasses and cutlery); example a hand blender, please confirm with them before or take it with you; outside, the jardins of the house are great and can be improved. All the best and Thank you for everything.

La casa es súper amplia y limpia. Está ubicada a unos 20 minutos de la Habana, si no cuentas con auto o alguien que te lleve es más difícil el traslado, no imposible. La mama de Mariela nos recibió atentamente. Gracias por todo!!

Recomiendo 100% este alojamiento, aunque no fui yo quien disfruté de la estancia, igualmente puedo decir que son personas excelentes. Hice la reserva pra mi familia y quedaron positivamente impresionados con la recepción, amabilidad y tratamiento y comunicación que les dieron los anfitriones. Mejor imposible, y yo obviamente quedé muy satisfecha. Una vez más, recomiendo vehemente este alojamiento, no hay como arrepentirse.!!! Gracias Rubén

Alva is great to work with, the house considering Cubas general condition is beyond perfect. I have stayed in many places in cuba including with family and Alva house is custom for comfort and ofcourse its beautiful and spacious. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Staff is great and it has a security guard 24hrs a day which is great since i was with my baby and husband.

Lo recomendaría por su limpieza, buen servicio, buenos consejos para hacer más agradable la estadía, son personas muy amables y educadas, están en un lugar muy residencial en La Havana, a 10 minutos del centro , cerca de una variedad de restaurantes de exquisitas comidas y los sitios emblemáticos de la ciudad. Puedes degustar de un buen desayuno todos los días al rededor de la piscina, y te sentirás como en el mejor hotel 5 estrellas que te puedas imaginar. En cuanto a las habitaciones, también todo impecable, un aire acondicionado estupendo y cambio de sábanas y toallas cada 2 días, en general no tengo ninguna queja.
