We had a great stay! The house was very clean, the heated pool was a wonderful bonus, and everything was incredibly accommodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again

Excellent place for our needs for a bachelorette. Prior to booking I communicated with the host on our events. Host was very responsive and understanding and welcomed our group. Large backyard with plenty of seating to hang by the pool and fire pit. Also well lit for night activities.

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was my first time visiting San Diego, and staying here made the experience even more special. The space was very clean, well-decorated, and spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine. My favorite part was definitely the kitchen it was large, modern, and perfect for group meals and hangouts. There were plenty of blankets and towels provided, along with extra air mattresses, which was such a thoughtful touch. Every room was beautifully designed and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. I’ll definitely be booking this Airbnb again the next time I’m in town!

The place was very clean and cozy ! Just as described. The area was quiet and the place was as described, we only had a bit of trouble with the showers water was cold but we figured out the heater later on , otherwise we will definitely come back

My stay at this place was great. The house was spotless clean when we arrived. The host was always very responsive of all my questions. Him and his wife will go out and about to make your stay feel confortable. I felt at home. They were very flexible and they will work with you to make your stay feel not rushed. I like that is a private home with lots of security. I felt safe. My family and I really enjoyed staying here. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house and backyard were incredibly spacious—plenty of room for both kids and pets to play and enjoy themselves. It was such a treat to have both a hot tub and a pool, especially since the weather was on the chillier side during our weekend. The neighbors have dogs, but they were friendly and didn’t bother us or our pup, which we appreciated. We loved that the home was walking distance to a grocery store, a pharmacy, and Hilltop Park which is dog-friendly. The neighborhood itself is very walkable and pet-friendly, something our whole family truly enjoyed. Overall, this was a memorable and comfortable place to stay for our multigenerational family vacation. We’d definitely return!

At first Luis wasn’t responding much but once the day arrived he was extremely helpful, responsive and very accommodating. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Location is good and felt safe in a gated community. Every room had a bathroom the rooms are big and lots of space. Parking in front of the house was available no issues.

Our vacation to Baja California was amazing and this place played a huge factor. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and accommodating to our wheelchair access needs. 10/10 amazing place to stay, close to lots of stores and food spots. the hosts recommended a taco place nearby that we walked to and it was delicious. Very thankful to have came across this wonderful place and great hosts!!

Our stay was awesome - incredible location, house and host.

Place was very clean, people are very friendly there. And kitchen had a lot of pots and pans. Bathroom had a lot of soap and different kinds of shampoo. A lot of towels. Many blankets. It was one of the best stairs we had. Thank you for making such a nice place.

Loved our quick weekend getaway! only item I would note is the spotting WIFI. sounds like it is the area, which is not surprising. We were fine as we had kiddos leave the ipads at home and brought board games! wanted to get away from online activites. Our cellular service did work. :-) Host was extremely responsive. as in mintues! and answered all questions. It is winter, but kiddos liked walking to the beach and throwing rocks into the water. since it is a rocky beach, the waves make a special sound. it was cool! Host did warn us about being cold and no heat in house. THANKS. we brought little heaters and it was not a problem at all! warmed up during the day. it was only night time that it dipped a bit. thank you and we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful spot for 4 of us to take a surf trip. Plenty of space and a great view.

I love that it was in a private community, it felt very safe. You are super close to papas and beers, so there’s a lot to do near by. The home was beautiful and fit ALL my family comfortably. Only complain I would have is that the restroom on the second floor, the water in the shower doesn’t go down the drain fast enough so the water would overflow quickly and it spread into the living room and master bedroom. Thankfully there were plenty of other restrooms with showers that we were able to share. The rooftop was our favorite part. Very beautiful and spacious! I would definitely come back.

Love the environment, everyone was friendly and very peaceful neighborhood. The house was in great condition and lots of spices if you would want to make food for your stay. Francisco was understanding and answered your questions quick

Felipe was a great host. We made a last minute reservation after our original reservation did not go well and he accommodated us and allowed us to check in early. The home was beautiful and spacious. Everything was very clean. The pictures truly did not do the home justice. I would definitely recommend staying here and would not mind coming back myself.

Arturo was a wonderful host and responsive. He was flexible with our checkout time, and allowed me and my large family to be comfortable. I would definitely recommend this home to friends.

My family and I really like this home. It is super spacious and it fits all of us. The home is super clean and has all the household items needed to cook a big meal. We have rented it twice and will probably continue to do so since it is really a good size home if you have a big family.

Plenty of room for 4 people in the 4 bedrooms. We could have easily slept 8-10 people! We only used this as an over night place to crash, but if we could have stayed longer we would have. Great location! I was a little surprised that we weren't allowed to flush toilet paper, as I've never encountered that before.

This is definitely a comfortable, family home. It felt secluded, it was quiet, and very peaceful. The pool was fantastic and the hot tub is amazing. The home has everything you need and things you forget you’ll need. The attention to detail will be appreciated if you stay here. We will definitely keep this property on our “faves” list for property rental for our annual trips. Elena’s impressively fast response to any inquiry you have was also an awesome peace of mind. This was my second year staying in this beautiful home! The house is perfect for a large group or family. The community feels very safe and peaceful. Elizabeth is a very helpful and responsive hope. I would recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in Las Gaviotas!
