Megan was a fantastic host and made our stay absolutely fantastic from start to finish! She went above and beyond to book excursions, offering dinner recommendations (and even making reservations). Megan’s hospitality was truly full service and we could not be more grateful! Cannot recommend this property (or one of her other properties) enough! 10/10! Thank you, Megan!

Matthew and his team were phenomenal. The house was also great and matches the description. Our stay was private and peaceful. A beautiful quiet location but still only a 5 minute drive to downtown Jaco. For the price I don’t believe there is a better choice. Plenty of towels, hot water and the air conditioning worked well. Some of us needed to access emails etc. the wifi worked well and the speeds were fine as well. The living room and master bedroom have tv’s. The pool vibes were awesome while drinking a cold beer looking at the surrounding mountain ranges. They made the transportation very easy for us to and from the airport. We also had a rental car waiting for us when we arrived to the house for a reasonable price. Go book this place you wont regret it. Pura Vida!

La piscina adicional es perfecta para los más chicos, o para relajarse solamente, y amabas rodeadas de naturaleza, es muy bonito. La tranquilidad del lugar superó mis expectativas. Todo estuvo muy bien!

La casa es muy linda y cuenta con todo lo necesario para pasarla muy bien. Cerca del Automercado y con mucha seguridad. Peggy siempre muy atenta a nuestra llegada y a cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Fijo es un lugar al que vamos a volver.

The house is perfect for two in a gated community within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. The staff are helpful and kind. The house is small, and a great spot to come back to after enjoying all the activity of Jaco. My 75 year old (non-swimmer) mother enjoyed the backyard pool and we both appreciated access to the bikes and plethora of beach amenities. The property is still under construction, expect sounds of the city, but it also means we had full use of the property perks (pickleball court, community pool and party space) to ourselves. In addition, Liana was always responsive and helpful. Recommend!

This place is a jewel in the middle of the rainforest and very close to the resort and then ocean. The house was very comfortable and cozy. The kids had a blast in the pool.

Beautiful Home !!! Gated Community With Security On Site 24/7. You Can Walk To Anywhere In Jaco Within A Few Moments. I Will Not Stay Anywhere Else Except Here Once I Return.

Tuvimos un viaje familiar y la estadía fue muy placentera. La casa es bien representada en las fotos, con mucho espacio y a menos de 1km del Automercado. Alvaro y Rosio fueron de gran ayuda con cualquier petición y la comunicación estuvo genial.

Mi experiencia en este Airbnb fue increíble. El lugar es súper cómodo, limpio y bien equipado, perfecto para una estancia relajante. La ubicación es excelente, con fácil acceso a todo lo necesario. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, asegurándose de que todo estuviera perfecto. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar y me encantaría volver en el futuro. ¡Gracias por una estancia maravillosa!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Das Haus war perfekt für unsere vierköpfige Familie. Der Beach Club ist nah und die Bar am Pool ist richtig gut. Der Strand ist nicht zum schwimmen geeignet wegen der starken Strömung. Dafür aber super Surf Spots.

We had a wonderful stay though very brief as we just needed a stopover place to spend the night on our drive. The host could not have been more responsive and the Airbnb was very comfortable and clean. We wish that we had been able to stay longer! Highly recommend!!

5 stars I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, great location, and spacious house. The location was perfect, close to everything (not even a ten minute walk) but still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend going to KOKOs for dinner and drinks. The host Brian was incredibly responsive and made check-in super easy. I especially appreciated the little touches like the beach chairs and boogie boards. The house was great for large group, we had 8 people there and because of the open concept we could all eat, play games, enjoy some drinks together and watch the game. Great kitchen, lots of storage and was happy to see this place come with cleaning supplies so you can clean up easily as you go. Nice back yard with a place to lounge and an awesome balcony upstairs thats perfect for tanning. The community is extremely clean, very well maintained and has a large pool only a 3 minute from the house. I’d definitely stay here again!!

Our stay at Casa Tucana was amazing. The house is nestled between lush greenery, next to a farm and just a few minutes from the beach. Perfect for a quiet getaway. The house was equipped with everything and more, making us feel right at home. The pool was really pretty and just a great way to spend the day or for a dip after the beach. Definitely recommend it!

We had a great time at David's place. There were 7 of us and we had plenty of room between the bedrooms, main living area, back patio and the pool, and the deck above the pool area. Beautiful views and easy access to the ocean. The pool was cleaned every day and the cleaner came twice during our 11 day stay. The kitchen is more than adequately equipped and there was plenty of room for multiple people to be cooking or visiting in the kitchen. The iguana's were everywhere and we enjoyed the two cats that came around regularly. Communication with the house manager was good. She does work a full time job in addition to managing the house so the responses aren't immediate, but they happened rather quickly.. She setup the private chef for us who catered to our various dietary needs. It was delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

El lugar es muy espacioso y la atención de Cat y José es inmejorable. La casa está frente a la playa. He ido a este lugar dos veces y lo recomiendo al 100%.

Amene and Jacqueline were unbelievably awesome during our stay. Jacqueline was always quick to respond to my inquiries. The morning our coffee maker quit she arranged to have a new one at our door within an hour. TOTALLY OUTSTANDING. We stayed for a month and were pleasantly surprised that a weekly cleaning was included, the pool was cleaned twice weekly. The house was very comfortable and we thoughouly enjoyed our stay. We took advantage of the Punta Leona resort for 3 days of our stay, at a very reasonable costs thanks to Amene for arranging this for us. Thanks Amene and Jacqueline for making or Costa Rica vacation a huge success.

Rosalia is an excepcional host, super helpful, friendly and with great communication. The house is super comfortable and looks like brand new with everything working super well and super clean. I loved that the kitchen/living room is connected with the bbq/pool, so the family can be all together. Only 5min by car from Hermosa beach and located in a beautiful gated community. I’ll be back with my family for sure!

The place was very nice, great layout for larger groups, with ample bedrooms & bathrooms. The pool was great and the location of the property was great, it felt very secluded even though it was in a community. The ability to rent a van through the host was really convenient, and saved the headaches of renting a vehicle at the airport. What really stood out about the stay however was the concierge for the property Melissa. in the months leading up to our stay Melissa was extremely helpful in finding things to do, identifying and booking shuttles to/from San Jose, questions about the area/guides, and ensuring everything went smoothly. I can't stress enough how much of a help she was! Through Melissa we hired the private chef for 2 meals, and the decision was a hit. The cost to bring the chefs out was very reasonable and the grocery cost for the meals was also very reasonable. The amount of food was really great for the cost, and we were left with leftovers for lunches.

We had an amazing stay at Casa Zen! We were a large group of 13 people, and the two connected homes offered plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. One of our favorite spots was the upstairs deck in the second home — it was the perfect place to relax and do some stargazing at night. We also enjoyed the jetted tub, which made our evenings even more special. The location is peaceful and quiet, and it’s only about a 10-minute drive to Playa Herradura, making it easy to enjoy a beach day. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions, and everything went perfectly throughout our stay. Highly recommend Casa Zen for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

absolutely loved this home. from the private pool, beautiful home and property, great place to see the local birds like macaw and toucan from the back yard and super close to everything we wanted to do. would highly recommend and will book again soon! thank you so much for letting us stay in your home!

Casie's place was even better than described! We stayed for 15 nights and could not have had a better location to get to all the places we were hoping to explore. Casie was very gracious when we locked ourselves out and came to our rescue immediately! The home is nicely appointed and had everything we needed! The pool is gorgeous and spending the morning watchings the Scarlet Macaws and Hummingbirds made for a fabulous start to our day! Pura Vida!!!

This place was stunningly beautiful. Such a hidden gem. The pool overlooking the beach below had wonderful views. The host was very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommend!!
