Renta de lofts vacacionales en Playa del Carmen

Our stay was great! Location is awesome. Only thing is the pictures on when we booked showed a two story loft and it was not this at all. Because we were only staying one night it didn’t bother us so much but if I was paying to stay longer I would have been upset. Otherwise check in was easy and place was very clean. Thank you!

The perfect place to relax with family! Excellent apartment highly equipped same as pictures! Parking place underground (protected from the sun) is a plus! Just 8 min driving from the busy and noisy Playa Del Carmen, area with security and very quiet. Very clean surroundings! We want to repeat and highly recommend for family with children! Lindo lugar, bastante cómodo para quedarte unos cuantos días, tiene muchas tiendas cerca, no está muy cerca de los destinos turísticos, está muy bien para la calidad-precio, lo recomiendo

Great location, host, and apartment. Apartment is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Never had any issues with the internet (I worked remotely and stayed here for 2 months). Host was extremely helpful and we had a free cleaning every 2 weeks. Any issues that came up were quickly fixed.

Good location, centrally located while being quiet. Jay provided some useful recommendations for places to eat which was appreciated.

Absolutely amazing place. Wish we could have stayed a lot longer. Place is quiet, clean, has everything you need and feels very safe. Host is great, picked us up from the station in the evening, recommended lots of good places and is very friendly. Easy walk to the 5th and the beach plus all the supermarkets and local markets. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.

Maria’s place was amazing! Fantastic experience, amazing location, everything you could possibly need in Playa del Carmen. Close to absolutely everything. Restaurants, the beach, bars, stores, everything you can imagine. Communication with Maria was excellent, she was able to provide tips during our trip and she was always on top of anything we could need. This IS the place to stay at Playa del Carmen. El apto de Guadalupe se ve hasta mejor que en las fotos! A unos 10min de la 5ta avenida, en una zona tranquila, si bien es sobre una avenida por la noche era muy tranquila. Habian localsito de comida, supers y demas en la zona. Guadalupe y su encargado siempre se mostraron atentos. Era todo lo q necesitabamos para llegar a descansar luego de un dia de playa.

Great spot—clean and exactly as described. Check-in was simple, and the host was responsive when needed. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would definitely come back if we’re in the area again.

Amazing condo. I’ve stayed at A-BNB all over the world and this was by far the best. The place is gorgeous. Amazing location within the complex. Fully operational kitchen. Even little touches like soap, shampoo, etc made it that nicer. Michelle is a wonderful host and we have already booked again with her. Cannot give this whole experience enough stars!!!!

My girlfriend and I booked this Airbnb for a full month and we really need to emphasize how much of a wonderful hidden gem this place is. The property is a stunning modern loft with access to a beautiful shared rooftop pool and terrace. The unit itself was very clean with high ceilings (great for tall people) and equipped with a kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, large shower, washer/dryer and an extremely comfortable king-sized bed. The unit stays unbelievably cool with two air conditioning units located both upstairs and downstairs. There are also two large smart TVs mounted in both the living room and the bedroom (very convenient for Netflix viewing after a long day at the beach). The Wi-Fi was consistently fast and reliable and we had no issues with the power or hot water - amazing considering we were there for a month! The place also came equipped with several towels, multiple pillows and bedsheets, and even two portable beach chairs and an umbrella, which made our beach experience that much more enjoyable. I should highlight that I've stayed at several Airbnb's in the past that simply provided the bare minimum, so it's quite refreshing to have hosts that go above and beyond to make sure their guests are comfortable. Major bonus points for this! The location and walking score are perfect, located within a 10-minute walk of 5th avenue/the beach and situated in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of local shops, markets and amazing places to eat. It was important for my girlfriend and I to be close enough to the beach, without having to hear the loud nightclub music of 5th avenue. Beyond this, there is a giant supermarket (MEGA) located within a 3-minute walk of the Airbnb, which is extremely convenient if you need to do a quick grocery shop. Further down the street you'll find additional grocery markets as well as a Wal-Mart - literally everything you need within a 5-minute stretch. For us, this spot checked all of our boxes for the perfect location in Playa del Carmen. Beyond the beautiful property and location, the hosts, Luis and Marco, are by far the most accommodating, friendly and customer service-oriented people that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with through Airbnb. They were very responsive, beyond friendly and truly made our experience special. We were even offered free daily breakfast at a fantastic local restaurant named Pik Nik for the duration of our stay, which was absolutely delicious! We highly recommend you take advantage if you stay. Overall, this has been one of the most positive and memorable Airbnb experiences that my girlfriend and I have had to date. We highly recommend this rental and cannot wait to book again when we return from Canada.

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia, el departamento es muy lindo y está ubicado cerca de la 5ta avenida.

Recomendable 100% Apartamento muy limpio y perfecto para pareja o persona sola. A 5-10 min andando de quinta avenida , con parking subterrraneo privado para el coche y lavadora. El apartamento se encuentra al lado de un Walmart por si quieres hacer una compra grande para tu estadía y cocinar en el apartamento. Eder nos abrió el departamento y nos dio unas sugerencias para hacer en playa del Carmen Buen sitio

This apt was in a great location and extremely comfortable. Carlos responded to everything quickly and also provided several recommendations in the area. Highly recommend! Wifi was also incredibly quick!

Great host, clear communication, exactly as advertised. Great place if you are okay with walking, which I don't mind at all. Just off the tourist district, felt safe, locals were very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would have liked to have known prior too is that there is no alcohol allowed in that area, only at your residence. You also cannot purchase any alcohol around the area. Not a big deal, just a heads up. The caretakers of the building were lovely, helpful and always greeting you! Taco truck across the street is very popular, always busy at night! Oxxo store within two blocks is very convenient. I'd be happy to stay there again!

Great studio in the heart of Playa del Carmen. Spent the month of February 2025. 10 minutes to the nearest beach, two grocery supermarkets in two blocks, the fifth Avenue, a stadium in five minutes. Luis is a great host! Very hospitable, friendly, responsive to any request, answers quickly. The studio is simple but cozy, with private terrace and a comfortable kitchen, where I found everything for cooking food, which saved a lot of money for me)) A good place, like it.

My partner and I had a pleasant stay at Karla's, and we would come back! Karla was such a responsive and helpful host. Check-in instructions were more than clear. The unit has a powerful AC, well-equipped kitchen to make simple meals, always had hot water, great water pressure, great wifi, and beautiful decor. The wall separating the kitchen and living area was such a nice touch. We appreciated having private gated parking for our rental car. The rooftop are was a great spot to watch the sunset and get our tanning on with intermediate cooling plunges. The elevator was a great convenience when we had a lot of baggage. We were walking distance from some amazing food. A local dive shop owner picked us up from our unit and told us the seafood market (Pescaderia Oceano) next door is the freshest seafood made to order (got a couple fried whole fish later and have to agree). We also recommend "Chiltepin Marisquillos".

I would recommend and would go there again. I stayed for a few weeks, she was super helpful with the air bnb and helped fix any issues I ran into there. I enjoyed being in the local area there. I had more of a genuine experience as life in the Mexican neighborhood without any problems. I don’t drink or party so problems were to never be had.

Carolina’s apartment was perfect for a long stay in Playa del Carmen for 2 people. The location was a perfect distance into the centre with easy access to shops, cafes and the gym. The pool and bbq area were beautiful and quiet and the complex was also very secure. Carolina & Kevin were very responsive and kind hosts and helped us with any need or question! We highly recommend this apartment for your stay.

for me this was the best place and very accommodating guess in the middle of everything solo traver !
