Place was great and had all we needed. The location was fantastic. It’s close enough but also far enough away from it all. The vicinity to the water was great for those morning coffee walks. Need a quiet getaway, this is the place to do it.

A great place to gather the family both near and far for Christmas. Very easy to get to some great beaches, restaurants, the Malibu Pier and Adamson house, canyon hike.

The location is phenomenal, easy walk to the beach. Nice to have a parking spot. The house is very clean, and nicely decorated. Highly recommend.

The Cali Blue Bus was the perfect base setup for a weekend music festival I attended. The area was super quiet when I returned each evening. It was a very neat and unique experience for sure. You can hear and see the ocean out of the windows or close the curtains and have plenty of privacy. Would definitely recommend it for people to stay.

Great beach location, very spacious, two private parking spots and walkable to everything in Seal Beach. Each bedroom had a bathroom. The building is a work-in-progress. The amenities (kitchen, bathrooms) are definitely older but everything worked and what was nice were the bed linens and towel. Lots of hot water and good water pressure. There is a laundry room with W/D. Fun family place or for 3 couples!

Lilith is truly an amazing and caring host who is willing to help in any way she can. This was my second time booking this reservation because it is the perfect stay for a relaxing vacation. I look forward to booking again soon.

I LITERALLY LOVE Justin and Kristi!! From the second I arrived, everything was beyond perfect. The view was absolutely breathtaking I still can’t get over it! I’m SO SO SO thankful for everything they did, especially for making my birthday so incredibly special. Our return stay at California Dreamin’ was just as relaxing and fun as our first visit. The home is spacious and comfortable, and is well-equipped and thoughtfully stocked (chocolates and dog treats!) Susan is a responsive and helpful host, and the location is unbeatable—easy walk to beaches and downtown (if you can tear yourself away from the balcony!) We’ll be back again.

Overall a great place to stay in Malibu. Ideal location on the beach with its own private entrance. The house was complete furnished as described. If you plan to airbnb keep in mind that this place uses a septic tank. If you are not used to the smell of the septic tank it may throw you off. It wasn't a nasty smell but a unique odors that we needed to address occasionally with candles and airing out the unit.

Unfortunately didn’t get to stay in this exact Airbnb due to a maintenance issue. But Larry did everything he could do to make sure I had appropriate accommodation, was easy to communicate with, and even still gave me access to the sauna and rooftop pool. Thanks for helping me have a great trip Larry!

Anna was a great host—very responsive and attentive. Her home was spotless and a fantastic deal for the location! Easy, walkable access to the whole property. Will definitely return!

This was one of the most beautiful locations I have stayed at! I am an avid traveler and advisor, so I have stayed MANY places. This was my first visit to Malibu specifically, and Bill and his space were nothing short of amazing. You can hear the waves from anywhere in the home, and it is so peaceful. All of the linens and towels were cleaned, with ample amounts of extra pieces! There was also MULTIPLE different kinds of shampoos and conditioners that were provided, plus small things you may not think about such as cotton balls and Bobby pins. The kitchen has all condiments and every utensil you may need to cook! We felt safe and secure, and the neighbors were also so kind and lovely. The secured parking structure and entrance was helpful and the shared pool and hot tub were a great addition. This is a 10/10, and in walking distance to Nobu and other popular restaurants! If you are thinking of booking here, do not hesitate!

Absolutely gorgeous. Loved hearing the waves crashing at night. Dolphins and seals right in front of the property. Amazing food all around within walking distance. The strand was so cool too. Kristina was an amazing host too. Way above and beyond. Thanks so much!!!

The house is in a great location with all the amenities you would want, as well as multiple bikes, boogie boards, beach toys and towels. Perfect for a family stay. It is an easy walk to the beach, good restaurants, or biking on the strand. Montie was very helpful and responsive, making sure we knew how to get in and operate everything. Great home for a family beach getaway.

We loved our Manhattan Beach stay! The location is a dream, just a short distance from the beach and convenient to LAX and SoFi Stadium (we were in town for a show). The standout feature is of course the patio, which is so lovely and peaceful. We had all the amenities we needed and more, and Monaka and Kraig were responsive, friendly, and helpful. WiFi on the patio wasn’t strong enough for me to have reliable video calls, so I took those inside—just note there is not an indoor table for working inside. Not a problem since I was only working there for a day and I sat on the comfortable couch. I would definitely stay here again and wish I had been there longer! Kraig helped us with parking which was a huge relief.

First Brian is amazing! Our family stayed at Brian’s beautiful home while in town for our father’s memorial service. Although it was a somber occasion, this serene and welcoming space truly became a source of comfort and connection for all of us. Brian went above and beyond to make our stay special—he was incredibly responsive and made sure that any concerns we had were addressed immediately with care and kindness. The home is exactly as described: serene, peaceful, and filled with thoughtful touches. The tranquil rose garden and cozy outdoor fireplace provided a quiet retreat where we would gather, reflect, and share memories. While we didn’t get the chance to use the many beach amenities provided, the options were there—and we look forward to coming back under happier circumstances. This is more than just a vacation rental—it’s a home filled with warmth and peace. We recommend it every chance we get. Thank you, Brian, for everything. We will be back!

We loved our stay at Kyle’s place in Malibu. It was in the perfect location, so close to the beaches and everything we wanted to do. The unit was updated, clean and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful sanctuary in a fabulous location within walking distance from the beach, cafes, and stores. The house was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. The owner was also very helpful and responsive throughout the course of our stay. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip to SoCal!

We had such a comfortable stay as a family of 4 with two small kids on a spring break getaway. Accommodations were comfortable and amenities provided everything we needed especially the dishwasher, full kitchen, television set up with roku so we could log into Disney+ and download PBS Kids, and laundry! Proximity to the beach was also very convenient. We felt right at home.

Our stay in Mia’s guesthouse was one of the best stays we have had in Los Angeles over the past three years of bi-annual visits. The view of the ocean and constant flocks of pelicans flying by and dolphins swimming just beyond the waves was beautiful. The area is very calm, even on weekends, and has a 1940’s feel about it. The business streets just a few blocks away are well-tended and welcoming with delicious restaurants. We shopped for food at Trader Joe’s 4 blocks away.
